Abstract
This paper focuses on convergence with the measures and activities of the global assemblies in order to promote the resilience of cities against earthquakes and to pay attention to their physical- skeletal development process, to analyze the resilience of the city of Zanjan and to design scenarios against the earthquake hazard. The criteria used in order of priority and importance include: type of structure, building quality, building life, number of floors, occupancy level, enclosure coefficient, building density, grading, distance from the fault, number of units in the building, user adaptability, slope and facade Building, Which are applied in the three earthquake resilience scenarios after analytical hierarchy analysis (AHP) based on (relation No. 1).
According to the maps drawn from the scenarios, the resiliency rate in the central and southern parts of the city was weak and very weak and as far as we move north, west, and east, we increase the amount of physical resilience of the area. However, no resonance images in the scenario maps show any area with a very resilient domain. As in Ramallah scenarios 7 and 8, the resilience is in a non-resilient and very weak domain. The analysis shows that, according to the maps in any of the areas, there is no stability in the resilience That is, no area in the assessment of all criteria is resilient.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to investigate drought stress in rangeland rangelands in Ardabil province. According to the monthly rainfall data, 4 synoptic stations of Ardebil province (Ardebil, Khalkhal, Meshgin Shahr and Parsabad Moghan) during the statistical period of 2016-1996 were used to calculate drought index (SEPI) index for 4 periods of 1, 3, 6 and 9 months. Landsat TM and OLI satellite imagery was also used to prepare landslide classification maps based on the maximum probability model and calculation of vegetation indices NDVI, EVI, SAVI and LAI. In order to investigate the relationship between the studied indices, Pearson correlation coefficient (R) and root mean square error (RMSE) have been used. The results of the classification showed that the extent of the rangelands of Ardebil province in 1394 in the year 1377, both in the rangeland and in the rangelands, is a significant decrease. According to the results of SPI, the drought condition during 2011-2015 is more than the other periods studied. Vegetation dispersal maps were based on decision tree tree classification algorithm and according to NDVI index for the studied months. Also, according to the results of the evaluation, the highest correlation was observed between the NDVI index and the 6-month SEPI index, and the lowest mean squared error was found between the SAVI index and the 6-month SEPI index, but in general, the most suitable indicator for Drought monitoring in Ardebil province pastures is a 6-month NDVI and SEPI indicator.

Abstract
Complexity of multi dimension developments and infrastructures intensifies the land related challenges to adopt legal laws, restrictions and responsibilities. Although, multi dimension estates have been registering for many years, as the complexity of the estates are increased, disadvantages of the 2D cadaster is more appeared. Hence, the 3D cadaster has been a necessity for sustainable development. Visualizing is one of the important components of 3D cadaster. In the current research, for efficient and effective visualization of land ownerships and their related 3D information, firstly, the needed essentials of cadaster visualization systems have been classified into 3 groups including: cadaster, visualization and independent properties. Then, the trends of 3D visualization developments for older plugin and WebGL based technologies have been considered. Finally, a number of the most important systems according to the needed criteria for web-based 3D cadaster were evaluated and consequently, Cesium virtual environment has been selected as the best for the development purpose. To develop a system for 3D cadaster visualization, 2D building properties was converted to 3D using different software and then, land law properties were added and subsequently, Building Information Model (BIM) was provided. HTML5, JavaScript and CSS languages along with WebGL library and Cesium API were utilized. The implemented service is able to display WFS-based standard vector layers as well as WMS image of OGC standard. The system has the possibilities of 3D visualization like web-based 3D cadaster visualization and land law properties over the web. This enables the user to make the printed output of BIM along with descriptive information of the buildings.

Abstract
In this project government endow loam to villagers for improving their houses. This project help to villagers for improvement their life and it help to villagers for preparation for sudden hazards. Improvement rural houses project improve quality of life villagers. Therefore, this project presents for resolving problems and challenges that improvement rural houses project confront with them. Investigative method was descriptive-survey and we used from questionnaire for collecting data. Statistical society includes 50 people that we used from census method for sampling method. Statistical method was technical supervisors in Kermanshah County. Reliability calculated by alpha Cronbach method that equal 0.72 and validity calculated by K.M.O and Bartlet method that equal (K.M. O=74/0) and Bartlet significant equal (0.0). But technical supervisors have positive attitude about housing foundation of Islamic revolution performance. They were satisfaction from workshops and upstream supervisors in housing foundation of Islamic revolution of province of Kermanshah. Results shows that there is relationship between distance village from city and quality of building materials quality. Also, there is relationship between knowledge of people about project and time periods. It shows that knowledge people increase. Finally, by factor analysis we understand that there are 5 components that effect on improvement rural houses projects that include: dimension of individual people and technical supervisors, attitude of people to improvement rural houses projects, life quality and improvement in life style, challenge in law and discipline and time of project. They explain 65.85% of total of variance. Also, the findings show that there is a meaningful and reverse relationship between the beginning of the technical observer's period and the amount of his attention to the consciousness of the people at the level of 0/05. Meanwhile, people's awareness has increased over time.

Abstract
The route optimization process is one of the analyzes that can be used when there is a constraint on resources and time, including post-earthquake conditions. In this research, this analysis has been used to solve the Travelling Salesman Problem. In this case, the goal is finding the shortest path between a set of points and the algorithm will try to minimize the transmission costs and target function. This paper due to target, is practical and developmental, due to doing method is descriptive and analytical and due to information gathering method is documental and surveying. In order to implement this problem, by considering to the strict scenario of accessing resources, two algorithms including the Ant Colony Optimization and Imperialist Competition Algorithm in the MATLAB environment with the Dijkstra algorithm in the GIS environment have been used. The view points of the model are areas that prepared to temporary post-earthquake settlement in Gorgan city and the spatial and temporal real-time distances in the urban network are used instead of Euclidian distances. The results of the implementation of the model have shown that the Ant Colony Optimization has performed the route optimization in two parameters of time and distance more effectively than the two dijkstra and Imperialist Competition Algorithm.

Abstract
The purpose of the present study was to identify legal challenges to the implementation of regeneretional goals in areas of urban decay, including those that were selected as pilot sites for the implementation of regeneretional goals after the recent laws on regeneretion. In order to investigate the challenges of implementing regeneretional goals, first the theoretical basis of the research is formulated the necessary process in urban decay legislation, then a questionnaire based on the necessary indices in each dimension and based on the opinions of 50 experts from the Organization for Development. Reproductive Company and Friedman's one-sample t-test and analysis of the effect of different dimensions on the realization of regeneretional goals in the laws and by developing the desirable criteria of legal goals based on the views of the professors and Delphi method, content validity of the later rules. The results indicate that measures taken by the redevelopment laws in the Sirus neighborhood have indirectly driven groups of residents to the outskirts of the city. This challenge stems from the imbalance between property rights and citizenship rights and the public interest. The emphasis on land acquisition and liberalization and the implementation of regeneretion projects have neglected the provision of public and collective benefits and created challenges in other social, economic and managerial dimensions, and the failure to achieve regeneretion goals. Therefore, by presenting strategies to strengthen the theoretical and fundamental dimension of the subject of civil rights, the research aims to provide the necessary framework for reforming the legislative process and providing a platform for the implementation of regeneretional goals.

Abstract
Today, the process of developing and constructing educational spaces tends to be more inclined to physical dimensions and is painted against human beings and their characteristics. The result is a disconnect between the students' relationship with the schools in particular and the educational environment in general. As such, they consider their students to be less part of the high school and feel less attached to it. The purpose of this study is to focus on designers 'view of the semantic levels of the school environment that can influence students' sense of place. The research method was descriptive, analytical and survey using spss software and Lisrel 8.8. This study uses the confirmatory factor analysis technique to determine whether the number of factors and loads of variables measured on these factors are consistent with what is specified in the theory. According to the results of confirmatory factor analysis, the standardized coefficients are acceptable and relatively large. Through the SEM structural model, it was estimated that the highest correlation and consistency between subjective factor with factor loadings of 0.76 and physical component rank second. With a factor load of 0.63 and finally the educational component with a standard coefficient of 0.58 establishes and promotes a sense of belonging in high schools. At the end of the conceptual model the research was mapped using structural equation modeling and by regression it was concluded that subjective, physical and educational components predict 43% of the variance in sense of belonging in Tehran high schools.

Abstract
The Ghezel Ozan basin in an area of 50000 KM2 is in the northwest of Iran. Recognition of variables like captivity and deviation of rivers, erosion and compact surfaces, the affects of old lakes by the reflected affects on 1:50000 scaled topographic maps of the region, are some of the points which is tried to find out the changes of Quaternary of the basin. Although Ghezel Ozan basin is ended to Caspian sea as an open basin, the geomorphologic and topographic evidences show that this basin became independent between two basins of Ghom and Orumiye after Pasadenian moves and also was multiple closed sub basins which the waters were moved to the central pits in each surface such as Bijar, Zanjan, Tarom, Yangi Kand and Miyane. The size of some of these pits is such huge so that could be visible in topographic maps by water network and marl sediments of their bed. On the other hand, some are very small and limited which follow the local topographic position or has shaped under the influence of the main processes of the time and has been destroyed by changes. The past topographic situation and the main processes of glaciers in cold Quaternary, has made different lakes near Ghale Chay River. Pari Lake is an obvious example. However nowadays it is irrigated by an artificial channel ramified by Ghale Chay River.

Abstract
Reviewing the damage caused by landslide proves the need to examine the factors influencing the occurrence of this phenomenon and the prediction of its occurrence. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to improve the prediction of landslide occurrence in the Taleghan watershed using Shannon Entropy Theory. Among the factors influencing the occurrence of landslide, ten factors of elevation, slope, slope direction, geology, vegetation, land use, water congestion, fault, road, rainfall as independent variables and sliding zones were considered as dependent variables. Then, using the entropy index, weighing was calculated for each of these factors based on their effectiveness, and the value map of each parameter was calculated according to its weight. In the next step, by mapping these maps with the map of landslides, a risk zoning map for the basin was drawn up. After calculating the Shannon entropy index, it was determined that 86% of the landslide area is in three medium-risk, high-risk and highly hazardous areas, indicating that the final map of the zoning is based on the correct method. Also, the total quality index (Qs) in this method was equal to 2.3, which indicates that this method is more reliable and more suitable for zoning of landslide hazard in Taleghan watershed. The accuracy of the method (P) for the entropy model was equal to 0.24, indicating a more appropriate resolution of the risk zones in this method.

Abstract
In this paper, aerosol optical depth measured by Caliop, MODIS, MISR, and OMI satellite sensors is compared with Sun-photometer data located in the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences (IASBS) from December 2009 to December 2013 over Zanjan city. We computed figures for root mean square error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE) and root mean bias (RMB) between space-born and ground-based sensor measurements. The results show that the Caliop and MISR sensors have the highest correlation (0.61 and 0.54), respectively, with Sun-photometer measurements over Zanjan area. MISR, Caliop, and OMI sensors have the closest aerosol optical depth data to the Sun-photometer measurements (the fitted line slope is 0.68, 0.61 and 0.59, respectively) which represents the appropriate model used in the sensors to extract the aerosol optical depth. The variable monthly AOD figures obtained with different sensors indicate underestimation by MODIS and Caliop instruments (0.32 and 0.83 respectively) over Zanjan city relative to the Sun-photometer data, and overestimation by OMI and MISR instruments (1. 23 and 1.08 respectively).

Abstract
Agriculture, as one of the most important human economic activities, is closely related to the climatic conditions, and any changes in the climatic conditions can have dramatic changes in agriculture. The main objective of this study is to investigate the spatial changes of the Agro Climatic Feasibility Rosa damascena mill Cultivation in Climate change Condition in northern part of Isfahan province including Kashan, Natanz, Ardestan and Aran Bidgol, under the four carbon dioxide emission pathways (RCPs)of 2050. Two groups of factors involved in agroclimatic feasibility of Rosa damascena mill cultivation including environmental factors (topography, soil) and climatic factors were extracted. Based on these factors, suitable zones of Rosa damascena mill cultivation, were identify using Fuzzy gamma function. In the next step, by simulating the climatic elements of the region in 2050, under the four carbon dioxide emission pathways, the fifth report of the IPCC, replacing the simulated climatic variables of 2050 under the four lines, by re-implementing the fuzzy gamma function, favorable areas of cultivation Rosa damascena mill was identified in each region in each scenario. In the next step, by simulating the climatic elements of the region in 2050, under the four carbon dioxide emission pathways, the fifth report of the IPCC, replacing the simulated climatic variables of 2050 under the four lines, by re-implementing the fuzzy gamma function, favorable areas of cultivation The Rosa damascena mill was identified in each region in each scenario. The results showed that in the base period climate, about 0.33% of the area (9025 km2) has a climate suitable for cultivating Rosa damascena mill and more than 67% of the area of the region has a weak talent. The results of the simulation of the climatic conditions of 2050 under four carbon dioxide emission lines indicate that, under all scenarios, favorable areas for cultivating Rosa damascena mill in the studied area have increased. Abstract
Assessment is one of the important methods in analyzing the accomplishment of Sustainable development and as one of the necessities of planning can identify potential and actual environmental effect that is emerged as a result of the construction and development and provides logical options to solve them. The purpose of the current research is to assess the environmental effects of multi-layer highways on the neighborhood. The research is applied In terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of nature. Moreover, this research is environment based and uses sustainable development in theory. In order to analyze the data, 8 neighborhood around the Sadr bridge (Tajrish, Gheytariyeh, Chizar, Zargandeh, Sadr, Rostam Abas, Ekhtiyarieh and Pasdaran neighborhoods) were chosen as the analyze unit. Assessment indexes were assed in term of social, skeleton, vision and health-hygiene, economic and ecologic and safety-security domains. statistical Qualitative and quantitative methods including one sample T test and Friedman test were used to rate the domains and spatial analysis methods (spatial statistics) were used to show the status of the neighborhood. We also used the TOPSIS technique and Iranian Leopold in order to rate the neighborhood in terms of environmental effects of multi-layer Sadr Bridge. Results of the assessment matrix showed that Sadr multi-layer project is confirmed by providing corrective options in activities with high and very high damage. Based on the research findings it was found that the neighborhoods around the Sadr multi-layer highway given the assed dimensions, each have a different susceptibility from the multi-layer Sadr Bridge. In this regard, the ecological and skeleton have the most susceptibility and the security each have the least susceptibility from the Sadr multi-layer Sadr bridge and in rating the neighborhood, Rostamabad had the most susceptibility and the Zarhandeh has the least susceptibility from the Multi-layer Sadr bridge.

Abstract
During the last years, following an increase in damages due to occurrence of landslides, human has decided to reduce such losses. Therefore, identifying regions susceptible to landslide and classifying them can partly help man to prevent from happening above phenomena. The current study aims to demonstrate factors contributing to occurrence of landslide in Candrigh Chay basin and then, flattening the basin regarding risks related to landslide event using one methods, Network Analysis Process. In this direction, as respects to basin morphology and also, findings of past researches , ten factors involved in occurring landslides in Candrigh Chay Basin were recognized and used : lithology , land use , rainfall , slope , slope aspect , road slide , sluice power index (SPI), sediment transfer index (STI).Network Analysis Process(ANP) Method was implemented to score and classify factors and scales. Was carried out in order to measure classes of each parameter. The final map showed that the basin has 4 classes considering landslide. Findings reveal flats with low risk and flats with high risk have the least area in Candrigh Chay basin. On the other hand, flats with medium risk and high risk allocate the most area of basin for themself. Comparing slid surfaces with flats facing risks indicates regions located at high and average risk class possess most areas of slide surfaces so that a flat involving very high risk and a flat with high risk devote 35 percent (79km²) and 32/6 (72km²) of landslides for themselves, respectively. In other words, more than 77 percent of landslides conform to flats covering very high and average risk. Moreover, petrology, slope, and, sluice slide were identified as the most effective agents in occurring land_slides. One models, Network Analysis Process (ANP) were utilized through this project

Abstract
Today, given the rapid growth of the world's population and its focus on cities, access to quality housing by urban dwellers is an essential component of influencing the long-term outlook of human communities. At the same time, considering the widespread impacts of housing on urban environments and on the economic, social and physical life of the city and its citizens, it is important to identify the factors that influence the choice of place of residence and housing. The residence has been emphasized on housing features. The type of research was applied and descriptive-analytical in nature; the method of data collection is library and field (questionnaire). The study population consisted of 384 households living in Tabriz metropolitan area. Then, tests (descriptive and inferential statistics) will be used and finally by diagnostic analysis using SPSS 22 and GIS software will analyze the relationships between variables. The results showed that demographic and lifestyle indices affect residence and housing choice and when demographic characteristics are combined with lifestyle, the choice of residence by the households is examined based on differences. Individual and lifestyle are important. Also, based on the results of the research, selection of residence and housing has a significant relationship with access to business centers, childcare centers, cultural centers, pedestrian access, parking and home warning cameras.

Abstract
One of the concepts that is widely considered in all societies today, especially in developed countries, is the electronic city. The e-city is not an invention or an innovative proposal, but a reality that has shown its place based on the needs of today's society. The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of components of business preferences in achieving e-city. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical method. Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed as qualitative and quantitative validity and its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha method and combined reliability. In this study, in order to analyze the research data from the software SPSS and Amose were used. Findings of this study showed that the variables of customer knowledge, customer focus, customer lifetime value, value creation, technology, useful interaction and communication quality have a positive and significant effect on the realization of e-city. Among the research variables, the customer-centric variable with a path coefficient of 0.38 had the most impact and the customer knowledge variable with a path coefficient of 0.19 had the least impact.

Abstract
Urban neighborhoods are one of the vital elements of each city and the culture of urban residents is concealed in the texture and sinew of that .The advent of new technologies in urban life and percipitance of designers for construction of buildings led to reduce of fixation sense about their living environment and decrease social interaction. once the historical districts are regarded as symbols of security, comfort and authenticity of the residents, due to inefficiency and interruption of their structures, suffer instability and displacement of their residents.According to this, instability and displacement of inhabitants to districts of historical value are known as the main problem in these neighborhoods. The purpose of this study is to identify the effective factors of authenticity in historical textures of “Ferdowsi” neighborhood located in distrct 12 of Tehran by phenomenological approach.method. For this purpose, eight persons of this neighborhood were selected by purposive sampling method were collected through questionnairs and profound individual interviews.After recording the interviews, they were implemented in Maxqda qualitative data analysis softwarethe data and analyzed by seven-based Colaizzi methods.Authenticity as one of the individual characteristics will have an effective factor in educating people to live as citizens in the external society and will have a controlling role on human behavior and performance in society. Therefore, preserving and protecting valuable historical monuments, buildings and places. In a neighborhood that is subject to the behavioral and functional characteristics of human beings, in addition to the permanence and sensory richness of the permanence and sensory richness of the space, it will be necessary to transfer originality from one generation to another.

Abstract
This study investigates the subtropical anticyclones and summer monsoons of the north hemisphere in the 500 hPa level, effective on Iran in a 38-year period (1975-2012). For this purpose, the data of geopotential heights of 500 hPa at 12 UTC with a spatial resolution of 2 by 2 degrees of the (NCEP/NCAR) were used. Results show that three independent patterns (Azores anticyclone, Saudi anticyclone and North West Africa anticyclone) and four combinatory patterns derived from the independent patterns have controlled the atmosphere of 500 hPa level of Iran. In most cases, the maximum in geopotential heights in above-mentioned anticyclone centers reach to more than 5920 geopotential meters, but often the tongue of these anticyclones control the atmosphere of 500 hPa levels of Iran with the geopotential height of 5880 to 5900 meters. In contrast, at this pressure level, the large-scale monsoon system is very weak and the maximum geopotential height of this system is about 5840 meters. The extent and intensity of the monsoon system has been reduced so that its tongues do not affect the 500 hPa level of Iran at any time. Given that the main factor in the development of large-scale monsoon system is the surface heating (bottom-up formation) and the main factor in the development of subtropical anticyclone is descending of atmospheric dynamics, the main reason for the development of summertime subtropical dynamic anticyclone should be a very strong and unit agent, something other than the summer monsoons.

Abstract
Understanding the main components of the watershed water basin and analyzing their hydrologic behavior are among the key components of any planning and management procedures in the field of water resources engineering. Today, the need to use modern technologies in hydrological modeling of watersheds has been discussed more than before. The purpose of this study is the simulation of hydrological components in various land use categories in the catchment area of the Dez river basin. Since the tool used in the research is the SWAT model and the SUFI-2 algorithm, the database used include a range of input data. In order to determine the level of sensitivity of the model to the input parameters, global sensitivity analysis was performed. Then, by adjusting the selected parameters and using the observation current, the model was calibrated and validated for the periods 2007 - 1994 and 2013 - 2008, respectively. The coefficients of NS, R2, P-factor and R-factor confirmed the model's ability to simulate river flow in the studied basin. The results of the model showed that the areas with forest use share the highest contribution to aquifer nutrition, and the barren lands have the highest surface runoff. Surface runoff has the leading role in creating the main stream of the river and after that the main flow has been effective in this area. The forest use change to Agricultural lands and pasture will change the hydrological parameters of the basin, and the result of these changes will lead to the increase in the surface runoff, the reduction of nutrition of groundwater resources and the reduction of river basin water. The SWAT model can be used as a precursor model in watershed management studies.

Abstract
Concerning the importance of urban network studies and the role of hierarchy system in population decentralization in metropolitan areas, this paper by using acknowledged indicators and Grade of Membership (GoM) model and using Combined Analysis method has tried to find the changes in urban hierarchy of Khorasan region during the period 1956-2016. The outcomes show that urban system in Khorasan region as the one in the country was afflicted with inconsequentiality by 1986. However, during the period 1986-2006, the urban network in Khorasan region tended to reach to an equilibrium. Nevertheless, it has gone toward an imbalance during the period 2006-16. The outcomes also depict that the models and indicators did not work coordinated. While some indicators (such as Herfindahl and Entropy indexes) showed that, there were an equilibrium among the urban network in the region, some other (such as Primate City and Centrality indicators) showed increasing centralization and inconsequentiality. Accordingly, the study used “GoM model” and “Combined Analysis method” for the final analysis. The GoM used three variables that aimed to make the model more reliable: The Prime City Indicator, the Centrality Indicator and Equilibrium Indicator. With this methodological novelty, the analysis of the hierarchical patterns represented in the model by the multiple profiles were closer to what could be understood as a "methodological ideal", difficult to be applied empirically due to the complexity of the subject, but included in studies theoretically based. As for future studies, which will seek to understand the hierarchical urban organization of other regions of the country and of the world, these indicators may be incorporated if adapted to the regional reality.

Abstract
Awareness of the status of vegetation, land use change and surface temperature in each region, and the timing and location of their changes over time are important for micro and macro planning. In order to make optimal use of land, knowledge of land use changes is necessary, which is usually possible by detecting and predicting land use changes. Measuring the role of researches and researchers has been instrumental in the study of natural resources, especially vegetation, surface temperature and user variations in each location, as well as the availability of information for different times for valuable studies. In this study, ETM and OLI were used to study the process of land use change, vegetation cover, surface temperature, and hazards caused by them in perennial seasons. The results show that the area of use changes over the period 2000-2010 has decreased the area of use of the developed area, agricultural and growing gardens and the area of land and rangelands. Artificial vegetation has risen in aggregate and rangeland lands are showing a decreasing trend. Due to the importance of vegetation and its role in reducing the temperature of the earth's surface, the trend has been decreasing in regions with intensive vegetation and high temperature. Also, in the period from 2010 to 2017, the range was further increased and the city's growth continued sporadically, causing environmental changes and rising temperatures in the city. The change in the city's increased range has increased environmental risks, including the loss of good agricultural land and the increase in the temperature of the city. Due to the fact that most agricultural land is located in the vicinity of the city under cultivation of saffron, which in the warm seasons does not have surface coatings, changes in the type of cultivation can also affect the temperature of the earth.
