سندرم انحراف پرونیشن یکی از شایع‌ترینناهنجاری­‌های بدنی است که ناراستایی‌­هایی در ساختارهای بخش اسکلتی اندام تحتانی پدید می‌­آورد و نوسان­‌های پاسچری را افزایش می‌­دهد. هدف این پژوهش، تعیین تأثیر دوازده هفته تمرین اصلاحی بر نوسان‌­های پاسچر دانش‌­آموزان پسر دارای سندرم انحراف پرونیشن بود. در این تحقیق نیمه‌­آزمایشگاهی، 30 داوطلب دارای سندرم انحراف پرونیشن انتخاب و به­‌صورت تصادفی و مساوی در دو گروه 15 نفری کنترل و آزمایش تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش، تمریناصلاحی متشکل از تمرین­‌های مهاری، کششی، تقویتی و انسجامی را به­‌مدت سه‌­ماه اجرا کردند، درحالی­که گروه کنترل فعالیت معمول خود را انجام می­‌دادند. قبل و بعد از سه­‌ماه اجرای تمرینات اصلاحی، نوسان‌­های کنترل پاسچر ارزیابی شد. از آزمون­‌های آماری تی وابسته و مستقل برای تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج استفاده شد (0/05P). سه­‌ماه تمرین اصلاحی در نوسان­‌های کنترل پاسچر و نیروی واکنش زمین، بهبودی معناداری پدیدار ساخت (0/001P≤)، اما در گروه کنترل تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (0/05P). به­‌علاوه، پس از انجام مداخله، نوسان­‌های کنترل پاسچر و نیروی واکنش زمین در گروه آزمایش به­‌طور معناداری کمتر از گروه کنترل بود (0/001P)، درحالی­که این تفاوت در پیش‌­آزمون معنادار نبود (0/05P). به­‌نظر می­‌رسد تمرین اصلاحی نظام­‌مند سبب بهبود فعالیت عضلات مسئول کنترل نوسان بدن شده، که آن نیز به کاهش نوسان­‌های پاسچر و نیروی واکنش زمین در افراد دارای  سندرم انحراف پرونیشن منجر می‌­شود؛ بنابراین، به پژوهشگران، مربیان و متخصصان توصیه می­‌شود برای بهبود کنترل نوسان­‌های پاسچر و نیروی واکنش زمین در افراد دارای سندرم انحراف پرونیشن، تمرین­‌های اصلاحی نظام­‌مند را در برنامه درمانی خود قرار دهند.
