هدف مطالعه حاضر تعیین تاثیر حاد تمرین پلایومتریک به همراه تغییر ارتفاع فرود برفعالیت الکترومایوگرافی مرحله پیش­آماده­سازی درحرکت فرود-پرش بود. 10 دانشجوی تربیت‌بدنی و علوم ورزشی (سن1/286±21/10سال ، قد6/467±173سانتی‌متر، وزن 7/42±68/2کیلوگرم) در این تحقیق شرکت کردند. آزمودنی‌ها در چهار روز متفاوت یکی از پروتکل­‌های تمرین پلایومتریک و حرکت فرود-پرش از ارتفاع 40 و 60 سانتی‌متر را تک‌پا انجام دادند. فعالیت الکترومایوگرافی مرحله پیش­آماده­سازی گروه عضلانی چهارسر و همسترینگ 150 میلی ثانیه پیش از تماس پا با زمین ثبت شد. از روش آماری تحلیل واریانس با اندازه­‌گیری تکراری و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد فعالیت عضلات راست رانی، پهن خارجی و دو سر رانی در مرحله پیش­‌آماده‌­سازی پس از تغییر ارتفاع فرود افزایش معنی­‌داری به ترتیب ( 0/002=p=0/001  ،p=0/001،p ) داشته است. فعالیت عضلات (راست رانی، پهن خارجی، دو سر رانی) پس از اجرای پلایومتریک و تغییر ارتفاع فرود در مرحله پیش­‌آماده‌سازی افزایش معنی­‌داری به ترتیب (0/039=p، 0/001=p) (0/006=p، 0/000=p) (0/001=p، 0/014=p) داشته است. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد اجرای تمرین پلایومتریک به شکل حاد با تغییر در ارتفاع فرود موجب افزایش در فعالیت الکتریکی عضلات در فاز پیش­‌آماده­‌سازی و در نهایت افزایش در میزان ارتفاع پرش می­‌شود.
