fa بررسی اثر بخشی رفتار درمانی دیالکتیکی بر رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه و روابط بین فردی در بزرگسالان مبتلا به بیش فعالی و کمبود توجه روانشناسی سلامت health Psychology كاربردي Applicable <span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی بر رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه و روابط بین‌فردی در بزرگسالان مبتلا به اختلال بیش‌فعالی/کمبود توجه بود. این مطالعه از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری همراه با گروه کنترل انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل بزرگسالان مبتلا به اختلال بیش‌فعالی/کمبود توجه مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره و خدمات روان‌شناختی شهر تهران در سال ۱۴۰۴ بود که از میان آن‌ها ۳۰ نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه ۱۵ نفره آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش تحت مداخله رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی قرار گرفت، در حالی که گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله روان‌شناختی دریافت نکرد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه و مقیاس روابط بین‌فردی بود و داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری در نرم‌افزار </span></span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">SPSS</span></span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی موجب کاهش معنادار رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه و بهبود روابط بین‌فردی در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل شد و این اثرات در مرحله پیگیری نیز پایدار باقی ماند. در نتیجه می‌توان گفت رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی به‌عنوان یک مداخله مؤثر روان‌شناختی می‌تواند در کاهش رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه و بهبود روابط بین‌فردی بزرگسالان مبتلا به اختلال بیش‌فعالی/کمبود توجه نقش داشته باشد.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The aim of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of Dialectical Behavior Therapy on aggressive behaviors and interpersonal relationships in adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. This study was a quasi-experimental research with a pre-test, post-test, and follow-up design </span></span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Lotus">همراه</span></span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> with a control group. The statistical population included adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder who referred to counseling and psychological services centers in Tehran in the year 1404, from whom 30 individuals were selected through convenience sampling and randomly assigned into two groups of 15, namely the experimental and control groups. The experimental group received Dialectical Behavior Therapy intervention, while the control group did not receive any psychological intervention. The research instruments included the Aggressive Behaviors Questionnaire and the Interpersonal Relationships Scale, and the data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of covariance in SPSS software.
