Abstract
Understanding the correct biomechanics of the knee joint during single-leg landing and correcting Incorrect movement patterns can be one of the ways to prevent the recurrence of anterior cruciate ligament injury. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to review the researches that investigated the biomechanics of the coronal plane of the lower limb during multidirectional single leg landing. The relevant articles from valid databases with the keywords Single Leg Landing, Landing, Kinematic, Biomechanics, Return to Sport, Performance Test, Functional Test, Hop Test, Kinetic thematic search methods from 1995 to 2023 were examined. A total of 1022 articles were identified then duplicate studies were eliminated in the next stage, the titles and abstracts of the studies were reviewed and 439 studies were excluded due to inconsistency with the research question. Finally, only 19 articles that met the inclusion criteria were examined. This review showed that only SLL in the forward direction has been investigated in most of the literature using a 3D motion analysis system. There is also no evidence on the biomechanics of other directions of SLL and on the use of 2D motion analysis to evaluate the biomechanics of multidirectional SLL.

Abstract
Background and purpose: Determining specific abilities and skills in volleyball players depends on the amount of anthropometric, physiological, biomechanics and psychological characteristics of the players in this field and is vital for improving the performance of sports skills in them. Since by comparing these important factors in the group of teenagers and young adults, it is possible to guide teenagers towards success factors in youth and adulthood, the purpose of this research was to compare the main characteristics of elite teenage and young male volleyball players.
Methods: 30 male members of the national youth volleyball team of the Islamic Republic of Iran (15 youths and 15 teenagers) were examined in terms of their main anthropometric, biomechanics, physiological and psychological characteristics with the aim of evaluating and determining the main components and comparing them. In order to determine he main components of the evaluated indicators, first the PCA statistical method and then the independent t statistical method were used to compare the two groups(0.05≥p).
Results: Among the main indices of anthropometric, biomechanical, physiological and psychological characteristics, only the physiological index of maximum heart rate showed a significant difference between the two groups (0.05≥p).
Conclusion: It seems that the main differences of volleyball players in these two age groups are more related to experience in the game and mastery in the implementation of various skills and techniques, and all these main features can be found in the talent search process of this group of young people.

Abstract
This study aimed to determine the role of strength, expulsive power and range of motion of lower limb muscle on the fencing performance of elite florists. In this study, eight elite fencers’ participated. Kinetic variables measured using force plate and kinematic variable measured using motion analysis system. The squat jump test used to measure the compulsive power of the lower extremity muscles of the fencers. The Drop-jump test used to measure the lower strength of the muscles of the lower extremity muscles. Descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) used to describe the data and Pearson correlation coefficient used for determine the relationship between data (P≤0.05). The results of this study showed there is a significant relationship between squat jump power and mechanical energy and drop jump height with lunge speed and also between ankle range of motion with peak force and impulse in the anterior direction (P<0.05). Given the results of this study, coaches should have a special attention on the strength and explosive power of plantar flexor muscles.

Abstract
Background and Objective: the aim was to investigate the effects of 12 weeks of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and curcumin supplementation on expression levels of FSTL1 and Smad7 and also Type I, III and IV collagens in rat model with myocardial infraction (MI). Methodology: 48 male rats were randomized into five groups of Reference, HIIT, Curcumin, Concomitant (HIIT+ Curcumin) and Control, following isoproterenol induced myocardial infarction. After Reference group execution in order to conform the MI, curcumin was administrated through oral gavage 15 mg/kg.day. HIIT sessions were conducted for five days per week, each session for 60 minutes, consisted of 10 bouts (each for 4 min) of running repetitions at 85-90% of v VO2 peak separated by 2 min active rest intervals between running periods. Left ventricular FSTL1, Smad7 and also type I, III and IV collagens expression level was detected by western blotting. Results: In all three intervention groups of HIIT, Curcumin and Concomitant, the cardiac weight was significantly higher (p=0.001, p=0.018 and p=0.001 respectively), while type IV collagen expression level was significantly lower (p=0.001 in any circumstances) than Control group. However, only in the Concomitant group, a significantly lower type III collagen (p=0.033) expression level as well as higher FSTL1 (P=0.001) and Smad7 (P=0.008) expressions were recorded, compared to the Control group. Conclusion: A diminished cardiac type IV collagen expression level in accompany with a zero mortality rate in all three interventions could likely imply on the safety of HIIT as well as curcumin supplementation to suppress post infraction myocardial fibrosis. However, only concomitant intervention could decrease infracted left ventricular type III collagen expression level, with an elevated FSTL1 and Smad7 expressions, which outlines their synergistic prescription to achieve better results. However, more researches remains to be done because of the lack of evidence and study limitations.

Abstract
Genovarum and Genovalgum are the most common postural deformities of the knee joint. A quadriceps angle is used to measure these anomalies. Methods of measuring this angle are divided into two categories: invasive and non-invasive. The purpose of the present research was to study the inter/intra rater reliability of the non-invasive Body Landmarks Analyzer method for measuring of the quadriceps angle. Seventeen males (Age: 23.40 ± 1.7 years, height: 176.32 ± 6.41 cm, weight: 72.25 ± 14.6 kg, and BMI: 22.33 ± 1.38, kg/m2). participated in this study. Body landmarks analyzer system consists of a pen (sender) and camera (receiver), both of which are equipped with IR sensors. Anatomical Landmarks of the ASIS, medial and lateral epicondyle, tibial tuberosity, and medial and lateral malleolus were used to diagnose and calculate the quadriceps angle position. Intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC) two-way mixed model on absolute agreement was used to identify the inter/intra raters’ reliability. The results showed that the intra-rater reliability for the first technician was 0.83; The second technician is 0.81 and the third technician is 0.8. In addition, the inter-rater reliability was also 0.85. Therefore, it can be stated that the Body Landmark Analyzer method has good reliability for use in the extraction of knee joint abnormalities. Therefore, it can be suggested that this system be used along with other non-invasive methods.
