Abstract

Women play an important role in promoting employment and improving the economic situation of society. Therefore, giving them identity and independence and providing the ground for their active participation in various economic and social affairs, especially entrepreneurial activities in urban areas is a very important factor of this great force.
The experts’ demographic features are analyzed. Then the components of entrepreneurship value chain and social sustainable development are sifted out using experts’ opinions (twenty of the best women entrepreneur of Golestan province), Fuzzy Delphi method, and De-fuzzy to find the components of intended variables. Validity and reliability of questionnaires are investigated by Cronbach’s Alpha and normal distribution of components and statistical samples are also analyzed by Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Student’s t-Test. In section one, the prioritization and ranking of dimensions and components of entrepreneurship value chain are addressed (by 198 of women entrepreneur of Golestan province) by using hierarchical analysis process method and Expertchoice software. In section two, to measure the relationships between the developing women’s entrepreneurship according to value chain and the social sustainable development, the Correlational research, the Structural equation for factor analysis test, and Smart pls2 software are used that show a statistical significant. In correlational research not only the relationship between variables are detected but also the type and rate of variables relationship are reachable. The results then are discussed. And the model of developing women’s entrepreneurship according to value chain with the approach of social sustainable development is presented. The model helps adjust the developing women’s entrepreneurship and show the strength and weakness.

Abstract

Housing design plays a crucial role in sustainable social development as cities face numerous challenges due to various changes in the physical landscape. Therefore, it is imperative to establish appropriate design indicators for residential towers. This study aims to investigate the design indicators for sustainable social development in residential towers in the metropolis of Tehran. The research method employed is descriptive-analytical and applied in nature. The statistical population for this study consists of architectural experts who are members of the Tehran Organization. According to the Engineering System Organization, the statistical population comprises 22,000 experts and members of the Tehran Engineering System Organization. The sample size was determined to be 384 individuals based on the Morgan table. The results of the Friedman test indicate that designing open spaces for art, culture, games, and entertainment in towers promotes interactions and a sense of belonging, while mitigating the negative effects of industrial life on residents. This aspect was found to have the highest weightage of 17.81. Additionally, the flexibility in tower design and overcoming structural constraints through solutions such as strip design and atrium design, along with facilitating proper access and installation of open spaces, contribute to sustainable development and enhance residents' satisfaction. This indicator obtained a weightage of 17.51. Furthermore, the effective management of towers and the design of suitable social spaces on roofs and ground floors (interactive, sports, cultural, and artistic) have a significant impact on reducing tower-related issues and promoting vitality and public participation. This indicator ranked third with a weightage of 17.42. Consequently, sustainable social development is closely linked to the design of residential towers.

Abstract

Today, human settlements around the world are exposed to natural hazards for a variety of reasons. These risks, which bring with them a lot of human and financial losses, require preventive measures. The purpose of this study is to investigate the development of urban space in order to deal with environmental hazards in Noor city. The method of this research is also descriptive. Data collection is using library and documentary studies and questionnaires. In order to analyze the questionnaires using ANP method and fuzzy logic method, evaluate each of the criteria and determine their importance coefficients. Based on the results, spatial assessment was performed using ArcGis software and hazard zones were identified. According to the results of risk potential zoning, the northern and southern areas of the city have the highest risk potential. To predict the development of residential areas, the combined Markov chain model and cellular automation were used. The results showed that the continuous expansion of built areas in recent decades has caused rapid changes in land use and the built areas of the city has increased from 2.43% of the total area in 2010 to 3.68% in 2019. The results also showed that regardless of the natural hazards, the built-up areas will increase and as a result of urbanization, the built-up areas will be more prone to high-risk lands. However, if sustainable development policies are fully implemented, cities and built-up areas will be able to maintain their development spaces from high-risk areas for the benefit of the city and its residents.

Abstract

One of the aspects of sustainable urban development and balanced physical development is in line with ecological and socio-economic environmental conditions. In the last decades of the twentieth century, despite many efforts in the field of sustainable spatial development of cities, this issue still remains an important challenge for geographers, urban planners, architects and urban planners. In many cities in developing countries, rapid urbanization and increasing urban population have exacerbated environmental hazards. This is doubly important in small cities. Because physical development, in addition to land use change, has met the basic needs of urban society, including the provision of safe and sufficient water, green space per capita, urban waste management and environmental pollution. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and analytical in terms of method. The statistical population consisted of university professors and experts in the field of research in Ardakan who were selected by purposive sampling. They were selected to conduct and implement the research. In order to achieve the research objectives, using a new analytical methodology of interpretive structural modeling (ISM), the relationships between the factors were determined and analyzed in an integrated manner. Finally, using MICMAC analysis, the factors were analyzed according to the impact and effectiveness on other components. The results of the interpretive structural model of the factors affecting the inner development of the city showed that the obtained model includes three levels and the results showed that the managerial and physical factors are the most basic factors affecting the inner development of the city that should be addressed in the first place. In other words, any action to pave the way for the internal development of the city, requires attention to these factors along with other factors

Abstract

Entrepreneurship as an emerging phenomenon in the economy today plays an important role in the economic development and development of the villages because it is created for the purpose of progress, poverty eradication and employment creation. Rural areas, however, suffer from a lack of financial capital to start a business or expand their current economic activities. Governments have therefore provided self-employment loans in the form of micro-rural credits to facilitate the process of employment and entrepreneurship in rural areas. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of micro-government credits in rural entrepreneurship development in Radkan. The purpose of this study is applied and developmental research and descriptive-analytical. Different methods of data collection (documentary, library and field information) have been used for this research. The statistical population of the study consisted of 27 entrepreneurs and using Cochran formula and error level (0.06) of 244 people from 13 villages of Radkan village were selected as sample and their opinions based on the research indicators related to the subject. The results showed that micro-government credits in general did not play a significant role in the development of rural entrepreneurship in the study area. Sample entrepreneurs in the study villages often apply for bank loans and then provide the rest of their own funds from personal finance. Also, due to insufficient amount of loans, lack of easy access to credit, lack of insurance support from entrepreneurs, prolonged time for getting credits from institutions and inappropriate repayment period, entrepreneurschr('39') satisfaction with average of 2.32 and rural people with average 1/91 is very low.

Abstract

Industrialization and modernization of societies affect architecture, urbanization, environment, climate and geography; which we can mention the emergence of high-rise building, climate inversion, changes in geography of societies and environmental degradation. The roots of the problems over the last few decades are population growth, increasing migration to cities and metropolises, changes in needs and demands of citizens, etc.; Which faces urban managers, designers and architects with a huge challenge. The main purpose of this article is to theoretically study the uses such as residential towers on the one hand and the ideas mentioned in the theoretical discourse on the other hand with the approach of sustainable social development, and its impact on environmental protection according to the geography of Tehran. This research is "descriptive-analytical" in nature and "survey". It is "practical" in terms of purpose and "quantitative-qualitative" in terms of data. The number of statistical samples was 384 people and data were collected through questionnaires. Analyzes were performed in SPSS software. The most important result of this research can be expressed as the fact that due to population growth, high-rise was formed and through it, issues such as overuse of natural resources and fossil fuels, destruction of nature, reduction of social interactions, climate change, traffic creation, Rising air pollution, etc., has become a huge and insurmountable crisis.

Abstract

The urban development strategy is a new initiative that is being implemented in many cities throughout the world, including several in Iran, to enhance the quality of life, combat poverty, promote sustainable development, and foster effective urban management with a participatory approach. This study aims to investigate and compare how residents and municipal administrators perceive various aspects of the urban development plan. This study is descriptive-analytical. The statistical population includes the managers and employees of urban management and citizens at Yasouj city. The research sample size was calculated using Cochran's method to be 384 participants for citizens and 30 people for managers. The research was analyzed using one-sample t-tests, independent t-tests, one-way analyses of variance (ANOVA), and multivariate linear regression. The study's findings indicate that while municipal administrators are largely satisfied with these dimensions' current status, residents believe that these elements of the urban development plan are not in satisfactory condition. The descriptive statistics and the t-test demonstrated that the mean of the overall dimensions of an urban development plan is 1.88 from the perspective of people and 2.98 from the perspective of urban administrators. The degree of satisfaction with the research's dimensions varies significantly between the two groups as well. According to the findings of the linear regression, the dimensions of bankability and the ability to live comfortably have the maximum and minimum significance from the perspective of the people with a coefficient of 0.413 and 0.167, respectively. However, from the perspective of city managers, the livability and good governance dimensions, with coefficients of 0.373 and 0.112, are the most and least significant. Finally, the findings of the present study may help urban managers make better decisions and deliver services that are more in line with the needs of the community.

Abstract

Using urban growth and development modeling, it is possible to draw a development trend appropriate to the city's position according to environmental and natural factors and population attraction. The purpose of this study is to represent a model of urban development in Shushtar that can be used as a felicitous tool to analyze the complex processes of urban development. To achieve this goal, two databases consist of urban land use maps for educational, medical, habitation, etc and Landsat satellite images for major land uses such as rivers, barren areas, forests, etc were used by GIS and MATLAB software environment in three time periods 1991, 2004 and 2014. Existing urban land use maps were updated by using Landsat satellite imagery after digitization. Then the effective parameters in urban development were entered as inputs with the adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference algorithm (ANFIS). in order to evaluate the performance of the proposed method, training for 1991 and 2004 was performed. the result of urban development forecasting using the algorithm was compared with the current situation in 2014. The results are very close to reality and with an accuracy of 93.7%. The land use change map, which is the result of the change detection process, can be prepared based on multi-time remote sensing images and combined with urban user maps, and the relevant consequences examined. The use of intelligent algorithms in this research has allowed us to execute modeling with high accuracy. The results are satisfactory and this development was predicted for the coming years.
