چکیده:   (3735 مشاهده)
هدف پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر کانون توجه شنیداری با بار بالا و پایین شناختی بر عملکرد ورزشی و حافظه کاری نوجوانان بود. پژوهش نیمه‌تجربی و شامل دانش­آموزان نوجوان دوره ابتدایی و متوسطه اول شهر کوهنانی بودند. نمونه آماری، 20 دانش آموز 13-11 ساله بود. در پیش­آزمون، از ضربه چیپ فوتبال استفاده شد. مرحله اکتساب در 4 روز متوالی اجرا شد. در مراحل یادداری تاخیری و انتقال، آزمون  ان-بک و ضربه چیپ فوتبال اجرا شد. نتایج نشان داد؛ در گروه کانون توجه شنیداری با بار بالای شناختی، اثر کانون توجه شنیداری با بار بالای شناختی بر عملکرد ورزشی و حافظه­کاری معنادار بوده (01/0p) و گروه کانون توجه شنیداری با بار پایین شناختی، فقط در حافظه­کاری بهبود را نشان داد (01/0p). بنابراین دستکاری بار­ شناختی بر حافظه­کاری و عملکرد ورزشی تأثیر مثبت دارد.
