fa کاوشی در تجربه زیسته کودکان مبتلا به سرطان درباره بیماری و پیامدهایش : یک مطالعه کیفی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">سرطان در </span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">کودکان</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">، عامل استرس&shy; زای غیر</span><span dir="LTR">&shy;</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">قابل پیش&shy; بینی محسوب می&shy; شود</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> که بر زندگی کودک تاثیرات روانشناختی بسیاری برجای می</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">&shy;</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">گذارد. درک دیدگاه کودکان از شرایطی که در آن قرار گرفته</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">&shy;</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">اند به ارائه بهتر خدمات و رفع موانعی که از سوی کودک در پذیرش درمان اثرگذار است، نقش دارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی و درک دیدگاه کودکان مبتلا به سرطان در مورد بیماری آنها بود. </span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی و به روش تحلیل محتوا صورت گرفت و در آن تعداد 20 کودک 4-12 ساله بستری و مبتلا به انواع مختلف سرطان به روش نمونه&shy; گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و نمونه&shy; گیری تا اشباع داده ها ادامه یافت. دیدگاه کودکان در خصوص بیماری سرطان و پیامدهای آن، با استفاده از تحلیل محتوای نقاشی&shy;ها و مصاحبه&shy; های نیمه ساختار یافته ضبط شده، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده&shy; ها به طور مستمر و همزمان با جمع آوری اطلاعات و به شیوه&shy; ی مقایسه</span>&nbsp;<span style="font-family:b nazanin;">ای، با استفاده از نرم افزار</span></span><span style="display: inline !important; float: none; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: times new roman; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: 107%; orphans: 2; text-align: justify; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;">MAXQDA</span><span style="font-size:14px;"> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">صورت گرفت. حدود 1020 کد از پیاده سازی مصاحبه&shy; های ضبط شده و نقاشی&shy; های ترسیم شده&shy; ی کودکان به صورت کدگذاری باز مشخص شد. داده&shy; های کدگذاری شده در نهایت در 5 مقوله کلی خلاصه شدند که عبارت بودند از: 1. اشتغال ذهنی نسبت به محل درمان، 2. اشتغال ذهنی با مشکلات جسمانی ناشی از بیماری و درد، 3. رشد پس آسیبی مثبت، 4. پیامدهای منفی ناشی از بیماری، 5. &nbsp;پیامدهای خانوادگی ناشی از ابتلا به بیماری، 6. &nbsp;نگاه کودک به روند بیماری. &nbsp;&nbsp;</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height: 107%;">Cancer is an unpredictable stressor in children and has a psychological impact on their lives. Understanding the children&#39;s view about their condition, provide better services and eliminating barriers that effects on accepting treatment by the child. The aim of present study was to explore and understand the perspectives of children with cancer about their disease. The present study was a qualitative investigation that conducted by content analysis method in which 20 hospitalized children aged 4-12 years suffering from different type of cancer were selected through purposive sampling and sampling continued until data saturation. To explore the perspectives of children about cancer and its consequences, content analysis of the drawings (by psychoanalytic approach) and the recorded semi-structured interviews were conducted. Data analysis was conducted continuously and simultaneously with data collection and with a comparative method using MAXQDA software. Approximately 1020 codes were identified by the implementation of recorded interviews and drawings of children by open coding. The data coded were finally summarized in five categories: 1. Concerns relative to the place of treatment; 2. Concern with physical problems due to illness and pain; 3. post-traumatic growth, 4. negative problems due to illness, 5. Family consequences of the disease, and 6.
