هدف: کارآفرینی با ایجاد فرصتهای شغلی، تولید ثروت و بهبود شرایط اقتصادی، پیش‌زمینه اساسی برای ارتقای سطح توسعه جامعه است. اما باید توجه داشت که شکل‌گیری کارآفرینی به‌ویژه کارآفرینی روستایی نیازمند فراهم بودن و ایجاد بسترهایی است که بتوانند موجب ایجاد یک اکوسیستم مطلوب و حمایت‌کننده توسعه کارآفرینی و موفقیت کارآفرینان شود. بر این مبنا، در این تحقیق هدف، شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر توسعه کارآفرینی روستایی با به‌کارگیری روش فراتحلیل و نرم‌افزار CMA3 می‌باشد.
روش پژوهش: جهت انجام این پژوهش کلیه مقالات در بازه زمانی 12 سال اخیر در نشریات کشور، از طریق پایگاه‌های عملی معتبر با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های مرتبط با عنوان تحقیق، موردبررسی قرارگرفته‌اند و 13 مقاله پژوهشی و 2 پایان‌نامه دانشگاهی که از معیارهای ورودی برخوردار بودند، انتخاب شدند که اطلاعات 11 عامل و 343 متغیر به فراتحلیل وارد شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داده از مجموع متغیرها، 175 متغیر در مطالعات مختلف 50 بار تکرار شده‌اند که 8 مورد (16 درصد) دارای اندازه اثر کمتر از 3/0، 37 موردی (74 درصد) دارای اندازه اثر بین 3/0 تا 5/0 درصد و 5 مورد (10 درصد) دارای اندازه اثر بالاتر از 5/0 بوده‌اند. همچنین در بین عوامل اثرگذار بر توسعه کارآفرینی روستایی، عوامل با اندازه اثر کم و متوسط هرکدام 9 درصد و 82 درصد دارای اندازه اثر زیاد بوده‌اند. لازم به ذکر است که در بین عوامل 11 گانه 7 عامل (فردی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، محیطی، زیرساختی، آموزشی و نهادی) پرتکرارترین عامل‌ها شناخته شدند. در عامل‌های فردی متغیرهای (حس رقابت‌جویی، شوق و تحمل ابهام)، اقتصادی (تولید و بازاریابی، دسترسی به تسهیلات و حمایت‌های دولتی)، اجتماعی (تعلق مکانی، سازمان‌های مردم‌نهاد و امنیت اقتصادی)، عامل محیطی (دسترسی به زمین و آب و محیط طبیعی مناسب)، زیرساختی (زیرساخت‌های فیزیکی، فضای کسب‌وکار و دسترسی به بازار)، آموزشی (آموزش‌های ترویجی) و در عامل نهادی متغیرهای (نهادسازی، پوشش رسانه‌ای کارآفرینی روستایی و قوانین کارآفرینی)، بیشترین اندازه اثر را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند.
نتیجه‌گیری: مرور مطالعات با رویکرد فراتحلیل بیانگر آن است کارآفرینی روستایی برای شکل‌گیری تحت تأثیر عوامل مختلفی است. در این تحقیق با رویکردی ترکیبی نتایج تحقیقات مختلف، عوامل و متغیرهای اثرگذار بر اساس ضریب اندازه اثر اولویت‌بندی شده‌اند و بر اساس آن مدل کارآفرینی روستایی ترسیم‌شده است.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داده از مجموع متغیرها، 175 متغیر در مطالعات مختلف 50 بار تکرار شده‌اند که 8 مورد (16 درصد) دارای اندازه اثر کمتر از 3/0، 37 موردی (74 درصد) دارای اندازه اثر بین 3/0 تا 5/0 درصد و 5 مورد (10 درصد) دارای اندازه اثر بالاتر از 5/0 بوده‌اند. همچنین در بین عوامل اثرگذار بر توسعه کارآفرینی روستایی، عوامل با اندازه اثر کم و متوسط هرکدام 9 درصد و 82 درصد دارای اندازه اثر زیاد بوده‌اند. لازم به ذکر است که در بین عوامل 11 گانه 7 عامل (فردی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، محیطی، زیرساختی، آموزشی و نهادی) پرتکرارترین عامل‌ها شناخته شدند. در عامل‌های فردی متغیرهای (حس رقابت‌جویی، شوق و تحمل ابهام)، اقتصادی (تولید و بازاریابی، دسترسی به تسهیلات و حمایت‌های دولتی)، اجتماعی (تعلق مکانی، سازمان‌های مردم‌نهاد و امنیت اقتصادی)، عامل محیطی (دسترسی به زمین و آب و محیط طبیعی مناسب)، زیرساختی (زیرساخت‌های فیزیکی، فضای کسب‌وکار و دسترسی به بازار)، آموزشی (آموزش‌های ترویجی) و در عامل نهادی متغیرهای (نهادسازی، پوشش رسانه‌ای کارآفرینی روستایی و قوانین کارآفرینی)، بیشترین اندازه اثر را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند.
نتیجه‌گیری: مرور مطالعات با رویکرد فراتحلیل بیانگر آن است کارآفرینی روستایی برای شکل‌گیری تحت تأثیر عوامل مختلفی است. در این تحقیق با رویکردی ترکیبی نتایج تحقیقات مختلف، عوامل و متغیرهای اثرگذار بر اساس ضریب اندازه اثر اولویت‌بندی شده‌اند و بر اساس آن مدل کارآفرینی روستایی ترسیم‌شده است.
