According to the researches that have been carried out about research data management literacy, the purpose of this research is to provide a model of research data management literacy for faculty members of humanities and social sciences in Iran's public universities (affiliated to the Ministry of Science ) is This research has been conducted with a quantitative approach and survey method with the aim of verifying and validating the tool built using the proposed research model. The statistical population includes 360 faculty members of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences of the country's state universities who were selected through cluster sampling, completed questionnaires and descriptive statistical methods for data analysis (mean, standard deviation, table frequency distribution) and inferential statistics (structural equation modeling and exploratory factor analysis) and SPSS and Smart Pls software have been used. The results of the research indicate that the components of beneficiaries, services, policy, types of literacy, data life cycle and financial issues have a positive effect on the literacy of research data management, and with the management of research data, research life can be made easier
