fa بررسی برخی از متابولیت‌های ثانویه دارویی و آنتی‌اکسیدانی Dittrichia graveolens L. Greuter مقاله پژوهشی Original Article <p dir="RTL"><em><span dir="LTR">graveolens</span></em> ، گیاهی معطر و یک&shy;ساله از تیرۀ کاسنیان است. هدف این بررسی، ارزیابی میزان فنل کل، محتوای فلاونوئید، فلاونول، فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی و دیگر متابولیت‌‌های ثانویۀ دارویی مهم اندام‌های مختلف این گیاه است. بر اساس نتایج، میزان فنل کل و فلاونوئید در اندام‌های مختلف گیاه<em><span dir="LTR">D. graveolens</span></em> متفاوت است، به نحوی&shy;که این ترکیبات آنتی‌اکسیدانی به طور معنی‌داری در گل و برگ بیشتر از ساقه و در ساقه بیشتر از ریشه است. میزان فلاونول در گل، برگ و ساقه اختلاف معنی‌داری نشان نداد و کمترین میزان آن در ریشه مشاهده شد. علاوه بر این، ضریب همبستگی خطی و معنی‌داری بین فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی و ترکیبات فنلی در عصارۀ بخش‌های مختلف گیاه وجود داشت. همچنین عمده‌ترین متابولیت‌‌های ثانویه دارویی موجود در گل بورنیل استات، آلفا-کادینول و بورنئول در برگ و ساقه بورنیل استات، تیمول &nbsp;و کالارن و در ریشه، سافرول، کارواسیل استات، ولگارن-ب و برنیل استات بودند. در مجموع نتایج این تحقیق در مقایسه با تحقیقات دیگر، تأثیر خاستگاه گیاه را بر کیفیت و کمیت ترکیبات دارویی بخش‌های مختلف گیاه بیشتر مشخص کرد.</p> <p><font color="#000000"><span b="" font-size:="" mso-ansi-language:="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-fareast-font-family:="" mso-fareast-language:="" new="" style="font-family: " times=""><em>Dittrichia graveolens</em></span><span b="" font-size:="" mso-ansi-language:="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-fareast-font-family:="" mso-fareast-language:="" new="" style="font-family: " times=""> (Asteraceae) is an aromatic and annual plant. </span><span b="" font-size:="" mso-ansi-language:="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-fareast-font-family:="" mso-fareast-language:="" new="" style="font-family: " times="">The aim of this study is the evaluation of total phenolic, flavonoid and flavonol content, the antioxidant activities and other important medicinal secondary metabolites of this plant. </span><span b="" font-size:="" mso-ansi-language:="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-fareast-font-family:="" mso-fareast-language:="" new="" style="font-family: " times="">According to the results</span><span b="" font-size:="" mso-ansi-language:="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-fareast-font-family:="" mso-fareast-language:="" new="" style="font-family: " times="">, the total amount of phenols and</span><span b="" font-size:="" mso-ansi-language:="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-fareast-font-family:="" mso-fareast-language:="" new="" style="font-family: " times=""> flavonoid</span></font><span b="" font-size:="" mso-ansi-language:="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-fareast-font-family:="" mso-fareast-language:="" new="" style="font-family: " times=""><font color="#000000"> in different plant organs of <i>D. graveolens</i></font><font color="#000000"> were different in a way</font></span><span b="" font-size:="" mso-ansi-language:="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-fareast-font-family:="" mso-fareast-language:="" new="" style="font-family: " times=""><font color="#000000"> that the content of total phenols and flavonoid in the flowers and leaves were significantly more than the stems and roots. The content of flavonol in the flowers, leaves and stems were not significantly different, and the lowest content was observed in the roots.
