fa کاربرد مدل های برنامه ریزی بیان ژن و ماشین بردار رگرسیونی جهت مدل سازی و پیش بینی بارش ماهانه برنامه ریزی توریسم turism planing پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;برآورد و پیش&shy;بینی بارش و دستیابی به مقدار رواناب ناشی از آن، نقش اساسی و مؤثری را در مدیریت و بهره&shy;برداری صحیح از حوضه، مدیریت سدها و مخازن، به حداقل رساندن خسارات ناشی از سیلاب، خشکسالی و مدیریت منابع آب ایفا می&shy;کند و به همین دلیل مورد توجه هیدرولوژیست&shy;ها می&shy;باشد. عملکرد خوب مدل&shy;های هوشمند باعث افزایش استفاده از آنها برای پیش&shy;بینی پدیده&shy;های مختلف هیدرولوژیکی شده است. لذا در پژوهش حاضر، از دو مدل هوشمند به نام&shy;های برنامه&shy;ریزی بیان&shy;ژن و ماشین بردار رگرسیونی برای پیش&shy;بینی بارش ماهانه شهرستان نهاوند استفاده شد. در این مطالعه از داده&shy;های بارش، دما و رطوبت&shy;نسبی ماهانه ایستگاه وراینه در یک دوره 32 ساله (1393-1362) استفاده شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که عملکرد هر دو مدل خوب و مشابه بوده (ضریب همبستگی حدود 92/0) ولی با توجه به بررسی معیارهای ارزیابی مختلف، مدل برنامه&shy;ریزی بیان&shy;ژن عملکرد کمی بهتر داشته است (جذر میانگین مربعات خطا به ترتیب 0478/0 و 0486/0). این در حالی است که مدل ماشین بردار رگرسیونی دارای مزیت سهولت در اجرای مدل می&shy;باشد. به طورکلی می&shy;توان گفت که مدل برنامه&shy;ریزی بیان ژن برای مدل&shy;سازی بارش ماهانه ایستگاه وراینه در شهرستان نهاوند مناسب بوده است. در پایان مقدار بارش ماهانه برای سال 1394 با مدل برنامه&shy;ریزی بیان ژن پیش&shy;بینی شد که نشان از کاهش مقدار بارش در سال 1394 نسبت به سال&shy;های قبل داشت.<br> &nbsp;</p> <p>Estimating and predicting precipitation and achieving its runoff play an important role to correct management and exploitation of basins, management of dams and reservoirs, minimizing the flood damages and droughts, and water resource management, so they are considered by hydrologists. The appropriate performance of intelligent models leads researchers to use them for predicting hydrological phenomena more and more. Therefore, in this study, the Gene Expression Programming (GEP) and Support Vector Regression (SVR) models were used to model monthly precipitation of Nahavand City. In this study, precipitation, temperature, and relative humidity data were used in a 32-year period (from 1983 to 2014). The results showed that the same and good performance of both models (R²= 0.92), but according to different evaluation criteria, GEP model showed a little better performance (RMSE= 0.0478 and 0.0486), while the running GEP model is so easier than the SVM model. Totally, it can be said that GEP model had been suitable for modeling monthly precipitation of Varayeneh station in Nahavand City.
