fa تدوین راهبردهای موثر در راستای بهینه سازی مصرف انرژی در بلوک های مسکونی (نمونه موردی: محله رشدیه تبریز) جغرافیا و برنامه ریزی شهری Geography and Urban Planning كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">با توجه به این موضوع که بیش از یک سوم مصارف انرژی مرتبط با مناطق مسکونی می باشد، برنامه ریزی و طراحی مناسب محلات با توجه به شرایط اقلیمی هر منطقه می تواند گامی مؤثر در جهت کاهش مصرف انرژی باشد، پژوهش حاضر </span></span></b><b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">به تدوین راهبردهای موثر در راستای بهینه سازی مصرف انرژی در بلوک های مسکونی </span></span></b><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">محله رشدیه تبریز می پردازد.</span></span></b><b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"> بررسی و شناخت وضعیت مصرف انرژی در محله رشدیه تبریز ، قابلیت‌ها و تنگناهای آن در برنامه ریزی از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است که در صورت عدم توجه به آن‌ها و نداشتن برنامه‌های راهبردی کارآمد، منجر به افزایش ناپایداری اجتماعی، اقتصادی و زیست‌محیطی خواهد شد. روش تحقیق با توجه به ماهیت آن توصیفی-تحلیلی و از نظر هدف کاربردی می‌باشد.</span></span></b><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"> در ارتباط با اهداف مورد نظر پژوهش می&shy;باشد، جامعه آماری پژوهش اساتید وکارشناسان و نخبگان شهرسازی می باشند که برای بررسی شاخص ها و راهبردها استفاده گردیده است. روش انتخاب افراد به صورت هدفمند و گلوله برفی بوده است.</span></span></b><b> </b><b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">در نهایت نتایج نشان داد که تدوین سیاست‌ها ، اقدامات کاربردی برای ارتقاء طراحی معابر اصلی و دسترسی های محلی در جهت تهویه هوای محله&nbsp; به عنوان مهمترین راهبرد بایستی مورد تأکید قرار گیرد.راهبرد تدوین سیاستهای طراحی محله و بلوک های مسکونی&nbsp; با اهداف استفاده از انرژی خورشید در جهت کاهش مصرف انرژی ،تدوین سیاستهای طراحی محله و بلوک های مسکونی&nbsp; با اهداف استفاده از انرژی باد در جهت کاهش مصرف انرژی&nbsp; به ترتیب در رتبه‌های دوم و سوم این اولویت بندی قرار گرفته اند</span></span></b><b><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">.</span></span></b><b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Considering that more than one third of energy consumption is related to residential areas, proper planning and design of neighborhoods according to the climatic conditions of each region can be an effective step towards reducing energy consumption. It aims to optimize energy consumption in the residential blocks of Rushdieh neighborhood in Tabriz. Investigating and understanding the energy consumption situation in Rushdieh neighborhood of Tabriz, its capabilities and bottlenecks in planning is very important, if they are not paid attention to and there are no efficient strategic plans, it will lead to an increase in social, economic and environmental instability. According to its nature, the research method is descriptive-analytical and practical in terms of purpose. It is related to the intended goals of the research, the statistical population of the research is the professors, experts and elites of urban planning, which has been used to examine the indicators and strategies. The method of selecting people was targeted and snowball. Finally, the results showed that the formulation of policies, practical measures to improve the design of main roads and local accesses in the direction of neighborhood air conditioning should be emphasized as the most important strategy.
