Abstract
This study aimed to prepare a personality profile of Gardoon personality questionnaire in which developed by Farahani in 2009, in tree groups of jobs: teachers, workers, and nurses. For this purpose, 506 individuals out of the teachers, workers and nurses were selected randomly, so that the Gardoon personality questionnaire could be performed on them. The results showed that there were no significant differences between the workers, teachers and nurses in terms of agreeableness, conscientiousness, openness to experience and neuroticism, but considering their sex, there was a significance difference between them in extraversion. Female teachers and male nurses were more extravert than male teachers and female nurse, and this characteristic, having an extravert personality, was also existed among the workers. As far as the subjects’ sex was concerned, the results showed that women were more agreeable than men. Abstract
The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effectiveness of psychosocial skills training package on stress and burnout among drivers. This study was a semi-experimental research with a pre-test and post-test design. The sample group was selected utilizing available sampling procedure and included 196 drivers of the Tehran city bus company. The participants were randomly divided into five groups. These drivers participated in psychosocial training for nine sessions twice a week. All the participants completed both the Job Stress Questionnaire and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) as the pre-test and post-test. Data were analyzed multivariate analysis of variance with repeated measure.The Results showed that participating in psychosocial skills training increased the mean of the sample group in most job stress’ subscales (p<0.001) and decreased the mean of burnout (p<0.003).
Stress and anger management, as well as healthy relationships are all effective components in creating well-being and reducing the destructive effects of tension and job burnout. Hence, due to the importance of some jobs such as driving which requires accuracy and concentration, applying the results of this study and other similar studies in order to reduce the effects of drivers’ tiredness and tension and increasing their accuracy, concentration and ability is needed.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to designing and testing a model of some precedents and outcomes of work ability index. The variables in the model were arranged in three parts: precedents (personal resources, life management strategies and job-related stressors), outcomes (health- related quality of life and job performance) of work ability index. The participants were 320 employees of NISOC, in Ahvaz, who were selected by stratified random sampling method. Of this sample, 72 percent were men and average age was 41 years. Instruments used in this study were work ability index, life management strategies, general self-efficacy, optimism, coping skill, effort-reward imbalance, demand-control, health related quality of life and job performance questionnaires. Fitness of the proposed model was examined through structural equation modeling (SEM), using SPSS-16 and AMOS-16 software packages. The indirect effects were tested using the bootstrap procedure in Preacher and Hayes (2008) SPSS Macro program for mediation. Findings indicated that the proposed model fit the data. Better fit and more meaningful results obtained by correlating the errors of two paths. All of indirect effects were significant.

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to investigate the mediating role of marital adjustment in the relationship between love for spouse and the quality of married life of teachers. The research was descriptive in terms of purpose, application, and correlation type. The statistical population of the present study included all male and female teachers working in Yazd city (approximately 5500 people). The sampling method was multi-stage cluster random. Among 45 schools of district 1, 320 teachers were selected as research samples. His research tools were Sternberg's Love Questionnaire (1987), Busby et al.'s Quality of Marital Life (1995) and Spouse Compatibility Scale of Spanier and Crowley (1986). Path analysis method and Lisrel software were used for data analysis. The findings showed that there is a direct and meaningful relationship between the variable of love for spouse and compatibility of spouses (r=0.731). There is a direct and significant relationship (r=0.89) between the spouses' compatibility variable and the quality of married life. The variable of love for spouse does not have a direct and significant relationship with the quality of married life (r=0.07).

Abstract
The purpose of the present study is to investigate the moderating role of emotion regulation in the relationship between occupational stress and work-family conflict and sexual satisfaction of female nurses. The present research method is correlational and descriptive. The statistical population of the research includes female and married nurses from Babol, Sari and Ghaemshahr cities, who were selected by random sampling. The tools used in this research included the sexual satisfaction index, occupational stress questionnaire, work-family conflict questionnaire and emotion regulation strategies questionnaire. The obtained data were analyzed with spss software and Pearson correlation test and multiple regression analysis.
