fa شناسایی وجوه حق مالکیت معنوی در ورزش و عوامل مؤثر (ارائه الگو) مدیریت ورزشی sport management پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><strong><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">هدف از این پژوهش تدوین مدلی در حوزه مالکیت معنوی در ورزش ایران بود. روش تحقیق، کمّی از نوع توصیفی همبستگی با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری تمامی افرادی بودند که در حوزه حقوق ورزشی فعالیت‌های علمی یا اجرایی داشتند که با توجه به محدود بودن جامعه پژوهش، تعداد نمونه برابر با جامعه در نظر گرفته شد و درنهایت تعداد 72 نفر به صورت نمونه‌</span><span lang="FA">گیری نظری در تحقیق مشارکت کردند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌های پژوهش از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. این پرسشنامه برگرفته از یک تحقیق کیفی بود که توسط تیم تحقیق در مرحله اول این پژوهش انجام شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه توسط پنل متخصصین تأیید شد و پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش‌های آلفای کرونباخ، پایایی ترکیبی و بارعاملی گویه‌ها محاسبه شد. به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها از مدل</span><span lang="FA">‌</span><span lang="FA">سازی معادلات ساختاری با نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR">PLS</span><span lang="FA"> استفاده شد. الگوی مالکیت معنوی در ورزش شامل 8 بعد شامل نهاد بین‌المللی، فرهنگ عمومی و آموزش، تدوین قوانین، تجاری‌سازی، توسعه صنعت ورزش، خلاقیت و نوآوری، پشتیبانی سازمانی-ساختاری و اشکال مالکیت معنوی ورزش بود که اثربخشی آن‌ها مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. توجه به این الگو می‌تواند شناختی اثربخش به حوزه حقوق مالکیت معنوی در جامعه ورزشی فراهم آورد.</span></span></span></span></strong></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <br> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span arial="" style="font-family:">The purpose of this study was to develop a model in the field of intellectual property in Iranian sports. The research method was quantitative, descriptive correlational using structural equation modeling. The statistical population was all individuals who had scientific or executive activities in the field of sports law. Due to the limited population of the research, the number of samples was considered equal to the population and finally 72 people participated in the research by theoretical sampling. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect research data. This questionnaire was taken from a qualitative research conducted by the research team in the first phase of this research. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of experts and the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach&#39;s alpha methods, composite reliability and factor loading of items. In order to analyze the data, structural equation modeling with PLS software was used. The model of intellectual property in sports included 8 dimensions of international institutions, public culture and education, legislation, commercialization, development of sports industry, creativity and innovation, organizational-structural support and forms of intellectual property of sports that effectiveness of which was confirmed.
