fa اثر بخشی آموزش رفتاری والدین بر بیش فعالی/تکانشگری و رفتارهای قانون شکنانه در کودکان با اختلال نارسایی توجه/بیش فعالی (نوع عمدتا بیش فعال/تکانشگر) پژوهشي Research <p style="text-align: justify; ">هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر آموزش رفتاری والدین به مادران&nbsp;کودکان 9 تا 11 ساله مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیش فعالی نوع<br> عمدتاً بیش فعال/تکانشگر در کاهش نشانههای بیش فعالی و رفتارهای&nbsp;قانون شکنانه این کودکان بود. روش پژوهش شبه آزمایشی با طرح<br> پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. تعداد 30 نفر از مادرانی&nbsp;که فرزندان شان دارای این اختلال (نوع عمدتا بیش فعال/تکانشگر)<br> تشخیص داده شده بودند به صورت نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و&nbsp;در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل همتا سازی شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه های فهرست رفتاری کودک، پرسشنامه مرضی&nbsp;کودکان و مقیاس درجهبندی کانرز والدین بودند. آموزش رفتاری<br> والدین در قالب نه جلسه نود دقیقه ای در گروه آزمایشی اجرا شد.&nbsp;برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. نتایج<br> بیانگر تاثیر کاربندی آزمایشی بر کاهش نمره های بیش فعالی/&nbsp;تکانشگری گروه آزمایشی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل بود. آموزش&nbsp;رفتاری والدین موجب کاهش رفتارهای قانون شکنانه در گروه آزمایش&nbsp;شد. به طور کلی یافتهها نشان میدهند که آموزش رفتاری به مادران&nbsp;موجب کاهش مشکلات رفتاری و علائم اختلال نارسایی توجه/&nbsp;بیش فعالی میشود؛ بنابراین با آموزش والدین میتوان نشانه های&nbsp;اختلال نارسایی توجه/بیش فعالی را مدیریت کرد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify; ">The present study aimed to investigating the effect of&nbsp;using parental behavioral training for mothers on<br> reducing hyperactivity symptoms and rule-breaking&nbsp;behaviors of their 9-11 year old children with<br> attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. The research&nbsp;design was quasi-experimental with pre-test and posttest<br> and control groups. To do so, 30 mothers of&nbsp;children with ADHD (hyperactivity-impulsivity&nbsp;domain type) were selected through convenience<br> sampling method, and then they were put into two&nbsp;experimental and control groups after being matched.<br> The research tools of the study included children&nbsp;behavior checklist, CSI-4 and Conners parent rating&nbsp;scale. The parent behavioral training was performed&nbsp;in nine sessions in the experimental group. Data were&nbsp;analyzed using analysis of covariance. The results&nbsp;indicated the effectiveness of experimental treatment&nbsp;on the reduced scores of hyperactivity/impulsivity in&nbsp;the children of the mothers in the experimental group&nbsp;compared with the children of the mothers in the&nbsp;control group. The results also showed the reduction&nbsp;of rule-breaking behaviors in children of the&nbsp;experimental group mothers. Generally speaking, the&nbsp;findings demonstrated that parental behavioral&nbsp;training reduced behavioral problems and symptoms&nbsp;of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
