fa بررسی نقش عوامل روانشناختی و متغیرهای مرتبط با درد در پریشانی هیجانی بیماران مبتلا به مالتیپل اسکلروزیس پژوهشي Research هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش عوامل روانشناختی و متغیرهای مرتبط با درد در پیش بینی پریشانی هیجانی بیماران مبتلا به ام اس بود. نمونه مورد بررسی مشتمل بر 249 نفر از بیماران مبتلا به مالتیپل اسکلروزیس بود که با استفاده از نمونه گیری در دسترس از میان بیمارانی که به انجمن ام.اس شهر اصفهان مراجعه کرده بودند انتخاب شد و از آن میان 12 نفر به دلیل دارا نبودن ملاک های ورود حذف شدند. شرکت کنندگان به پرسشنامه های خودکارآمدی مرتبط با درد، نیرومندی من و پرسشنامه چندوجهی درد پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل داده ها از همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که نیرومندی من و خودکارآمدی مرتبط با درد به شکل منفی و معناداری پریشانی هیجانی را در بیماران مبتلا به ام اس پیش بینی می کنند. حمایت اجتماعی نیز به شکل مثبت و معناداری پریشانی هیجانی را در بیماران مبتلا به ام اس پیش بینی نمود. این پژوهش در راستای مطالعات پیشین، نقش متغیرهای مرتبط با خود را در پیش بینی پریشانی هیجانی نشان داد. با توجه به همبستگی مثبت حمایت اجتماعی و پریشانی هیجانی در این مطالعه که با برخی مطالعات همراستا و با برخی دیگر متفاوت می باشد. پیشنهاد می شود در مطالعات آتی به بررسی رابطه حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده و حمایت اجتماعی واقعی با پریشانی هیجانی پرداخته شود. Aim of present study was to study the role of psychological factors and pain-related variables in the prediction of the emotional distress in MS patients. Sample of the study was consisted of 249 patients with Multiple Sclerosis visiting M.S society of Isfahan and was selected through convenience sampling. Of this sample, 12 patients were not included because they didn’t meet the inclusion criteria. Participants answered to the questionnaires of pain-related self-efficacy, ego strength and multidimensional pain inventory. To analyze the data, Pearson correlation and stepwise regression analysis were used. Results indicated that ego strength and pain related self-efficacy could significantly and negatively predict the emotional distress in M.S patients. Social support also predicted the emotional distress significantly and positively. Findings of present research were consistent with the results of the previous studies that demonstrated the role of self-conceptions in predicting the emotional distress.
