Abstract
Cancer is the second leading cause of death in children. It has clinical issue and spiritual crisis. Family is one of the care team who facing with these challenges. This study was done to explore the experiences of parent by children with cancer who facing by this challenge. This study is a phenomenology study with applying content analysis method. 21 participants were interviewed in the Mahak hospital for three months. The obtained data were constantly analyzed through content analysis method. The obtained data were constantly analyzed through content analysis method. Data analysis showed that “philosophy questions, faith and hope, Relationship with nature and play, Love and social support, Express fear and anxiety, and aggression, coping mechanism, hope to future was the main theme or core category of this study. Using a qualitative approach for exploring the experiences of parents with children cancer helped recognize them more profoundly. On the other hand, “philosophy questions, faith and hope and social support” as the theme shows the importance of attention to parents’ problems. So it needs that training should be conducted to empower parents who care children with cancer.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to test the causal model of depression based on lifestyle with mediation role of social health. The study sample was consisted of all individuals over 18 years old who was selected by multistage random cluster sampling method. Based on the estimated Cochran of the sample, 383 individuals were selected. Instruments for gathering data were health promoting lifestyle questionnaire (Walker and polerrcky, 1996), Keyes social health (2004) and the Beck Depression Inventory II. The prevalence of depression have been estimated 15% in this population. There have associations between life style, social health and depression. Social health has a mediator role in the relationship between life style and depression. Findings of the path analysis also showed that nutrition, responsibility for the health, exercise and spiritual growth had significant direct and indirect effect on depression.

Abstract
The loss reaction includes variety of the responses such as the bodily, emotional, existential and cognitive reactions. The strength of these responses can vary from the weak transitory emotional reactions to the lifelong strong ones, which can change the life story of the individuals. In this study, the qualitative data gathering on focus groups, the semi-structured interview about the loss experiences, and the life story interview by Mc Adams approach were applied on 21 participants. The phenomenological analysis of the manuscripts of the interviews used to investigate individual’s responses to the loss. Results showed three major clusters that include context of the loss, nature of the loss and the experimenter’s characteristics. In context of the loss, time and the sociocultural background of the loss experience is major themes. Another kinds of thems consisted of nature of the loss cluster includes its type, the obligatory versus the optional loss, and the predictable versus unpredictable loss. Finally, the participant’s characteristics included the life experiences, personality, and knowledge level of participants. Results shows the interactive effect of objective living world which the loss happens as an incident in it and the sobjective living world of the individual who experiences the loss.

Abstract
One of the disabling disorders of the central nervous system is multiple sclerosis. Chronic illness, lack of definitive treatment, and involvement of young patients lead to psychological disorders and identity crises. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of behavioral activation group training and anger management group cognitive-behavioral training on identity crisis in patients with multiple sclerosis. The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test with control group. From the statistical population of which all female patients with multiple sclerosis who were members of Karaj Emam Association, 45 were selected by convenience sampling method and were randomly divided into three groups of 15 each. Experimental group 1 received 10 sessions of behavioral activation training and experimental group 2 received anger management training in 8 sessions of 90 minutes and the control group received no intervention. The research tool was Identity Crisis Questionnaire. The identity crisis questionnaire was administered in two stages of pre-test and post-test to collect data on each subject group. The results of multivariate analysis of covariance showed that group training of behavioral activation and group training of anger management with cognitive-behavioral approach resulted in reduction of identity crisis in MS patients (p <0.05). Regarding the effectiveness of the training provided, it can be said that teaching these skills to the patients can be effective in reducing many of their problems and their use in promoting health and creating a positive attitude in Patients' lives are essential. |
