Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of exercise and fitness education on physical fitness factors. 84 healthy non-athlete student (mean age 12.5±0.49 yrs, mean height 153.8±6.1 cm, mean wieght 46.25±7.3 kg) who had not regular activities for more than 6 months were voluntarily participated in this study. They were randomly divided among three groups: training-education (n=28), training (n=28) and control (n=28). The health-sports, the researcher made scientific the Dessi-Ryan motication questionaires and health-relaeted physical fitness factors were used to collect data. To analyse data MANOVA, simple variance analysis and LSD were used. Results showed a significant differences among groups. The follow-up test results showed that the cardio-respiratory endurance in training-education group were significantly greater than other groups. Flexibility and abdominal endurance muscles in control group were lesser than other groups. In conclusion, training along with education can have a better effect on physical fitness factors.

Research tools were consisted a researcher- made questionnaire that Reliability was (α=0.91), and was base on 5 point Lickert scale. Data were analyzed by factor analysis in meaningful level (p<0.05). Finding: The results showed that five factors extracted from the factor analysis rotation which expressed 5 dimensions of effective health ways usage consisted of quality of facilities (. /21.83), cultural factors (. /17.28), social factors (. /11.99), sub-structural factors (. /5.25) and finally environmental factors (. /2.74). The study of work ethics and job satisfaction have gained great significance
following the failures of major corporations and the West’s crisis. The purpose of
research was to analyze the relationship between work ethics and satisfaction
events volunteers in sport. The method that applied in research was descriptivecorrelation.
The research statistic population consists of all volunteers participating
in twelfth sport-cultural Olympiad of male and female students of universities all
around the country.133 persons were evaluated as the sample of the research. For
collecting data, They completed two questionnaires work ethic of Petty(1990), and
satisfaction of volunteer experiences of Mallaei et al (1388). Face and content
validity of the questionnaires were approved by experts. Reliability of the
questionnaire work ethic (Cronbach's alpha) and satisfaction of volunteer
experiences was α=0.82 and α=0.92, respectively. The results of the Pearson
correlation showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between
work ethic and Satisfaction Volunteers. The stepwise regression analysis showed
two aspects of work ethic (healthy relations and diligence at work) had positive and
significant role in anticipation the satisfaction of volunteers (p≤ 0/01). it is
recommended to athletic directors to increase satisfaction in sport volunteers by
providing ethic codes and developing work ethic principles

Abstract
The main purpose of this study was to Designing a model to stimulate demand for sports in Iranian society. In so doing, a sequential exploratory mixed methods research was used. Thus, the data were collected in two phases: In the qualitative section, using the grounded theory method, through a semistructured with 16 managers and university experts, the data were collected and obtained using the Strauss and Corbin systematic design with MAXQDA, demand stimulation codes and components. The questionnaire was designed based on the findings from the qualitative stage. In order to validate the model, the newly developed questionnaire was administered through the participation of 384 managers, experts and athletes of the entire Iranian community and showed the research findings. The highest predictor of demand stimulation model is related to process strategy with a value of 0.78 and the lowest percentage is related to the axial phenomenon with a value of 0.51. Also the validity of the research model, Structural equations were measured through the model indices, the results of which indicated an acceptable fit for all the mentioned indices.

Abstract
So far, there has been a lot of scattered research on various aspects of the benefits of physical activity for women in various disciplines, but there has been no coherent analysis and theorizing. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to identify, categorize and examine the types of benefits of physical activity for Iranian women at different stages of life and to theorize about the process and impact of experiencing the benefits of physical activity on primary motivations. The research method was Grounded Theory, systematic approach. Sampling was theoretical. Data analysis was performed through continuous "questioning" and "comparison". In-order-to achieve saturation while reviewing specialized texts, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 136 Iranian-women aged 7-78 who were regularly participate in physical-activity in addition to 17 mothers and 6 fathers. The findings of the present study show that the benefits of physical activity for Iranian women can be classified into six general categories: (1) "health development", (2) "motor development", (3) "socio-behavioral development", (4) "enrichment of leisure time", (5) "Beauty" and (6) "Prevention and Treatment". Findings also showed that experiencing the benefits of physical activity strongly influences the modulation of initial motivations and the formation of strong and lasting motivations. According to the research findings; Cultural-sports managers should include all the important benefits of physical activity experienced by women at different stages of life in the content of Iranian women's physical activity promotion programs and do not suffice to provide general and specialized intangible content.
