fa سنجش میزان پایداری و تحلیل عوامل موثر بر دستیابی به توسعه پایدار در محلات شهری بندر ماهشهر جغرافیا و برنامه ریزی شهری Geography and Urban Planning كاربردي Applicable <strong>ارزیابی شاخص های توسعه پایدار، بعنوان محور تعالی انسانی، پایه و اساس غالب برنامه ریزی های شهری و آمایش سرزمین بوده و نقش تعیین کننده­ای در پراکندگی فضایی و شکل­گیری رفتار محیطی جوامع </strong><strong>انسانی</strong><strong> دارد</strong><strong>. </strong><strong>روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- تحلیلی و ابزار اصلی آن پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شده می باشد. جمع آوری داده ها با استفاده از روش های کتابخانه و پیمایشی (ابزار پرسشنامه) صورت گرفت. جامعه آماری محلات 35 گانه شهر بندر ماهشهر می باشد. حجم نمونه از طریق فرمول کوکران با سطح اطمینان 95 درصد با استفاده از تعداد خانوار شهر ماهشهر 382 نفر که از طریق نمونه گیری به روش تصادفی ساده در سطح محلات اقدام به توزیع پرسشنامه نموده است. </strong><strong>بر اساس معیارهای پژوهش نتایج نشان داده که محلات شهر بندر ماهشهر در وضعیت ناپایداری قرار دارند و شدت ناپایداری در بین انها متفاوت می باشد. بطوری که در شاخص های منتخب از بین محلات 35 گانه فقط محله های شماره 1،2،6،15،16،17،19در سطح پایدار و سایر محلات(28) در وضعیت ناپایدار قرار دارند، این وضعیت متأثر از موقعیت انان در ساختار فضایی شهر می باشد، که باعث شکل گیری نابرابری های محله ای در برخورداری از شاخص های پایداری و جدایی گزینی اجتماعی گردیده است. نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داده که تمامی شاخص های اقتصادی، اجتماعی، کالبدی، زیست محیطی و عدالت فضایی اثر مثبت و معناداری بر توسعه پایدار شهر ماهشهر دارند که در بین انها شاخص اقتصادی بیشترین اثر را در توسعه پایدار محلات  شهر دارا می باشد.</strong><br> <strong><span dir="RTL">واژگان کلیدی</span></strong><span dir="RTL">: ارزیابی، توسعه پایدار، محلات، برنامه ریزی، ماهشهر</span> <strong>Abstract</strong><br>  <strong>Evaluation of indicators of sustainable development, as the axis of human excellence, is the dominant basis of urban planning and land management and has a decisive role in spatial dispersion and the formation of environmental behavior of human societies. The method of this research is descriptive-analytical and its main tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. Data were collected using library and survey methods (questionnaire tool).
