Abstract

Cinemas and local movie theaters belong to the people of the city, which are designed to have a meaningful presence of citizens in the environment, as well as to strengthen intellectual and social relations. Cinemas and cinema campuses include a valuable collection in terms of culture, old and new art, a place belonging to the people of the city, which is necessary and inevitable in order to spend leisure time of citizens and also to strengthen intellectual and social relations. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of cinema and film screening venues on improving the art cinema market and cultural promotion of urban spaces. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. The statistical population of the study includes the citizens of District 6 of Tehran. The sample size was estimated to be 384 using the Cochran's formula. The library-field method was used to collect data. In order to analyze the research data, structural equation modeling in LISREL software environment was used. The results showed that cinema and movie theaters have a positive and significant effect on the art cinema market and cultural promotion of urban space, so that the variable amount of cinema and movie theaters on the art cinema market more than cultural promotion It was an urban space. Other results of this study also showed that the improvement of the art cinema market has a mediating role in the relationship between cinema and film screening places with the cultural promotion of urban space.

Abstract

Today, urban livability is the key concept in urban planning. At present, the concept of sustainable development and livability is one of the new concepts in developed countries. The city of Bojnourd has witnessed unequal urban spaces due to the increasing population growth, especially in the last three decades, so the necessity and importance of the issue of livability is quite evident in the city today. This study was developed with the aim of evaluating and measuring urban viability and the factors affecting it. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. In order to collect the required data and information, library and field methods and questionnaire tools were used. The statistical population of the study consists of citizens living in Bojnourd, the sample size was estimated 384 people using Cochranchr('39')s formula. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, one-sample t-test and linear regression were used in SPSS software. The results of this study showed that the situation of urban livability in Bojnourd, according to the general average obtained, which was equal to 2.75, is in a situation below the average. Also, in terms of the studied dimensions, the social dimension with an average of 2.84 has the highest average and the environmental dimension with an average of 2.67 has the lowest average. Also, the results of this study show that the situation in Region 2 is better than in Region 1 of Bojnourd. Other findings of this study include the positive effect of citizenschr('39') sense of security and health on urban livability.

Abstract

In recent decades, the issue of resilience has become a specialized and public issue in society. Concepts of resilience in urban communities, which is in fact an action against development at the national level and purely physical development on an urban scale, and an attempt to achieve qualitative standards in the field of urban planning. In the meantime, the issue of resilience in urban communities means that society is able to withstand severe natural disasters without major damage, injury, production stoppage and reduced quality of life, and also at the superficial level, the goal of resilience as an ideal. The world is at the individual, organizational and community level. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of urban governance on urban resilience. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. The statistical population of the study consisted of citizens living in Tehran and experts in the field of research. The sample size was estimated for the statistical group of citizens using Cochran's formula 384 people and for specialists 60 people. In order to analyze the information and achieve the research objectives, structural equation modeling in LISREL software environment was used. Findings of this study showed that urban governance has a direct effect on urban resilience so that 0.42% of the variance of urban resilience variable can be explained by urban governance.

Abstract

The increasing population growth in urban areas has created adverse social, economic, environmental and physical impacts on cities. Therefore, cities must provide better places for life. One of these places is the creation of pedestrian streets. The purpose of this research is to find out the development of a pedestrian with a human-centered approach in the city of Golghah which has been selected in the direction of three streets of Imam, 17 Shahrivar and Taleghani. In this study, we evaluated the factors influencing the utility of urban walkways in a human-centered approach from the point of view of experts and people. So this chapter consists of three main sections. In the first part of the criteria, in the form of a questionnaire and 348 questionnaires, pedestrians and residents were evaluated on the status of the streets in view of these criteria and indicators to determine the best option for walking. In the following, the criteria and indicators extracted from the study of theoretical foundations and research literature were ranked by Delphi method and the hierarchical analysis model using expert selection software. Finally, considering the importance of each indicator and prioritizing people in the streets, according to descriptive studies, alternative strategies are to be prioritized for pedestrians. To do this, first, prioritize alternatives based on the following indicators Then, considering the coefficient of importance of each and the impact of each of these indicators and sub-indicators, prioritizing the streets for the implementation of the human-made walkways was presented that Imam Street with a score of 36% compared to the other highest priority in the city of Haloogha for the implementation of the pedestrian It has a way. Abstract

This study aims at organizing the city of Poldokhtar in the city of Kashkan. Using this element of natural value, the city is being restored and organized, and its potential for tourism and development of tourism and economic prosperity is to be used. The paths of the rivers within the city can be used as a linear route, and can be used as a sustainable urban tourism axis. In the case of the spatial and spatial organization of the rivers for such a purpose, various, yet standardized patterns for shaping and managing the length of rivers can be used. Finally, the findings of library studies and the results of a field survey were distributed through a questionnaire and SPSS software using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, the coefficient obtained in this study was equal to 8,377, which indicates the appropriate credit for Data collection. In the final stage, using the AMOS software and the structural equivalence method, the relationship between the main components of the research and the constituent variables has been analyzed and analyzed. The range of results showed that the most important strategy for creating urban river tourism in Poldokhtar is the attempt to create a social and secure environment with facilities and ease of access and special emphasis on environmental and ecological issues. For this reason, the main criteria for design based on local capabilities are defined. Abstract

Human dignity is a concept that can have a significant impact on urban public space. In this sense, it speaks of the value of human beings and their status as a thoughtful and spiritual being. Discovering this valuable feeling in an environment that is widely used by citizens is important to the research. The subjective and interactive nature of this phenomenon The purpose of this study was to analyze explicit inductive qualitative content analysis as a research method and to interpret contextual data obtained from in-depth unstructured interviews and field observations, and its perception among various actors and how human dignity was generated. Used. The data were analyzed through a systematic coding process with the aim of classifying concepts up to three levels of abstraction. The selection of participants in this study was purposeful and aimed at developing concepts to reach saturation. The findings of this study indicate that the concept of socialization is one of the most important factors in people's perception of human dignity. It is conceptualized with other concepts such as loss of personal distance, development of social communication, intimacy, social diversity and unity with the environment and society. Is formed. What is of interest is the relationship between these factors and the complexity of their relationships that have led to the formation of a sense of human dignity in individuals. Abstract

Today, sustainable placement is one of the main approaches of urban planners and regional planners. The purpose of this study was to design and fit a consolidated model of localization of densely populated areas with emphasis on environmental balance. The purpose of this research is practical and it is a survey-analysis type. At first, according to the theoretical foundations, the research background and interviewing the experts designed the integrated model (basic conceptual model). Then the model was fitted by referring to experts (86 simple). The initial model of the research was investigated and tested using SEM using Smart PLS 2 software. The results showed that the factor loadings of all questionnaire questions were more than 0.4 and were therefore acceptable. The t-values ​​for all questions are greater than 1.96 and are therefore significant at 95% confidence level. On the other hand, environmental equilibrium in locating subtropical regions is affected by 7 criteria and 22 sub criteria, among which environmental quality had the highest impact (path coefficient= 0.5227) and semantic structure (path coefficient = 0.0353) the least. Also, the mean of the common index index was 1.147 and the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.9184. The overall fit of the model (GOF) was calculated to be 0.55235. In the final study, it was found that all paths have significant coefficients and thus the conceptual model of research was confirmed.

Abstract

Today, the number of elderly people is increasing due to various factors such as changing life expectancy and population distribution. On the other hand, this period of life requires special needs such as care and health to other external and environmental factors. The social phenomenon of the city is not separate from this population group, ie the elderly, and urban planners using environmental theories can take steps to improve the use of the elderly in the city and its public spaces. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to explain the components of the elderly-friendly city with an environmental psychology approach in the eight cities of Shiraz. After identifying the characteristics to obtain the required information using a questionnaire tool that Cochran's method was used to determine the sample and GIS data were generated using Moran analysis of the desired layers and then using hierarchical analysis and Hot spot analysis of overlapping criteria was performed using fuzzy functions and urban spaces needed by the elderly were identified. Abstract

The rapid growth and horizontal expansion of cities in Iran may be more intense than in many developed and developing countries, as this process deprives most of Iran's historic cities of a monolithic urban structure and presents them with specific problems for balanced and balanced development. Abstract

Citizenship is a set of rights and duties a citizen enjoys because of his or her country of residence. Municipal law is a set of laws, rules and regulations that govern the interconnection of citizens and city departments in local and urban affairs, and explain the duties of overseers of councils, municipalities, and other city institutions; And planners 'and architects' awareness of the rights of citizens is one of the influential components in the process of urban architecture planning which is discussed in this article. Contemporary theories of urban law have led to a new military framework based on the concept of "right to the city" about urban life; if general framework can be understood in the context of the general concept of "right to the city", the following formulation from the Eiken set of laws on the concept of citizenship. Abstract

Increasing urbanization today and the lack of integrated urban management have led to inadequate planning in cities. In this regard, the local councils, as the most prominent local institutions and the most important decentralization manifestations, symbolize the serious presence of the people to determine their own fate, if they are institutionalized in the governance structure as coordinators of the executive agencies. In these cities, they can play a valuable role in the social security of cities. The present study was conducted using descriptive-analytical approach and field method. In this study 354 people were selected using Cochran model. Next, based on the results of the questionnaire, the results were analyzed using SPSS software. Conclusions: Based on the Friedman test, among the research items, the second item is "Social Security Development", and the first item is "Economic Security Development". Among the items, the second item (Social Security) with 2.90 points out that the role of local councils in social security development is higher than other dimensions and the first item with 1.98 points of economic security development comes in last. has taken. Also, the one-sample t-test showed that the significance level of the test is less than (0.05) and at 95% confidence level there is a positive significant difference between the dimensions of council functions and the dimensions of sustainable urban security development.

Abstract

Urban highways, as one of the most important sectors of transportation, have always been one of the most challenging, both in terms of budget consumption and its spatial, social, economic and environmental impacts on the city. The type of research is applied-theoretical and the method is documentary-analytical. Abstract

Evaluation is one of the most important necessities in the process of urban regeneration, which leads to the optimal decision to solve the problem of urban inefficiency. Evaluating decisions in the urban regeneration process, given its complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty, is a critical issue that requires identifying the criteria that affect its realization and using fuzzy decision-making methods. The purpose of this study is to introduce a fuzzy Delphi method based on qualitative reasoning to identify and localize the criteria affecting urban regeneration. The research method is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The present study is applied in terms of developmental goal and descriptive-analytical in terms of researcher action. The content analysis method was used to develop the conceptual model of the research and the fuzzy inference system (FIS) and Matlab and SPSS software were used to analyze the components and criteria of urban regeneration. To obtain the required data for the research, open and closed questionnaires were distributed among experts and the expert group. Then, the obtained data were entered into the fuzzy inference system and their output was considered as research findings. According to the results of the study, 18 criteria were identified to evaluate the regeneration policy. These criteria were reduced to 12 criteria in the final selection stage, which was done by Delphi interview method. The results show that the most important and insignificant components of urban regeneration in Qom are economic, functional, physical, managerial, social and environmental components, respectively. Abstract

This research has been carried out with the aim of analyzing and explaining the spatial distribution of Mahshahr port during the years (1981-2021). The research method is descriptive-analytical and practical in terms of targeting. For data analysis, cross-tab, kappa coefficient, sectorial, Heldren and Markov chain models were used. In this regard, Envi 5.3, Terrset, Arc/Gis and Google Map software were used to analyze the obtained information. The geographical scope of this research is the city of Mahshahr according to the census of 2015. Kappa coefficient of Mahshahr port spatial changes map for  1981, 2001 and 2021 is equal to 0.88, 0.94 and 0.94 respectively. The results of this research show that during the years 2001 to 2021, about %75 of the growth of Mahshahr city is related to population increase and %25 is related to horizontal and physical growth. The spreading pattern of Mahshahr port is expanding in the form of clusters in the north, north-west, west and south-west directions. According to the forecast results for the time horizon of 2041, the growth of Mahshahr port will reach from 1657 hectares in 2021 to 2530 hectares in 2041. If there is no optimal management, the dispersal of Mahshahr port and its agricultural lands will undergo many changes in the not-so-distant future, and this will have adverse effects on the residents of this city due to the climatic condition of the city and global warming.

Abstract

According to the issues raised, the present study has been compiled with the aim of examining and assessing the situation of cities from the perspective of urban crisis management components. The research method in this research is a combination of research, applied (using the results and output of research in Shirvan) and development; Statistical population In the present study, according to the determination and classification of related organizations, each organization was selected as a statistical sample from each organization according to the percentage of the total statistical population, which in total 227 People were selected as the statistical sample of the present study. Finally, the quota non-probability sampling method, in which the number of samples is determined in advance and is from experts, was distributed. The findings show that the lowest and most unfavorable calculated average of 3.57 belongs to the post-crisis period and post-crisis reconstruction, which is not in a satisfactory state. It is related to the identification of vulnerable zones due to hazards in Shirvan city and in this section 12 indicators were analyzed based on FAHP model, which showed that the rate of vulnerability in 5.37% of Shirvan city Very low, 22.38% low vulnerability, 14.12% moderate vulnerability, 27.75% high vulnerability and 30.39% very high vulnerability. In fact, it can be said that the vulnerability of Shirvan is low in 27.75% of the city and high in 58.14% of the city. Abstract

Nowadays, tourism, as one of the key components, has a special role in developing societies and countries. Here, urban tourism - as a significant parts of the tourism industry - has a special place in improving the economic and cultural development of cities and has turned into one of the most important, exchange yielding, and income creating industries. Nevertheless, the development of this industry in cities faces some challenges and problems. This calls for a new and integrated planning to take advantage of opportunities and face the challenges ahead. Future studies can take very effective steps in planning for the development of urban tourism and mapping out the desired future of tourism, and by presenting proper solutions, it can stop the emergence of challenges and the realization of an undesirable future. This study was working towards in line with this purpose. In the present study, using Delphi technique, 36 factors were identified as the primary factors affecting the future of the development of urban tourism in Khoy. The structural analysis method was used with the help of MicMac software to extract key factors, where 12 factors were selected as key factors. Then, the probable situations were defined for each key factor. In the next step, to measure the effectiveness of the occurrence of the status of each of the factors on the occurrence or non-occurrence of other factors, a 33 × 33 matrix was designed and given to the experts. Finally, to compile probabilistic scenarios and to identify desirable scenarios, the data for this matrix were introduced into the scenario software. ScenarioWizard software reported 1406 poor scenarios, 4 strong scenarios and 13 credible scenarios by performing the needed analyses. Examining the credible scenarios showed a relative ruling of static, critical and undesirable situations over the desirable and ideal situations. Apart from the first scenario with desirable and progressive features, the rest of the scenarios do not show a desirable future in minds for the development of tourism in Khoy.

Abstract

The city is a vibrant and dynamic creature whose body is shaped at different times by natural and social economic, political, cultural and economic developments. Abstract

the purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting the competitiveness of tourism destinations. The present study is of applied purpose and of descriptive-analytical method. The required data for the study were collected in two forms: library and field (questionnaire). The statistical population of the study consisted of incoming tourists to Ardebil city. Due to the lack of accurate statistics on the number of incoming tourists the Cochran formula was used to determine the sample size for an unlimited population. The sample size was 384 people. It was a simple accident. In order to check the validity of the questionnaire, the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed in two stages of face and face validity through the opinion of professors and experts, and divergent validity was confirmed by calculating the extracted mean variance index (AVE). The reliability of the questionnaire was measured by Cronbach's alpha and the combined reliability coefficient (cr). The results of Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability of the questionnaire confirmed the validity of the questionnaire. Spss and lisrel software were used for data analysis. The findings of this study showed that creativity and sustainability of tourism destinations have a positive and significant effect on the competitiveness of urban tourism destinations. The results also showed that the impact of sustainability of tourism destinations on the competitiveness of tourism destinations is more than the creativity of tourism destinations

Abstract

The creative urban area must be able to support the economy of the urban area, intelligent transportation, management rehabilitation as well as improving environmental performance, and also it can be providing the grounds for the realization of social capital in order to achieve the indicators of social capital. The present article aims to identify the factors for the realization of the model of creative urban area from the perspective of social capital in District 11 of Tehran. The methodology of research is descriptive-analytical and after referring to library resources, the ideas, views of related theories and the concepts of the research were examined. Statistical sample included academic community and urban specialists working in scientific centers. A questionnaire was used to examine the views and opinions of the academic community and urban specialists working in scientific and specialized interview centers. In this regard, SPSS and Excel software were used to answer the questions and achieve the objectives of research and analysis of the results of the questionnaires. The results of the research showed that the indicators of turnout, attendance at meetings related to regional affairs and creative goals, level of trust in institutions at different levels, level of information about local and national affairs and talent search, level of feeling of influencing events. And the specific values ​​of each of the six factors were higher than the value of 1. Also, studies indicated that the cumulative variance explained by the relevant factors in the study sample is about 69.879, which explains the development of a model of a creative urban area in the 11th district of Tehran and represents 70% of the model realization based on the social capital approach.

Abstract

Quality of life is one of the most important issues in the world that has an urban planning in order to search for the quality of life  and in order to solve this problem , some solutions have been offered . The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of quality of life in women . This research due to the importance of the subject is based on analytical - applied method based on structural equation modeling of structural equation modeling of library and documentary research with the aim of analyzing the relationship between quality of life and its relation with this research . The statistical population in the first stage in the first stage , and the second stage in the second stage , the inferential statistics was used to determine the status of some specialized experts .
