fa اقتصاد فضا و توسعه روستایی (مورد: ناحیه شفت) Space Economy and Rural Development پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify; ">به رغم تلاشهای بسیار، روستاهای ایران از نظر توسعهای جامع با چالشهایی مواجهاند. الگوی مکانی یک اقتصاد (همانند توزیع و محل فعالیتهای تشکیل دهنده آن) و جریانهای فضایی مانند حرکت جمعیت، کالا، خدمات و سرمایه، اقتصاد فضا نامیده میشود که سطح توسعه مراکز سکونتگاهی، اعم از شهر، روستا ومجاری ارتباطی آنها را تحت تأثیر قرارمیدهد. هدف اصلی مقاله آن است که نقش اقتصاد فضا را در توسعه روستایی بررسی کند. ناحیه مورد مطالعه تحقیق ناحیه شفت و روستاهای آن در استان گیلان است. مشاهده مستقیم، مصاحبه با مردم محلی و تکمیل پرسشنامه اصلیترین روشهای جمعآوری دادهها بوده است. دادههای جمعآوری شده بر اساس آمار استنباطی (مدل تاپسیس و تحلیل عاملی و رگرسیون) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. نتایج مطالعه نشان داده است که در یک نظام اجتماعی-اقتصادی متمرکز، توزیع فعالیتهای اقتصادی غیرمتوازن است. نحوه آرایش فضایی فعالیتهای اقتصادی، تعیین کننده اصلی حرکت جمعیت، سرمایه، کالا و خدمات است که درنهایت توسعه ناحیه، گرههای شهری و روستایی و شبکه ارتباطی آنها را متأثر میسازد؛ این به نوبه خود، کیفیت توسعه روستایی را معین میکند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify; "><span class="fontstyle0">Despite all initiatives and endeavors, Iran’s rural communities are encountering with challenges regarding the achievement of comprehensive development. Space economy is associated with location distribution of economic activities as well as movement and flow of population, goods, services, and capital. These in turn, would have great impact upon the development level of different settlement including towns and countries and their interrelations. The major objective of this study is to investigate the impact of space economy upon rural development. The study area is Shaft district located in Gilan providence. Data gathering technique is tied to direct observation, interview with local folks as well as filling questionnaire .This is further supported by application of inferential statistics including regression correlation techniques and top SIS model. This study suggests that concentrated social-economic system is associated with imbalanced location of economic activities.
