fa نشانگرهای هیجانی کوپیتس راهی برای بازنمایی ترس و مقابله با درد تزریق در کودکان مبتلا به لوسمی و کودکان سالم پژوهشي Research هدف این پژوهش بررسی مشکلات هیجانی و سبک­های مقابله­ی کودکان مبتلا به لوکمیای لمفوبلاستیک حاد و مقایسه­ی آن با کودکان سالم بود. به این منظور، 55 کودک بستری در بخش خون و سرطان بیمارستان کودکان مفید و 45 کودک سالم مراجعه کننده برای انجام واکسن، در پژوهش شرکت کردند. شرکت­کننده­های بیمار و سالم از نظر آزمون تحلیل نقاشی کودکان در بیمارستان و نشانگرهای هیجانی کوپیتس در ترسیم صحنه تزریق، با هم مقایسه شدند. نتایج تفاوت معناداری بین کودکان مبتلا به سرطان و کودکان سالم از نظر تمام زیر­مقیاس­های آزمون تحلیل نقاشی کودکان در بیمارستان نشان داد. همچنین، شرکت­کنندگان دو گروه از نظر نشانگرهای هیجانی کوپیتس با یکدیگر مقایسه شدند. تفاوت دو گروه در استفاده از رنگ سیاه برای رنگ آمیزی، کوچک کشیدن خود، سایه­دار کردن صورت، بدن، دست و غیر معمول بودن تصاویر معنادار بود. بر اساس یافته­ها، کودکان مبتلا به لوسمی بیشتر از راهبردهای اجتنابی استفاده کردند، در حالی که کودکان سالم روش مقابله­ی رویارویی را به کار بردند. همچنین بر اساس نشانگرهای هیجانی کوپیتس، کودکان مبتلا به لوسمی مشکلات هیجانی بیشتری نشان دادند. این یافته­ها به مداخله­های بالینی برای کودکان مبتلا به سرطان کمک می­کند. The purpose of this study was examination of emotional problems and coping styles in children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and compared with healthy children. Fifty-five children hospitalized at Children's Hospital in the Cancer and Blood Ward and frothy-five healthy children who referred to vaccination were participated in this study. Participants were compared to each other in the “Evaluation of the Child Drawing: Hospital Manual” and “Koppitz’s Emotional Indicators” in the drawing injection picture. Results showed a significant difference between cancer and healthy children in all subscales of Evaluation of the Child Drawing: Hospital Manual. Furthermore, participants in both groups were compared in Koppitz’s Emotional Indicators. Differences between the groups in the use of black color, small paint, shaded face, body, hands and unusual images were significant. Results showed that children with Leukemia were more use of avoidance strategies while healthy children applied approaching strategies. In addition, based on Koppitz’s indicators, children with Leukemia were demonstrated more emotional problems.
