Abstract


Tourism is now considered as one of the most important income industries of the world. Tourism as one of the main and basic approaches can be used in solving problems resulted from unemployment problems and downturn in different countries and the twenty-year vision of Iran specially consider tourism and attracting tourists. The huge volume of the tourists in the world are religious tourists and most of these religious tourists choose Mehran international border for entry and exit from Iran for doing pilgrimage and their religious affairs due to being safe and vicinity to The Holy of Holies in Iraq. This research aims at designing and explaining religious tourism model in Mehran International Border. Having determining the sample size qualitatively via snowball method, 14 experts of religious tourism including academics and trustees of religious tourism were recognized and they were interviewed directly and the research findings showed that religious tourism pattern in Mehran International Border has six main components including casual conditions (religious and tribal communities, provincial infrastructures, common border of Iraq and vicinity to The Holy of Holies, advertisements) categories (tourism and its subcategories, religious places in Iran and Iraq, security) grounds (commercial free zone in Mehran welfare and health services, economic part of religious tourism), interferer factors (political factors, conveying affairs to non-governmental sector, weather changes), strategies (cooperating with educational centers and universities, increasing governmental investing, using capacities of religious days) consequences & results (income and creating jobs, people’s persistence in border and non-immigration, cultural development of province, destruction of environmental, road and jungles of province) which could be introduced as a proper pattern for religious tourism in Mehran International Border according to the opinion of experts.

Abstract


Vitality is one of the main components in design, but it is a complex and multifaceted concept that overlaps in its physical, social and economic dimensions. Therefore, in this paper, according to the theoretical vacuum of this concept in architecture and considering its interdisciplinary nature, using the model of various types of communication and types of vitality, the fields of psychology and sociology were selected for comparative study of vitality. Then, by using the comparative method by juxtaposing the differences and similarities of vitality in the field of psychology and sociology with definitions in architecture and urban planning, as well as examining the difference between vitality and other similar concepts in architecture and urban planning, including quality. Life, viability, and sustainability were ultimately represented by the definition of vitality and the model of environmental vitality. Therefore, the present study was performed with interpretive paradigm, qualitative approach, comparative method and logic of deductive reasoning, which is explained in terms of theoretical purpose and type of results. The purpose of this study is to answer questions about the definition of environmental vitality, the appropriate approach to research on vitality, the appropriate scale of vitality research, the factors affecting environmental vitality and its evaluation methods.

[1] The results of this study show that environmental vitality is a relative concept of place and time that cannot be specifically defined for the vitality of all places in all countries and in all time periods, but rather Factors must be identified locally according to location. Factors affecting environmental vitality in general include experimental and aesthetic, functional and environmental components. The impact of each factor varies according to the culture and local characteristics of the place, which is due to the collectivist culture. And the place of collective happiness in our country, paying attention to the factors of vitality that increase the social aspects of space, attracting and involving people, can be a way forward.

Abstract


This study examines the criteria for sustainable urban development management in thriving cities around metropolises. Based on the content analysis method in examining the theories in this field, a special conceptual model has been developed that presents the role of various indicators affecting the management of sustainable urban development in thriving cities. Also, based on the case study method, the city of Lavasan was selected as a case study to provide a realistic understanding of the role of various components on sustainable urban management in thriving cities around metropolises. The research method was based on quantitative and qualitative methods. Based on the field visit, initial discussions and conceptual model of purposeful questionnaires were prepared. SPSS21 and Smart-PLS statistical techniques were used to find the relationships of the variables and to analyze the information of the questionnaires. 376 questionnaires have been analyzed in relation to the components of sustainable urban development management. The results of the analysis show that the components affecting the management of sustainable urban development in Lavasan can be in physical-spatial dimensions, quality of life, intelligent management, justice and examined equality, governance, and optimal legislation. The results also show that the physical-spatial factor is the most important effective criterion. Also, the path of factor analysis shows that achieving urban prosperity in cities around metropolises begins with smart urban management, governance and appropriate legislation in the field of physical infrastructure. Space and quality of life infrastructure lead to the spread of justice and equality in the city and ultimately lead to urban prosperity.

Abstract


In relation to the housing of the disadvantaged, the possibility of access to a suitable housing for every Iranian household in accordance with the household's needs in such a way that the housing concern does not exceed other areas of the household's life and stable and safe access to the household's housing is also guaranteed, showing the ideal vision of the housing sector in documentary studies, is related to disadvantaged groups. The purpose of this study is to achieve the set of strategies and the general form of realistic and effective programs in the field of housing support for the deprived and low-income groups, which, while determining the limits and type of government intervention in relation to housing and different economic groups, will make the target groups enjoy support programs faster. This study is based on the combined model of SWOT strategic analysis and QSPM strategic planning model and examines the findings of studies and the results of interviews with experts in the field of geography and urban planning. SWOT analysis showed that 1- Ignoring the lack of simultaneous use of the process of management and operation of low-income housing based on the participation of local social institutions and non-governmental organizations 2- Lack of necessary knowledge or disregard for the diversity of needs of the deprived and disregard for Special Characteristics of Target Groups 3. The imbalance between the benefits of different individuals in different groups in relation to support programs has led to the inefficiency of the policies of the deprived and the enjoyment of supportive housing for this group. "Empowerment programs" and "Attracting participation by exploiting local capacity and internal capacities by developing and diversifying empowerment", along with a general balancing policy to increase capacity in non-governmental sectors based on household participation. Faster households have support programs Provides housing and participation of all stakeholders in planning.

Abstract


The purpose of this article is to analyze the frequency and severity of the one to six days of rainfall in Iran. The trend of frequency changes and severity of each course was identified using my-candle test and the slope estimator during the 1968-1988 period. Then, using the main component analysis method and cluster analysis method, the entire stations were categorized in five clusters (abundance) and four (intensity) based on the annual changes of frequency indicators and intensity of precipitation. Cluster 1 and 2 stations represent the frequency of precipitation periods with a severe or without trend. The two clusters were mostly established in the southern half of Iran. Cluster 4 and 5 stations represent the frequency of precipitation periods with a positive (mild) trend, mainly in the northern part of the country. Cluster 3 stations represent the frequency of precipitation periods with decreased (mild) trends, which are mostly focused on west and southwestern Iran. The clustering results of the stations based on the intensity index of precipitation periods, contrary to many results; do not show a specific pattern. But in the cluster, there has been a severe decrease in the last half century. The stations of this cluster are mostly concentrated in the northern parts of the country. Other clusters are scattered in almost all parts of the country. Accordingly, it can be concluded that the frequency of precipitation periods in the northern latitudes of incremental processes (average or weak) and the severity of precipitation periods in these latitudes (north of the country) had severe declining trends.

Abstract


Today, with the expansion of urbanization and the increase in the population of cities, urban poverty is one of the important problems that it seems necessary to fight. In the 21st century, one of the indicators of urban progress is the issue of low urban poverty (Lemanski and Marx, 2015). In order to analyze and evaluate the indicators of urban poverty in Rasht city in different blocks and to cluster social poverty in this city (very poor, poor, average, wealthy, very wealthy), to analyze social poverty and extract spatial hot spots from Arc software. Gis was used. And the extraction of different areas of the city was calculated from the R software and by the multi-indicator Prometheus decision-making method, where the weight of the indicators was obtained by the ANP method from the raw data of the statistical blocks of Rasht city in the census of 2015. The findings of the research showed that comparatively, the central parts of the city are covered by medium blocks, and in the outer and peripheral parts of the city center, two hot spot areas are observed, which contain very prosperous blocks. Cold spots are also clearly visible on the outer edge of the city and they cover very poor and poor blocks, and except for the hot and cold spots, the city is mostly in the form of mild spots and most of the blocks are in poor condition. They are placed in average social poverty. Also, based on the findings of the research, most of the deprived areas in terms of social poverty in Rasht city are located in the north-west and north-east parts of the city.

Abstract

Cities are open systems that constantly change and bring about changes in inside and outside neighboring areas. With the rapid growth of urban population in the world, cities sprawl and occupy surrounding lands. In this situation, attention to the developments inside urban space could be a key principle in urban planning. The aim of this study was determining and prioritizing economic, social and ecological factors which influence inside urban space indicators in City of Gorgan using Delphi method and literature review. Following the increase in population, developments inside urban space in the future is inevitable. Understanding and recognition of this process is essential to effective management in the field of conservation of the urban environment. Four expertize requirements should be taken into account: knowledge and experience of the field of study; ability and willingness to participate; adequate time to participate; and effective communication skills. Experts’ panel included fifteen specialists from municipality, city council, academics, cultural and medical service providers, police, urban planners and citizens, whose points of view were collected using questionnaires. Data collection for questionnaire was repeated 4 times to reach a consensus. Overall, twenty - four factors were identified for the economic, social and ecological factors, and then the degree and percentage of importance for each one was determined. Results showed that the most important indicator is feeling of security followed by the noise pollution and environmental pollution. Results could be helpful to urban planners and related organizations to improve inside urban space for welfare and life quality of citizens. Prioritization of these indicators provides an appropriate action agenda for the managers.

Abstract

The purpose of the present study is to assess the land surface temperature in relation to landuse for the city of Tabriz using remote sensing technology and GIS. Landsat 8 satellite image was used to map the land surface temperature for the study area. Atmospheric correction was applied to the desired image using the FLAASH method and the land surface temperature was estimated using the split-window algorithm for the study area with an accuracy of 1.51 degrees. Landuse map of Tabriz city in 6 classes was obtained using the object-based approach in eCognition software with an accuracy of 90/03. The results of studying the relationship between land surface temperature and landuse indicate that agricultural lands with a temperature of 18.22 °C have the highest land surface temperature. Also, water areas (rivers) have the lowest (10.30 °C) land surface temperature, because of their radiant power close to one. The research results also indicate that the split-window algorithm provides reliable results for land surface temperature estimation that can be used in environmental studies and earth sciences.

Abstract

Women play an important role in promoting employment and improving the economic situation of society. Therefore, giving them identity and independence and providing the ground for their active participation in various economic and social affairs, especially entrepreneurial activities in urban areas is a very important factor of this great force.
The experts’ demographic features are analyzed. Then the components of entrepreneurship value chain and social sustainable development are sifted out using experts’ opinions (twenty of the best women entrepreneur of Golestan province), Fuzzy Delphi method, and De-fuzzy to find the components of intended variables. Validity and reliability of questionnaires are investigated by Cronbach’s Alpha and normal distribution of components and statistical samples are also analyzed by Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Student’s t-Test. In section one, the prioritization and ranking of dimensions and components of entrepreneurship value chain are addressed (by 198 of women entrepreneur of Golestan province) by using hierarchical analysis process method and Expertchoice software. In section two, to measure the relationships between the developing women’s entrepreneurship according to value chain and the social sustainable development, the Correlational research, the Structural equation for factor analysis test, and Smart pls2 software are used that show a statistical significant. In correlational research not only the relationship between variables are detected but also the type and rate of variables relationship are reachable. The results then are discussed. And the model of developing women’s entrepreneurship according to value chain with the approach of social sustainable development is presented. The model helps adjust the developing women’s entrepreneurship and show the strength and weakness.

Abstract

According to the fact that place identity is influenced by various social, physical, semantic, functional, and natural factors, each of these dimensions has multiple indicators with complex internal relationships; Measuring and evaluating it is a fundamental and complex issue. Therefore, the aim of this study is to "provide a combined model for measuring the identity of place in urban spaces." To achieve this goal, quantitative methods have been used. First, the expert questionnaire with a sample size of 19 people was analyzed in the form of a combination of DEMATEL model and Analytical network process, then the questionnaire of space users with a volume of 384 samples in 12 urban spaces was analyzed by TOPSIS model. The results show that despite the decline in identity in recent decades, Tehran Bazaar as the central core of Tehran's historical district still has an acceptable level, but the further away from the Bazaar, the different dimensions of social, physical, functional, natural and the semantic identity is declining. Also, from a methodological point of view, it can be said that the combined DANP-TOPSIS model is a suitable model for measuring the various dimensions of place identity in an integrated way.

Abstract

In examining natural hazards, such as hail, statistical analyzes can play a significant role. Due to the great importance of economic and side losses of hail in the northern part of Zagros with maximum frequency and damage, the necessity of studying its temporal and spatial location is felt very distinctly. Therefore, in order to estimate and estimate the probability of occurrence of this phenomenon, 10 hail data data of 10 synoptic stations of the region were used during the statistical period of 2014- 1992. In choosing the best method for calculating the distribution of precipitation probabilities, different types of probability distributions of discrete random variables were tested by means of both Kolmogorov and Anderson-Darling testsThe results showed that the good Poisson distribution test had a good fit for hail occurrence at a high level of 90.99%. Baneh station with the maximum frequency of hail precipitation has the lowest probability (0.023%) and Pearnshahr station has the most probable days without hail (0.39%). Therefore, the probability of occurrence of hail in Baneh has a higher percentage. In the next round, the negative binomial model satisfies the observations of this type of precipitation well. The calculation of probabilistic distributions by these two methods showed that the probability of occurrence of hail with the frequency of 1 to 6 times and more in the region and the highest probability is related to the frequency of 3 occurrences of 0.20%. At a frequency of 1 to 6 times, the probability of occurrence of this phenomenon is 5 times more than the probability that it will not occur, which indicates the region's high vulnerability to this type of climate risk.

Abstract

Among the natural hazards, without a doubt, the flood is known as a natural disaster. In this research, Shannon entropy model was used to prepare a flood sensitivity map. First, 34 flood watersheds were selected from Firoozabad basin, and then these 34 points were classified into two groups. With 22 points, 65 percent of the points for training and modeling, and 12 points, 35 percent of the locations that were not used in modeling were used for validation. First, a map of the status of the floods was developed and Then, 10 factors, slope, tilt, lithology, land use, NDVI, SPI, TWI, altitudes, rainfall and distances from the river were selected as flood factors in Firoozabad basin. Prioritizing the effective factors in the occurrence of flood by Shannon entropy index showed that the NDVI layers (2.03), rainfall (0.00), distance from the river (1.89), SPI (385.1), elevation classes (999 (0/19), gradient with weight (0,932), lithology (478/0), TWI (379/0), and land use (280/0), respectively (0/184) have the highest and the least impact Flood events. Based on the results of the ROC curve, the predicted surface area under the curve with 35% of the validation data is equal (91.42%) and for the success rate with 65% of the equal education data (92.53%).

Abstract

 Assessing and predicting future climate change is of particular importance due to its adverse effects on water resources and the natural environment, as well as its environmental, economic and social effects. Meanwhile, rainfall is also an important climatic element that causes a lot of damage in excess conditions. West Azerbaijan Province is no exception. The aim of this study is to model and predict 30 years of rainfall in West Azerbaijan province. The statistical period studied is 32 years (2019-1987). Selected stations in the province include Urmia, Piranshahr, Takab, Khoy, Sardasht, Mahabad and Mako stations. Average slider time series models, Sarima (seasonal Arima), Health Winters were used for analysis and prediction and also linear regression and Mann-Kendall test were used to determine the data trend. The results show an increasing trend of precipitation in Urmia, Piranshahr, Khoy, Sardasht and Mako stations and a decreasing trend in Takab and Mahabad stations. According to the results of comparing the models used, the Health Winters model with the least error in the absolute mean of deviations, mean squared deviations and the percentage of absolute mean errors was introduced as the best precipitation forecasting model for West Azerbaijan province. province.                                     [A1]

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to present a model of religious tourism based on the art of taziyeh in Kashan based on structural equation modeling, based on a mixed exploratory approach. In the qualitative part, the phenomenological method was used and in the quantitative part, the descriptive method, correlation based on structural equations was used. The statistical population of this research in the qualitative part included professors and experts in tourism and condolence in Kashan, which was obtained after 15 saturated interviews. In order to evaluate the validity of qualitative data, structural, external, descriptive and interpretive validity were used and in order to evaluate the reliability, the three approaches of Rao and Perry (2003) were used. The results of qualitative research were extracted from 11 economic, strategic, development, research, organizational, technical, content, environmental and advertising dimensions. After examining the extraction of components, the quantitative part of the research was examined. Factor and content validity were used to evaluate the validity. The reliability of the questionnaire was used from Cronbach's alpha, which had the necessary reliability. Available was selected. The data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics, including structural equations, through SPSS 22, LISREL 18.9 and Warp PLS 5 software. Findings showed that the most impact was economic dimension (impact factor 0.86) followed by cultural dimension with (0.79) and strategic dimension with (0.78).

Abstract

Relative humidity is considered as one of the most important climatic parameters and atmospheric phenomena. The purpose of the present study is to evaluate the regional algorithms for estimating relative humidity using remote sensing data in Hormozgan province. In this regard, the products (MOD05 and MOD07) were used to for estimating the total perceptible water, air temperature and sea- level pressure. Also the product (MOD35) was used for cloud testing, which by performing this test, 2190 cloudless images with 95% confidence for processing was identified. To evaluate the results, radio sound data of Bandar Abbas and synoptic stations in all over the Hormozgan were used. The results showed high accuracy of the used algorithms and experimental model so that R2 and RMSE values of the recorded layers of the sensor and ground data were acceptable. They are in good agreement with ground station measurements. The results showed that the climate of the province is semi-desert with a long warm season and a short cool one. With a closer look, it was found that sea-level pressure and total perceptible water (TPW) in this province are highly correlated with the topography of the region, so that, maximum total perceptible water and sea level pressure were recorded in coastal lowland areas and minimum in the highlands of the province. According to zoning maps, Hormozgan province can be divided into four parts due to relative humidity: from very dry climate with less than 20% relative humidity which is recorded at the highlands to humid areas with more than 65% relative humidity at the coastal area.

Abstract

Broiler is one of the most common sources of poultry meat which has become one of the most popular and fastest poultry production in the world. The performance of broilers is directly affected by increasing or decreasing temperature and heat & cold Stress. In this study, it has been attempted to evaluate the cooling and heating degree-days (HDD and CDD) at different broiler breeding periods for Khorasan Razavi province. For this purpose, monthly mean temperature data for the statistical period (1988-1998) derived from 13 synoptic stations of the province were used. The cooling and heating degree-days were calculated for each of the breeding weeks based on specific thresholds and their spatial distribution was assessed. In the next step, the relationship between the cooling and heating degree-days and geographical parameters were evaluated. The results showed that with increasing latitude, the cooling degree-days decreased and the heating degree- days increased. The northern and western regions of the province have shown greater heating requirements in all broiler breeding periods, while the cooling requirements at different stages of broiler breeding have been higher for the eastern and southern regions of the province. In terms of total cooling and heating requirements, the northeast, southwest and western regions of the province; the cities of Khaf, Gonabad, Kashmar, Sarakhs and Sabzwar have the least heating-cooling requirements in the six-week broiler breeding period and are considered suitable climates for the development of this economic activity.

Abstract

In arid and semi-arid, groundwater is more important for humans and ecosystems than surface water. Land subsidence is caused by the pumping and uncontrolled use of groundwater in an area. When harvested quantities aren’t compensated by rainfall, it causes damages such as road failures, destruction of residential areas, railways, and water and gas pipelines. Yazd-Ardakan plain is one of the important plains of Yazd province, which has 75% of the population density of the province and the most industrial centers. In addition, this plain has been banned by the Ministry of Energy due to a sharp drop in groundwater levels. In this study, the amount of subsidence was obtained and compared using 4 SLC images of the C-band of the Sentinel-1 satellite and the radar differential interferometry method from 2017 to 2021. The maximum amount of subsidence in 2017 was 13 cm and in 2020 and 2021, 9 cm, which is related to the Shamsi region in the area between Meybod and Ardakan. Also, to ensure the results of satellite images, they were compared with the results of the accurate leveling method performed by the Iran National Cartographic Center. It was observed that sentinel images have a good ability to estimate the amount of subsidence. According to the study of groundwater consumption and depletion statistics in recent years, possible reasons for the reduction of subsidence in the study area can be management measures such as water transfer to this basin, change in agricultural practices and reduction of groundwater depletion compared to years ago in this area.

Abstract

Buildings are one of the main pillars of social and economic development of countries that consume a large part of energy and natural resources. The share of this part of energy consumption is 30-50% on average. Also, in our country, based on the energy balance sheet of recent years, about 33% of the energy produced is related to the domestic, commercial and public sector, i.e. the construction sector. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of the location of the building on its energy consumption. The district of the research is the common 4 and 5-story residential buildings in District 5 of Tehran, on Ferdous Sharq Blvd. The descriptive-analytical research method is based on organizational and field data collection, by selecting 6 similar residential blocks and in different lighting positions, different data were collected. These 6 blocks are completely the same in terms of land area, infrastructure area, number of floors, heating and cooling systems and other characteristics, and the only difference between them is their location in a passage. Then, using simulation in Design Builder software, their energy consumption was calculated and compared. The results of the research indicate that the average energy consumption with an accuracy of 98%, the northern blocks, 7 261, the southern blocks, 11 247, the total blocks, 5 254, kilowatt hours per square meter per year, which is about 3 times the ideal building. . Northern blocks consume about 5% more energy than southern blocks. A block that receives light from 3 sides, north, south and west, consumes about 11%, more than the average, and a block that receives light from 2 sides, north and south, consumes about 5%, less than the average. North blocks, energy label D, south blocks, except for the end block that gets light from three sides, north, south and west, get energy label C, and as a result, south blocks generally perform better in terms of energy consumption.

Abstract

In this research, the effect of climate change on the amount of virtual water of some strategic crops was investigated in Kerman province for future periods. For this purpose, the climatic data of HadCM3 model was used under RCP4.5 radiative forcing scenario. In order to investigate the possibility of producing and simulating meteorological data in the future periods, was applied the LARS-WG microscale-representative model. For the basic period (1991-2011), was done calibration and validation of the model. Through the data of LARS-WG, the amount of precipitation and the maximum and minimum temperature of the selected stations were predicted for the periods of 2011-2070 and compared with the base period. Virtual water amount was calculated for selected crops including alfalfa, barley and wheat. The results of the current research indicate that the phenomenon of climate change significantly affects the evapotranspiration and the performance of the studied crops, and hence it will affect the agricultural water productivity in the future. While the average temperature of the growing season will increase in the future under the influence of climate change, the maximum temperature parameter will be affected by this phenomenon more than the minimum temperature, and parallel to this, the water requirement and plant evaporation-transpiration will increase in this period. Also, the surveys show a decrease in precipitation in the hot seasons and an increase in the cold seasons in all study stations. The amount of virtual water changes obtained for all studied plants is increasing, and this increase for barley and wheat crops shows a greater increase on average in the future period. The biggest increase in the virtual water compared to the base period in Kerman station is related to barley and alfalfa products by at least 30%.

Abstract

Ancient cities have always had a fundamental difference from today's cities, a difference that was well felt in their body and overall structure, in such a way that they can be well distinguished from today's cities. This difference, which is itself influenced by economic, political, cultural and social conditions, has had more or less changes in the structure of cities, can represent two types of city growth. Organic growth is a continuous and clear growth that made the form subservient to its function, and in contrast to that, the dark and discrete form of the global cities of the modern era. This project has tried to answer the question of whether it is possible to use the characteristics and the way of formation of ancient cities in today's world by studying the shape of the city throughout the past history until today. Or at least, is it possible to achieve a favorable result from the integration of some characteristics of these cities with today's cities? Based on this, in this project, the form of cities from the past to the present during three historical periods before Islam, after Islam and the modern era, and on the other hand, limiting the issue to the way of establishing government centers in the central desert of Iran using the comparative method- Induction has been discussed according to the assumptions of the research. The results showed that the first and second hypotheses have worked more effectively in more unsuccessful experiments, and on the other hand, the third hypothesis has worked more colorfully in more successful experiments, and on the other hand, since the degree of realization of the third hypothesis in the experiment Kerman's success rate is 0.100 and in unsuccessful experiences it is 0. Perhaps this hypothesis can be considered as a relatively superior and preferable hypothesis to check the success rate of related projects.
