fa ارزیابی نقش یکپارچه سازی اراضی کشاورزی در بهبود تولید بهره برداری های آبی: دهستان خرارود، شهرستان خدابنده پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify; ">یکی از مهمترین چالش‌های پیش روی توسعه کشاورزی در مناطق روستایی عدم استفاده بهینه از عوامل تولید بویژه زمین و آب است که با مسئله خردبودن و پراکندگی اراضی متعلق به هر یک از بهره‌برداران در ارتباط می‌باشد. برای حل این چالش در کشورهای مختلف از سیاست‌های یکپارچه‌سازی اراضی به عنوان یک راه‌حل منطقی و قابل اجرا استفاده شده است. هدف از این پژوهش ارزیابی نقش یکپارچه&shy; سازی توافقی اراضی کشاورزی در بهبود کارآیی عوامل تولید در بهره‌برداری‌های آبی در دهستان خرارود- شهرستان خدابنده است. نوع تحقیق کابردی و روش مورد استفاده توصیفی- تحلیلی می&shy;باشد و برای گردآوری داده&shy;ها از روش&shy;های کتابخانه&shy;ای و میدانی (پرسشنامه، مشاهده و مصاحبه) استفاده شده است. به این منظور، از تعداد 50 طرح که در دو دهه اخیر که با همکاری 285 بهره‌بردار کشاورزی اجرا شده است، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری کوکران تعداد 104 نفر از بهره‌برداران به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده‌اند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از روش‌های آماری آزمون کای‌دوپیرسن، جدول توافقی، آزمون ناپارامتری ویلکاکسون، آزمون فریدمن و تحلیل واریانس استفاده شده است.نتایج مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که تفاوت معناداری در دوره قبل و بعد از اجرای طرح در تعداد قطعات اراضی هر بهره‌بردار بوجود آمده و این امر توانسته است تغییرات مهمی در بهبود کارآیی عوامل تولید ایجاد کند. از طرفی دیگر، از دیدگاه کشاورزان نمونه بیشترین و کمترین تاثیر مستقیم در بهره‌وری عوامل تولید به ترتیب با مولفه‌های مربوط به درامد و اشتغال کشاورزان و هزینه‌های فعالیت‌های کشاورزی با مقدار 498/0 و 024/0 ارتباط دارند.</div> <span class="fontstyle0">Lack of an appropriate utilization regarding factor of production namely&nbsp;land and water resources is among the most important agricultural</span> <div style="text-align: justify; "><span class="fontstyle0">challenges .It is argued that land fragmentation consider as a major obstacle&nbsp;in this regard . In fact, land consolidation is said to be a reasonable and&nbsp;applicable solution. The major objective of this paper is to investigate the&nbsp;impact of land consolidation upon the improvement of efficiency regarding&nbsp;the application of factor of production in Khararood, Khodabandeh. The&nbsp;research method is based on descriptive-analytical method as well as&nbsp;documentation and interview with both observation and questionnaires&nbsp;nature. As such, out of 50 plans conducted during past two decades by co&nbsp;operation of 285 agricultural utilizers, 104 were extracted. Data analysis is&nbsp;based on k square, Pearson correlation, non parametric Vilkakson&rsquo;s statistics, Friedman test and analysis of variance. This study suggests that the number&nbsp;of the consolidated unites are being changed due to implementation of the&nbsp;plan comparing to the prior period .This in turn left drastic changes upon the&nbsp;improvement of efficiency associated with the application of factor of&nbsp;production.
