Abstract
Feeding frequency and stocking density are important factors affecting growth and maturation of cultured fishes. The aims of this investigation were to determine the effects of stocking density (10, 20, 30 and 40 fish per aquarium) and feeding frequency (2, 3 and 4 times per day) on growth parameters and hematocrit of the Rutilus rutilus caspicus. The experiment was continued for 45 days in two replicates. The results of this study showed that growth parameters, including weigh gain (WG), feed conversion ratio (FCR) and specific growth rate (SGR) were affected significantly by stocking density (P<0.05), but not significantly affected by feeding frequency (P>0.05). The highest WG and SGR were recorded with the lowest stocking density (10 fish / aquarium). The least FCR was obtained in density of 10 fish/aquarium, FCR value was significantly higher with high stocking density (P<0.05). Also, interactions between stocking density and feeding frequency were no significant on growth parameters (P>0.05). Density and feeding frequency hand no significant effect of hematocrit concentration (P>0.05). On the other hand, interactions between stocking density and feeding frequency significantly affected hematocrit levels (P<0.05). The lowest level of hematocrit was observed in density of 10 fish/aquarium at two times / day feeding frequency. The results of this study indicated that density is significantly affected the growth, but increasing of feeding frequency there is not effect on growth in the Rutilus rutilus caspicus.

Abstract
A laboratory research carried out to evaluate the effect of drought stress on germination characteristics in two 'Indian' and 'Isfahanian' populations of Fenugreek. This experiment performed in a factorial experiment based on a completely randomized design with three replicates. Four levels of drought stress applied by using polyethylene glycol 6000. Percentage of germination, germination rate, vigor index, root and shoot length as well as fresh and dry weight were measured after 7 days. The results showed that drought stress caused a significant reduction in both population growth and germination, although the percentage of germination, seedling growth and vigor index in the Isfahanian population was higher than the Indian. With the increase of water stress and the reduction of water potential from -3 Bar to -7 Bar, the percentage of germination, vigor index, root and shoot length as well as fresh and dry weight significantly decreased.

Abstract
Phosphorus
is an essential nutrient for plant growth and productivity. Since agricultural soils in Iran are predominantly calcareous with very low available Pi content, Pi deficiency has been considered to be a major nutritional constraint for crop production, thus, the application of Pi-fertilizers is essential for satisfactory crop production. The application of Pi-fertilizers contaminates soil and water resources. Therefore, the application of Pi-fertilizers should be reduced through some efficient strategies. The identification of genotypes more tolerant to Pi deficiency is an important low-cost strategy to promote sustainable agriculture in low fertility soils. In this study, the morphological and biochemical responses of five cultivars of common bean (Talash, Mahali Khomein, Sadri, Kosha and Line Ks21191) were evaluated under Pi sufficiency and Pi deficiency. Under Pi-deficient conditions, fresh and dry weights and shoot length were lower while root length was higher in comparison with Pi-sufficient conditions. Under Pi-deficient conditions, the highest and lowest levels of total P were observed in Mahali Khomein and Talash, respectively. The activities of superoxide dismutase and peroxidase in root and catalase in leave showed remarkable increase under Pi-deficient conditions. In conclusion, Mahali Khomein and Talash were the most and the least Pi-deficient tolerant cultivars, respectively.

Abstract
Electromagnetic waves (EMF) are a mixture of electrical and magnetic waves. The energy transmitted by these radiations is absorbed by living tissues. Electromagnetic fields seem to cause infertility in women. Cannabis is annual herbaceous plant grows in tropical areas. This study was conducted to investigate the protective effects of hydroalcoholic extract of Cannabis sativa in various doses of 50, 100 and 150 mg / kg on the damages induced by electromagnetic fields of 50 Hz and 50 Gauss, on the puberty of ovarian follicles and levels of FSH, LH, estradiol and progesterone hormones in NMRI immature mice. In this study, 48 NMRI immature female mice with an approximate age of 16 days and approximate weight of 18 grams were divided into 8 (experimental, sham, positive control and negative control) groups. After the treatment, the ovaries were extracted and weighed, and sections with H& E staining, the number of primordial, primary, secondary, and atretic follicles were counted, and the level of hormones have been done. The results showed that the concentration of 50 mg / kg of cannabis extract after the exposure to electromagnetic field of 50 Gauss could increase the number of follicles and reduce the number of atresia follicles. The group treated with the concentration of 50 mg / kg of cannabis extract after the exposure to electromagnetic field of 50 Gauss showed increased levels of FSH, LH and estradiol hormones (p <0.01) and a reduced level of progesterone (p <0.01). Therefore, the concentration of 50 mg / kg of cannabis extract have a protective role in preventing infertility due to ovarian tissue damages induced by electromagnetic fields.
