Abstract
One of the issues facing today's cities in Iran is the issue of maintaining and upgrading existing streets. The way of managing theses streets and dealing with them has caused various problems in different aspects of cities. The purpose of this research is investigating the principles of maintenance and promotion of urban streets with a focus on Islamic teachings and Iranian culture. This research also explains some ways to improve the quality of urban streets using Islamic teachings and Iranian culture. Gathering information was done through observation, field study and documentary studies. Using content analysis methods, documenting and graphical analysis, information and data were analyzed. The quality of the cities depends on the quality of the streets and the quality of the streets is also based on the details of the streets. After designing and constructing urban streets, they need attention, maintenance and promotion in order to be always attractive and desirable for citizens. The results of this study indicate neglecting the indigenous material, art, culture, religion, needs and interests of citizens which has led to the construction of unqualified urban spaces in the metropolitan areas of today's Iranian cities. This research did not seek to provide a template for urban streets designing, but it is in direction of developing principles of planning and designing urban streets based on Islamic teachings and Iranian culture. In addition to having appearances according to Islamic teachings and Iranian culture, desirable street for Iranian citizens should also be Islamic and Iranian internally. With Just the correctness of appearances it can be said that only hypocrisy is obtained, but with internal reforming, honesty can be created in urban spaces.

Abstract
Analysis of the views of urban buildings is important in order to identify effective components in the perception of the audience. By conducting studies on existing buildings, we can provide appropriate strategies for organizing urban views. This article tries to provide a framework for measuring urban streets from the perspective of the perception of citizens and, on the other hand, promoting the quality of urban views and increasing the perception of citizens. Based on the method of analysis, the study of global and internal studies of the conceptual model is developed, which provides factors affecting the perception of citizens from the view. Also, based on the studied method, the reliability of the Tehran Center's leaders, due to the presence of early qualities and emphasis on the presence of citizens' for the study, has been selected to provide realistic understanding of the factors affecting the perception of urban street view. According to field views, initial dialogue and conceptual model, targeted questionnaires were prepared and to find the hidden relationships of the variables, and the comparative comparison of citizens and experts to analyze the information of the questionnaires, SPSS software has been used. General components of perceptual modeling, from the perspective Architectural and urban design experts were measured and then based on the special model of the questionnaire, the questionnaire was developed. The questionnaire and interview were accompanied by the perceptions of the recognition and perception of citizens and directly with the audience of this axis. The goal is to identify the main components and prioritize perceptual components from the mental perspective of citizens. The results show that the main components of perceiveness of urban views, impact components, unity, coordination, attachment to location, diversity and attractiveness of the perception and recognition of the traditional view of the fifteen Khordads are effective.

Abstract
cultural axes as Part of public spaces in cities Play an important role in meeting human needs Many urban theorists Cultural Aspects As One of the main components of a city system is known Because along with its functional role Increase community in urban spaces so In order to further these spaces And to meet the needs of the people We must pay attention to the quality of perception of the environment And examined them in this research Such an approach is in re-creation By identifying and evaluating the dimensions and principles of recreation Promoting the quality of environmental perception in the Enghelab axis The aim of this study Recreation of the cultural axis of Enghelab Street Emphasizing the quality of environmental perception current study A field research with a descriptive-analytic approach And looking for the answer to this question,What are the socio-cultural components of social regeneration in relation to the components of the quality of environmental perception? To formulate a theoretical framework First, using the documentary method The theoretical basis of the subject is detailed And then Analyzing existing approaches Emphasizing the quality of the environment Trying to rationalize the arguments As a result, a conceptual framework has been developed for this purpose In addition to the qualitative analysis of urban spaces In that quantitative analysis of the indicators has been done using a questionnaire To measure collected data Regression statistical test To measure the factors affecting regeneration And the quality of the environment,Pearson Correlation Test To measure the relationship between the components of perceptual quality and regeneration And Friedman test in order to prioritize each indicator And the average rating of the indicators Citizens' perspective is used The results Suggests that Among the indicators, Respectively,Environmental component, first priority and then content component Promote the quality of the environment

Abstract
The increasing population growth in urban areas has created adverse social, economic, environmental and physical impacts on cities. Therefore, cities must provide better places for life. One of these places is the creation of pedestrian streets. The purpose of this research is to find out the development of a pedestrian with a human-centered approach in the city of Golghah which has been selected in the direction of three streets of Imam, 17 Shahrivar and Taleghani. In this study, we evaluated the factors influencing the utility of urban walkways in a human-centered approach from the point of view of experts and people. So this chapter consists of three main sections. In the first part of the criteria, in the form of a questionnaire and 348 questionnaires, pedestrians and residents were evaluated on the status of the streets in view of these criteria and indicators to determine the best option for walking. In the following, the criteria and indicators extracted from the study of theoretical foundations and research literature were ranked by Delphi method and the hierarchical analysis model using expert selection software. Finally, considering the importance of each indicator and prioritizing people in the streets, according to descriptive studies, alternative strategies are to be prioritized for pedestrians. To do this, first, prioritize alternatives based on the following indicators Then, considering the coefficient of importance of each and the impact of each of these indicators and sub-indicators, prioritizing the streets for the implementation of the human-made walkways was presented that Imam Street with a score of 36% compared to the other highest priority in the city of Haloogha for the implementation of the pedestrian It has a way. As well as Shahrivar St. with 33.4 percent in the next priority for the implementation of the human-like pavement plan. September 17th, with a score of 7.30%, is the third priority for pedestrians.

Abstract
Landuse planning goals as the main core of urban planning are classified and studied from different aspects. The inclusion of additional value of surplus funds in the city can highlight capital funding. Following this, changes in urban land demand as the spatial changes of activities and functions occur. The commercialization of residential areas and the tendency of residential landuse changes are the disadvantages of these changes, which constitute a major part of residential neighborhoods of Tehran metropolis ,especially the northern neighborhoods of the city. The main structure of Nasr neighborhood in the 2th district of Tehran is based on Gisha street. The most important issue is multiplicity of commercial land uses in the Gisha street. According to the observations there is a bank in every 45metres of the street , while the performance radius of bank activities is defined in the region scale. It is argued that land price growth, financial and speculative justifications of these changes can cause pressure on the environment. Therefore, according to the above mentioned factors, the main objective of this study is identifing the factors affecting landuse changes in the Gisha street.
The research method in this study is documentary , local survey as well as the use of factor analysis in order to determine factors affecting landuse changes.By using this method, accessibility, landeconomics and activity distribution and neighborhood structure were considered as three factors affecting land use changes in the Gisha street .
Finally, in order to plan to control the speculative consequences of these changes , the analysis of external and internal factors with regard to indicators in questionnaire, SWOT table and finally defensive strategy to offer strategies and policies was adopted these strategies were presented in two categories: sustainable management of income sources of urban management and control of changes in land use changes.
