fa تحلیلی بر آسیب‌شناسی فضایی از ساختار کالبدی و بافت اجتماعی شهر با رویکرد پدافند غیرعامل مورد پژوهی: منطقه شش کلانشهر تهران An Analysis of Spatial Pathology of the Physical and Social Structure of the City with Non-Relevant Defense Approach Case Study: Tehran Metropolitan Area جغرافیا و برنامه ریزی شهری Geography and Urban Planning پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL">لزوم به کارگیری اصول و معیارهای پدافند غیرعامل در </span><span dir="RTL">برنامه ها و طرح های شهری در چارچوب مکانیابی کاربری ها، مقاوم سازی بناها و آموزش و افزایش تاب آوری دارای اهمیت است. رعایت این اصول و معیارها موجب کاهش آسیب پذیری شهروندان و شهر نسبت به تهدیدات امنیتی و نظامی خواهد شد. لذا این پژوهش به دنبال ارزیابی آسیب شناسی فضایی از ساختار کالبدی و بافت اجتماعی </span><span dir="RTL">منطقه شش با رویکرد پدافند غیرعامل براساس اصول و مهمترین مبحث آن آموزش شهروندی است. از این رو این پژوهش منطقه منطقه شش کلانشهر تهران، به دلیل وجود کاربری های مهم و حساس با کارکرد منطقه ای و فرا منطقه ای به عنوان محدوده پژوهش انتخاب کرده است. جهت سنجش آسیب شناسی ساختار کالبدی از مدل تحلیل سلسله مراتبی </span>AHP<span dir="RTL"> استفاده شده است. به منظور سنجش آسیب شناسی بافت اجتماعی منطقه با بهره گیری از نمونه گیری خوشه ای </span><span dir="RTL">–</span><span dir="RTL"> فضایی، سه محله در سطح منطقه انتخاب و سپس نگارندگان با استفاده از روش تحقیق پیمایشی اقدام به جمع آوری نظرات و دیدگاه های ساکنان محلات نموده است. روش تعیین حجم جامعه نمونه براساس فرمول کوکران صورت گرفته است. نتایج پژوهش گویایی آن است که آسیب پذیری منطقه از لحاظ ساختار کالبدی متوسطه و رو به پایین قرار دارد. علاوه بر آن آسیب پذیری بافت اجتماعی منطقه نیز بالاتر از حد متوسط است. در نهایت عوامل موثر بر آسیب پذیری ساختار کالبدی و بافت اجتماعی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که براساس آن میتوان بیان داشت که شاخص تراکم جمعیتی و ساختمانی به عنوان عوامل موثر بر آسیب پذیری براساس نظر کارشناسان مطرح میباشد. افزون بر آن مشخص گردید که شاخصهای آموزش و آگاهی، تابآوری در مقابل وقوع تهدیدات امنیتی – نظامی، مهارت ها و تخصص به ترتیب بر آسیب پذیری بافت اجتماعی منطقه موثر هستند.  </span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Using the passive defense principles in urban plans and projects is important in the context of land use planning, reinforced concrete, citizen education, and increasing urban resiliency. Observing and adhering to these principles will reduce the vulnerability of the city and citizens to security and military threats. Therefore, this study aims at evaluating the spatial pathology of the physical and social structure of the 6<sup>th</sup> urban district of Tehran municipality with emphasis on passive defense approach principles particularly citizenship education principle. Therefore, this research has selected the 6<sup>th</sup> urban district of Tehran municipality, due to its important and sensitive land uses with regional and trans-regional functions as a research area. In this study, the AHP model was used to assess the physical structure pathology. In order to evaluate the social structure damages of the area, three neighborhoods were selected in the region using cluster-spatial sampling. Then, using the survey method, the authors sought to collect the views of the inhabitants. In order to determine the sample size, the Cochran's formula was used. The results of this study indicate that the vulnerability of the region in terms of the physical structure is moderate and downward. Additionally, the social vulnerability of the area is also above average. Finally, the factors influencing the vulnerability of physical and social structure were investigated. Accordingly, it can be concluded that the indicators of population and construction density are the most important factors affecting vulnerability from experts' viewpoint.
