fa رتبه بندی اهمیت وظایف شهرداری و بررسی میزان رضایتمندی شهروندان (مورد مطالعه: منطقه 6 شهرداری تهران) جغرافیا و برنامه ریزی شهری Geography and Urban Planning كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;">امروزه، شهرداری نهادی است که تأثیر عمده‌ای بر کیفیت زندگی شهروندان دارد. از اینرو رضایتمندی شهروندان یکی از مهم‌ترین معیارهای سنجش عملکرد شهرداری است. احساس رضایت از محیط شهر و خدمات شهرداری موجب ایجاد حس مشارکت در اداره امور شهر و در نتیجه افزایش کیفیت خدمات شهری خواهد شد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی میزان رضایتمندی شهروندان شهرداری تهران از عملکرد و میزان اهمیت خدماتی را که شهرداری&shy;ها ارایه می&shy;دهند تهیه شده است. روش تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیلی و روش جمع آوری اطلاعات بر مبنای کتابخانه&shy;ای، اسنادی و نیز میدانی (پرسشنامه&shy;ای) بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه ساکنان منطقه 6 شهرداری تهران برابر با 237292 نفر&nbsp; تشکیل می&shy;دادند حجم نمونه براساس فرمول کوکران 384&nbsp; نفر برآورد شده&nbsp; و به منظور بالا بردن ضریب اطمینان حجم نمونه 420 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. برای تجزیه وتحلیل اطلاعات از نرم افزار spss استفاده شده است. روش&shy;های آماری مورد استفاده در این تحقیق روش&shy;های آماری همبستگی کندال، کروسکال والیس و آزمون t-test است. نتایج یافته&shy;ها حاکی از آن است که میزان رضایت شهروندان از کیفیت خدمات، و نحوه اطلاع رسانی شهرداری پایین&shy;تر از حد بوده، اما از نحوه برخورد مسئولین، کارمندان و کارکنان، میزان رضایت در حد متوسط می&shy;باشد. بین وظایف عمرانی- فنی، خدماتی و اجتماعی- فرهنگی شهرداری&shy;ها از دیدگاه شهروندان منطقه مورد مطالعه از نظر میزان اهمیت اختلاف معناداری وجود دارد به گونه&shy;ای که وظایف خدماتی شهرداری دارای بیشترین اهمیت می&shy;باشد.</div> &nbsp; <hr> <div style="text-align: justify;">Humans in the course of urban development in order to conduct the affairs of the citizens have attempted to establish a municipal entity and the duties and responsibilities to municipalities are considered. municipal performance analysis can be the best way to ensure proper duties as mayor. this study aimed to evaluate the satisfaction level of citizens the function and importance of the services that municipalities offer is made. the research method is descriptive-analytical and data collection method based on the Library, and field documents (questionnaires, respectively). Spss software was used for data analysis. statistical methods used in this paper Methods of Correlation Kendall&#39;s t-test and Kruskal-Wallis test.the results indicate that the satisfaction of the citizens of the municipality varies according to their age. satisfaction of citizens less than 40 years of municipal performance is much lower than average. and satisfaction of citizens over 40 years, is mediocre. Citizens&#39; satisfaction with the quality of service and how information is below, but the degree of satisfaction of the authorities, employers and employees, is moderate. Among development duties-technical, service and social-cultural municipalities of the perspective of citizens in the region, there are significant differences in terms of importance.
