fa سنجش ابعاد ادراک محیطی شهروندان در میان ساختمان های بلند مرتبه، نمونه موردی: منطقه 22 شهر تهران جغرافیا و برنامه ریزی شهری Geography and Urban Planning پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>ساختمان های بلند مرتبه به واسطه تشخیص پذیر بودن در زمینه خود، نقش موثری بر ادراک و شکل گیری تصویر ذهنی شهروندان از شهر دارد. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی ادراک محیطی شهروندان در ابعاد </strong><strong>تفسیری، احساسی، شناختی و ارزشگذاری در میان ساختمان های بلند مرتبه منطقه 22 شهر تهران می پردازد و تاکید آن بر وجوه فرمی، عملکردی و معنایی این ساختمان ها بر ادراک شهروندان است. سامانه جستجو مد نظر این پژوهش تفسیری- ساختارگرا و از روش تحلیل محتوای متن در بخش نظری و </strong><strong>روش پیمایشی مقطعی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری شامل100 نفر از میان ساکنین و غیرساکنین منطقه به روش تصادفی انتخاب و پرسشنامه ای شامل سوالات باز و بسته</strong><strong> بر اساس طیف لیکرت</strong><strong> بین آنها توزیع گردید.&nbsp; تجزیه و تحلیل </strong><strong>داده ها با به کارگیری نرم افزار </strong><strong><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span></strong><strong> بوده و از آزمون های همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون تی تک نمونه ای جهت ارزیابی رابطه بین مولفه های کالبدی و معنایی در ادراک ساختمان های بلند مرتبه و </strong><strong>تعیین میزان اهمیت آنها استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل بیانگر آن است که &laquo;</strong><strong>نقش زیبایی فرم و شکل ساختمان های بلند مرتبه&raquo; و &laquo;</strong><strong> میزان همخوانی ارتفاع با محیط پیرامون&raquo; در اولویت های اول و دوم تاثیرگذاری بر میزان ادراک محیطی در میان مولفه های کالبدی و &laquo;نقش خوانایی و مسیریابی&raquo; به عنوان عاملی موثر در میان مولفه های معنایی در ادراک ساختمان های بلند مرتبه بوده است که بیشتر بر اساس ادراک احساسی و شناختی بوده و ابعاد تفسیری و ارزشگذاری ادراک کمتر مورد اشاره شهروندان قرار دارد.</strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">High-rise buildings, by being recognizable in their context and signaling the introduction of urban integrity, have an impact on the perception and formation of citizens&#39; mental image of the city. The present study examines the environmental perception of citizens in the interpretive, emotional, cognitive, and evaluative dimensions of high-rise buildings in Tehran&rsquo;s 22th district as a case of study and emphasizes the formal, functional and semantic aspects of these buildings on citizen perception. The search system is intended for interpretive-structuralism research and the content analysis method (documentary method) is used in the theoretical section and the cross-sectional survey method. The population of the study consisted of 100 residents and non-residents of the area who are randomly selected.
