fa رابطه طرحواره های ناسازگاراولیه با اضطراب بیماری: نقش واسطه‌ای اجتناب تجربی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#333333;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش واسطه&shy; ای اجتناب تجربی در رابطه طرحواره &shy;های ناسازگار اولیه با اضطراب بیماری انجام شد. پژوهش به روش همبستگی بر روی 308 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه قزوین که به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند انجام شد. اطلاعات مورد نیاز با استفاده از پرسشنامه &shy;های طرحواره یانگ، خودبیمارانگاری ایوانز و &nbsp;مقیاس پذیرش و عمل هیز جمع آوری شدند. تحلیل داده &shy;ها با روش رگرسیون گام به گام نقش معنادار طرحواره های حوزه &shy;های خودگردانی - عملکرد مختل و محدودیت های مختل را در اضطراب بیماری نشان داد. همچنین نقش طرحواره&shy; های آسیب پذیری نسبت به ضرر و بیماری و استحقاق/ بزرگ منشی در اضطراب بیماری معنادار بود. می توان نتیجه گیری نمود که طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه و اجتناب تجربه ای مکانیسم های اثرگذار در تداوم اضطراب بیماری هستند</span></span></span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of experiential avoidance in relationship of early maladaptive schemas with illness anxiety. &nbsp;The research was carried out using correlation method on 308 students of Qazvin University who were selected with convenience sampling method. Data were collected using Early maladaptive Scheme (Young), hypochondrias (Evans) and Acceptance and Action Questionnaires (Hayes). Results showed a significant role of schemas of impaired autonomy - performance and impaired limits domains in illness anxiety. Also, the role of vulnerability to harm or illness and entitlement/undeveloped schemas was significant predictor of illness anxiety. The results of hierarchical regression showed that the mediating role of experiential avoidance in the relationship&nbsp;between vulnerability to harm or illness and entitlement/ undeveloped&nbsp;schemas with illness anxiety severity was significant.
