fa توسعه حرفه‌ای معلمان و تغییرمفهومی ازطریق محیط ساختن دانش تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی ضرورت تغییر مفهومی در توسعه حرفه&shy;‌ای معلمان و امکان آن از طریق خلق محیط ساختن دانش بود. در رویکرد شناختی کیفیت آموزش وابسته به عمل معلمان دانسته می‌&shy;شود و عمل معلمان وابسته به شناخت آن‌ها. از این&shy;رو هدف بسیاری از دوره‌&shy;های توسعه حرفه‌&shy;ای معلمان تربیت معلمانی است که نظام شناختی منطبق با آخرین یافته‌&shy;های برخاسته از مطالعات علوم‌شناختی و علوم‌یادگیری داشته باشند. در این مطالعه از روش سنتزپژوهی استفاده شد تا گزاره‌&shy;های مبانی ضرورت تغییر مفهومی تدوین شود. تحلیل گزاره&shy;‌های به دست آمده نشان داد که نظام باورهای تربیتی، مفاهیم از پیش‌&shy;آموخته معلمان و هماهنگی یا عدم هماهنگی آن با مفاهیم علمی، نظریه&shy;‌های ضمنی معلمان، انسجام شناخت، باورهای معرفت‌&shy;شناختی، آگاهی فرامفهومی و نظام شناختی تجربه‌&shy;بنیاد باید در توسعه حرفه‌&shy;ای معلمان مورد توجه قرار بگیرد. همچنین امکانی که محیط ساختن دانش برای تغییرمفهومی معلمان می‌تواند ایجاد کند، مورد بحث قرار گرفته است.</span></span></span></div> <table align="left" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="text-align: justify;">This study explores the necessity of conceptual change in teachers&#39; professional development through creating knowledge building environment. In cognitive approaches to education the quality of education is considered to be a result of teachers&#39; pedagogy and teachers&#39; pedagogy is considered as a result of their cognition. Thereby the goal of many professional development programs is to educate teachers whose cognition is consistent with the latest research findings from cognitive and learning sciences. In this study the research synthesis was used to develop basic statements for salient characteristics of conceptual change framework. The analysis of the results showed that pedagogical belief system, teachers&#39; preconceptions and how they align with scientific concepts, implicit theories, coherency of cognition, epistemological beliefs, metaconceptual awareness and experience-based belief system need to be considered in teachers&#39; professional development.
