چکیده: (1854 مشاهده)
مدیریت استعداد یکی از مهم‌ترین موضوعات مدیریت منابع انسانی در سطح جهان است و هنوز هم یکی از مسائل مهم در بسیاری از سازمان‌ها به شمار می‌رود و اهمیت منابع انسانی به مراتب از تکنولوژی‌های جدید، منابع مالی و مادی بیشتر است. هدف از این پژوهش تدوین مدل مدیریت استعدادیابی در ورزش‌های راکتی با رویکرد نظریه داده بنیاد بود. روش پژوهش حاضر کیفی و از نوع اکتشافی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش صاحبنظران، اساتید و کارشناسانی که با استعدادیابی در ورزش‌های راکتی ایران در وزارتورزش و فدراسیون‌ها و آموزشو پرورش و آکادمیها و مراکز ورزشی سروکار دارند، بودند. روش نمونهگیری به صورت نمونهگیری غیر احتمالی، با انتخاب هدفمند بود. اندازه نمونه در این پژوهش برابر با 20 نفر بود. ابزار اندازه‌گیری مصاحبه باز بود که برای سنجش پایایی از روش توافق درون موضوعی دو کدگذار استفاده شد که بر اساس آن روایی به‌دست‌آمده برابر با 78/0 بود. همچنین کدگذاریها بر مبنای سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی تحلیل شد. بر مبنای تحلیل دادهها 159 مفهوم اولیه، 25 کد محوری و 5 کد گزینشی شناسایی شد. در نهایت پیشنهاد میشود با استفاده از مدل ارائه‌شده، روند اجرایی استعدادیابی را در ورزش‌های راکتی بهبود بخشید که در نهایت منجر به توسعه ورزش‌های راکتی در کشور شود.
