fa مطالعه گرده شناسی بخشهای همی افاسه و پلتیو اسفاسه از جنس سالویا در ایران علمی پژوهشی کاربردی S در این پژوهش، ریخت‌شناسی گیاه و ریزریخت شناسی گرده در 24 جمعیت از 3 گونه متعلق به 2 بخش <em>Hemisphace</em> و <em>Plethiosphace</em> از جنس <em>Salvia</em> در ایران بررسی شد. در مطالعه ریخت شناسی 25 صفت کمی و کیفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه به خوبی بخش های مورد بررسی را از یکدیگر تفکیک نمود. دانه گرده ی نمونه‏های هرباریومی به روش استولیز آماده و با استفاده از میکروسکوپ نوری 4 ویژگی در آن‌ها اندازه گیری شد. تحلیل داده‏ها به روش مولفه اصلی (PCO) انجام شد. نتایج ریزریخت شناسی دانه گرده نشان داد که اگرچه دانه‌های گرده در گونه‏های این جنس مشابه بوده و همگی شش شیاری و واجد تزئینات شبکه‏ای می‏باشند، لیکن تنوع قابل توجهی در داده‏های کمی نشان می‏دهند. قطر قطبی و قطر استوایی از جمله ویژگی‌هایی هستند که ارزشمند بوده و بر اساس آن‌ها می‏توان گونه‏های این جنس را به دو گروه تقسیم کرد، که این گروهبندی نتایج حاصل از مطالعه ریخت شناسی مبنی بر تفکیک این دو بخش در جنس <em>Salvia</em> را تا حد زیادی تائید می کند. In this research, plant morphology and pollen morphology of 14 populations of 3 species belonging to two sections <em>Plethiosphace </em>and<em> Hemisphace</em> of <em>Salvia</em> genus in Iran were studied. In morphological study 25 quantitative and qualitative characters were investigated and results of this study clearly separated species into two groups. The pollen grains from the herbarium specimens were prepared by acetolysis method and then 4 quantitative characters were examined by light microscopy. Data analysis was carried out by principal component analysis method. Results of the study showed that although the pollen grains in the section are comparatively homogenous and all of them are 6-colpate with reticulate ornamentation, but show a considerable variation in studied quantitative characters.
