fa تحلیلی ‌بر کاهش حوادث در فضاهای کارگاهی ساختمانی با بهره‌گیری از اینترنت اشیاء در شهر تهران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">با عنایت‌‌به افزایش مسکن‌سازی در جوامع درحال توسعه مانند ایران، پرداختن‌‌‌به موضوع کاهش حوادث ساختمانی به‌خصوص در کلان‌شهرها و ایمن‌سازی‌های مربوطه با کمک تکنولوژی‌های نوظهور، امری ضروری است. بنابراین، هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر عبارت‌است از: واکاوی کاربست اینترنت اشیاء جهت نظارت و کنترل‌بر نقاط دارای خطر زیاد به‌منظور کاهش حوادث و ارتقای ایمنی در فضاهای کارگاهی ساختمانی در شهر تهران. در این پژوهش کاربردی، ابتدا مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای درخصوص مفهوم و کاربرد اینترنت اشیاء در حوزه‌ی ایمنی صنعت ساخت و ساز انجام شد. سپس، نقاط و فعالیت‌های دارای خطر زیاد شناسایی شدند. پس‌ از ‌آن، در مرحله مطالعه میدانی، این لیست توسط 52 مشاور ذی‌صلاح ایمنی ساختمان تصحیح و تکمیل شد. بعد‌ ا‌ز آن، ده مصاحبه نیمه ساختار‌یافته با کارشناسان خبره ایمنی و آگاه‌به حوزه‌ی اینترنت اشیاء، صورت پذیرفت. براین‌‌اساس، راهکارهای موثر مبتنی‌بر اینترنت اشیاء برای کنترل و نظارت‌بر نقاط دارای خطر زیاد استخراج گردیدند. همچنین، در این ارتباط، وضعیت موجود و بسترهای مورد نیاز از جنبه‌های تکنولوژی، سازمان، هزینه و برون‌سازمان تبیین شدند. درواقع، یافته‌های اصلی این تحقیق، در قالب مدل مفهومی، نشان می‌دهد که توجه‌به مراحل انتخاب حادثه، انتخاب نقطه و فعالیت مورد نظر، تعیین راهکار مناسب با موقعیت تعیین شده (پایش میزان جابه‌جایی و سلامت سازه، پایش مجاورت مواد اشتعال‌زا با دیگر مواد، پایش مجاورت افراد و ماشین‌آلات و ممانعت از ادامه‌ی حرکت و تعیین محدوده در اطراف بازشوها) و بررسی بسترهای مورد نیاز (زیرساخت، پشتیبانی، اعتباربخشی، فرهنگ، بودجه، کارفرمایان و قانون)، به‌ترتیب، جهت طراحی و پیاده‌سازی سیستم‌های ایمنی اینترنت اشیاء‌ محور در فضاهای کارگاهی ساختمانی حیاتی است.</span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Considering the increase in housing construction in developing societies such as Iran, it is necessary to address the issue of reducing construction accidents, especially in metropolises, and related safety measures with the help of emerging technologies. Therefore, the main goal of the current research is to investigate the use of Internet of Things to monitor and control high-risk points in order to reduce accidents and improve safety in the spaces of construction site in Tehran.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">In this applied research, first, a library study was conducted regarding the concept and application of Internet of Things in the safety field of the construction industry. Then, high risk points and activities were identified. After that, in the field study phase, this list was corrected and completed by 52 competent building safety consultants. After that, ten semi-structured interviews were conducted with safety experts and knowledgebale in the field of IoT. Therefore, effective solutions based on Internet of Things were extracted to control and monitor high risk points.
