    هدف مطالعه حاضر برآورد یک تکرار بیشینه بر پایه میزان درک فشار کار در زنان فعال و ارائه معادل پیش بین ویژه آن بود. تعداد 30 زن سالم با (20 تا 35 سال)، شاخص توده بدن 34/3± 32/26 کیلوگرم/مجذور متر2 به صورت داوطلبانه در مطالعه حاضر شرکت کردند. به منظور ارائه معادله مقدار نصف وزن آزمودنی برای انجام حرکت پرس سینه با هالتر انتخاب شد. از آزمودنی­ها خواسته شد تا یک‌بار این وزنه را با چشمان بسته تکرار و بعدازآن عددی را برای تعیین شدت این تکرار بین 6 تا 20 انتخاب کنند. پس از تعیین معادله، به منظور بررسی اعتبار معادله طراحی‌شده یک تکرار بیشینه آزمودنی­ها به وسیله معادله برزیسکی نیز محاسبه و از روش همبستگی پیرسون میزان همبستگی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. همبستگی بالایی بین معادله مطالعه حاضر و معادله برزیسکی (89/0=r)، همچنین پس از بررسی اعتبار متقاطع (91/0=r) به دست آمد. تفاوت معناداری بین نتایج معادله حاضر با نتایج معادله برزیسکی مشاهده نشد. به نظر می­رسد معادله مطالعه حاضر" 1RM={(20-RPE /40) +1 }× وزن نصف " بر اساس درک فشار کار می­تواند برآورد قابل اعتمادی را برای یک تکرار بیشینه پرس سینه در زنان سالم ارائه دهد.
