چکیده:   (2835 مشاهده)
هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر رویکرد آموزش بازی برای فهم بر استقامت هوازی، عملکرد حرکتی و ارتقاء فعالیت بدنی بوده است. بدین منظور کودکان دو کلاس چهارم (میانگین سنی7/0±2/10سال) در یک مدرسه در شهر سیرجان به طور تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و آزمایشی قرار گرفتند (هر گروه 22 نفر). در مرحله اول از کلیه دانش آموزان شرکت کننده آزمون چابکی و مهارت های حرکتی کانادا و تست پیسر گرفته شده و سطح فعالیت بدنی آن ها با گام شمار محاسبه و ثبت شد. سپس گروه آزمایشی در یک دوره مداخله با رویکرد آموزش بازی برای فهم به مدت 36 جلسه و هر جلسه 45 دقیقه شرکت کردند. در نهایت آزمون های انجام شده برای بار دوم در پایان مداخله برای هر دو گروه انجام شد. از آزمون "یو من ویتنی" و "آنالیز رگرسیون پواسن با از استفاده روش GEE" برای تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که این رویکرد تاثیر معناداری بر چابکی و مهارت های حرکتی و سطح فعالیت بدنی دارد، اما تفاوت معناداری بر استقامت هوازی مشاهده نشد. این نتایج حمایت از این فرضیه را فراهم می‌کنند که استفاده از این رویکرد می‌تواند در تسهیل رشد عملکرد حرکتی و ارتقاء سطح فعالیت بدنی کودکان موثر باشد.
