هدف اصلی این پژوهش شناسایی مولفه‌های مهم و اساسی مدیریت مدرسه محور در تراز جمهوری اسلامی ایران بوده است. روش پژوهش حاضر کیفی به شیوه تحلیل مضمون با روش آتراید اسنرلینگ است. برای دستیابی به اطلاعات و توصیفی اجمالی از تجارب و ادراک متخصصان، خبرگان و مجریان از مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختارمند استفاده شد. دراین پژوهش از راهبرد سه سویه‌سازی به طور جامع و دقیق بهره‌گیری شد و به منظور انجام مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختارمند از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند «رویکرد افرادکلیدی» استفاده گردید و نمونه‌گیری  با روش « گلوله برفی» تاحد اشباع نظری استمرار یافت. درهمین راستا با تعداد 23 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه‌ها و مراکز آموزش عالی استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد در سال 1399، پژوهشگران حوزه علوم تربیتی و مدیران با تجربه مدارس دوره ابتدایی و مدیران دبیرستان‌ها و هنرستان‌های دوره متوسطه که دارای مدرک تحصیلی دکترا و کارشناسی ارشد ( 15 نفر دکترا و 8 نفر کارشناسی ارشد) در رشته های مرتبط بودند مصاحبه انجام شد تا امکان تکامل هرچه بیشتر پژوهش فراهم آید. اعتباریابی این پژوهش به عنوان یک پارادایم کیفی برپایه چهارمعیار: قابلیت اعتبار(باورپذیری)، بی طرفی(تأئیدپذیری)، قابلیت اطمینان(سازگاری)، و قابلیت کاربرد(انتقال پذیری) درنظرگرفته شد. براساس یافته های پژوهش، برای مضمون فراگیر (مدیریت مدرسه محور در تراز جمهوری اسلامی ایران) تعداد یازده مضمون سازمان‌دهنده تحت عناوین: رویکرد دموکراتیک ستاد (وزارت)، اشتراک‌پذیری، تشکل‌های راهبردی، چشم‌انداز مدرسه، چشم‌انداز دانش‌آموزی، تکریم کارکنان، حرفه‌مندی و تخصص‌گرایی، نقش‌پذیری اولیا، نقش‌پذیری سازمان‌ها، مؤسسات و ..، محاسبه‌پذیری و پایش فراگیر، و انحرافات و بیراهه‌ها و تعداد شصت و دو مضمون پایه شناسایی گردید.
