fa مکان یابی محل دفن بهداشتی زباله‎های روستایی مورد: دهستان قلعه دره سی شهرستان ماکو پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify; ">یکی از ابعاد مهم توسعه پایدار، مساله حفاظت از محیط زیست و منابع آن است، به طوری که سایر ابعاد توسعه نیز در ارتباط مستقیم و غیرمستقیم با این بُعد قرار دارد. قسمت اعظم منابع طبیعی کشور در قلمرو روستاها واقع شده و نگهداری و تقویت این منابع جزء الزامات توسعه پایدار قلمداد می&rlm;شود. مدیریت صحیح و مکان&shy;یابی زباله&rlm;های روستایی از اقدامات اساسی در راستای حفاظت از محیط زیست روستاها به شمار می&lrm;آید. در محیط&lrm;های نرم&lrm;افزاری GIS روش&lrm;های مختلفی از قبیل BOOLEAN، FUZZY، WLC و OWA برای تلفیق اطلاعات و مکان&shy;یابی دفن زباله وجود دارد،از آن جایی که روش OWA (الگوریتم میانگین مرتب&lrm;شده وزنی) دارای انعطاف&lrm;پذیری بالائی بوده و به نوعی تکامل یافته روش&lrm;های دیگر است، بنابراین می&lrm;تواند نتایج دقیق&rlm;تری را به دست دهد. در این تحقیق با استفاده از منطق فازی و روش OWA در محیط سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی (GIS) به مکان&shy;یابی دفن زباله در دهستان قلعه دره سی اقدام گردید. برای این کار از 11 شاخص استفاده شد و نتایج حاصل از تحقیق با استفاده از حالت&lrm;های مختلف روش OWA در هفت کلاس مدل&shy;سازی گردید. با بررسی نقشه&lrm;های مختلف ایجاد شده در وضعیت&lrm;های مختلف روش OWA آشکار شد که از بین آن&shy;ها وضعیت &laquo;ریسک کم و دارای توازن&raquo; با بیشترین دقت همراه بوده است؛ به طوری که طبق همین وضعیت 515/21 کیلومتر مربع از محدوده دهستان به عنوان بهترین کلاس&lrm;ها برای دفن زباله تشخیص داده شد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify; "><span class="fontstyle0">Environmental protection is being considered as one of the main dimensions&nbsp;of sustainable development. It is argued that other aspects of development&nbsp;directly and indirectly are associated with this issue. The major domains of&nbsp;Iran&rsquo;s resources are located in rural areas. Thus preservation of these&nbsp;resources is the prime responsibility of rural settlements. Appropriate&nbsp;management and location of analysis regarding rural waste sanitation fields&nbsp;are being considered as prominent measures as far as rural environmental&nbsp;issue is concerned. Many methods and techniques are available for this type&nbsp;of location of analysis. Flexibility and evolutionary nature of ordering&nbsp;weighing average technique (OWA), led to application of this method.&nbsp;Moreover, Fuzzy as well as GIS techniques were used for this type of&nbsp;locational analysis in Vill of Qaleh Dareh-C in Makoo County. This in turn&nbsp;demands selection of 11 indices. The results using different models of OWA&nbsp;were classified in seven classes.
