fa سنجش تاب آوری و پایداری شهر سمنان در مواجهه با مخاطرات طبیعی (با تأکید بر زلزله) جغرافیا و برنامه ریزی شهری Geography and Urban Planning گزارش مورد case report <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span dir="RTL">شاکله&shy;ی تاب</span>&shy;<span dir="RTL">آوری شهری را چهار بعد اجتماعی، اقتصادی، نهادی و کالبدی تشکیل می</span>&shy;<span dir="RTL">دهند در وضعیت مطلوب یک شهر تاب</span>&shy;<span dir="RTL">آور دارای اجتماعی محلی توانمند با اقتصادی پویا و پایدار که از لحاظ نهادی و مدیریتی به شکل مشارکتی اداره شده و از برآیند این عوامل فوق کالبدی شهری شکل گرفته بصورت یک دست و منسجم جلوه کرده و در هیج نقطه&shy;ای از آن پژمردگی مشاهده نمی&shy;شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر سنجش تاب&shy;آوری و پایداری شهر</span> <span dir="RTL">سمنان در مواجهه با مخاطرات طبیعی (زلزله) می&shy;باشد.</span> <span dir="RTL">روش تحقیق در این بررسی توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده که آمار و اطلاعات آن با استفاده از پرسشنامه به‌دست‌آمده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شهروندان ساکن در شهر سمنان بوده است که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، نمونه‌ای به حجم 384 </span><span dir="RTL">نفر از بین آن‌ها با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب گردید. برای سنجش روایی (اعتبار)، با استفاده از روایی صوری، نظرات افراد مرتبط بررسی و پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون کرونباخ در محیط نرم‌افزاری </span>Spss<span dir="RTL"> معادل 863/.</span> <span dir="RTL">تعیین شد که گویای هماهنگی</span> <span dir="RTL">و</span> <span dir="RTL">پایایی</span> <span dir="RTL">بالای</span> <span dir="RTL">داده‌ها است.</span> <span dir="RTL">در تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی در نرم افزار </span></strong>Spss<strong><span dir="RTL"> استفاده شده است. در سطح آمار توصیفی، از میانگین گیری و درصد گیری؛ و در سطح آمار استنباطی، برای بررسی ارتباط میان متغیر‌ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون تی</span>&shy;<span dir="RTL">تک نمونه</span>&shy;<span dir="RTL">ای و همچنین مدل شبکه عصبی بهره</span>&shy;<span dir="RTL">گیری شده است. یافته&shy;های تحقیق نشان داد که بعد اجتماعی - فرهنگی با میانگین رتبه 2.59 و کالبدی با میانگین رتبه 3.05 و بعد اقتصادی با میانگین رتبه 2.17 و در آخر بعد نهادی - سازمانی با میانگین رتبه 2.56وضعیت موجود ابعاد تاب آوری در شهر سمنان را نشان می&shy;دهند.</span> </strong></div> The structure of urban resilience consists of four dimensions: social, economic, institutional and physical. In the desired situation, a resilient city has a strong local society with a dynamic and sustainable economy that is governed institutionally and institutionally in a participatory manner. As a result of these super-physical factors, the city is formed in a cohesive manner and no withering is observed at any point. The purpose of this study is to assess the resilience and stability of Semnan in the face of natural hazards (earthquake). The research method in this study is descriptive-analytical and its statistics and information have been obtained using a questionnaire. The statistical population of this study was citizens living in Semnan city. Using Cochranchr(&#39;39&#39;)s formula, a sample of 384 people was selected from them by random sampling method. To assess the validity (validity), using face validity, the opinions of related people were examined and its reliability was assessed using Cronbachchr(&#39;39&#39;)s test in the SPSS software environment equal to / 863. It was found to indicate high coordination and reliability of the data. In data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistical tests were used in Spss software. percentage; At the level of inferential statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient and sample titech test as well as neural network model were used to examine the relationship between variables.
