fa اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر حافظه منطقی و مهارت حل مسئله در مبتلایان به مالتیپل اسکولوروزیس تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر حافظه منطقی و مهارت حل مسئله در مبتلایان به مالتیپل اسکولوروزیس (ام اس) بود. طرح پژوهش، نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه افراد مبتلا به مالتیپل اسکولوروزیس شهر اهواز در بهار 1397 بود که 30&nbsp; نفر از آنان که به نشانگان خستگی مزمن مبتلا بودند با روش نمونه&shy; گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفری آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند و به وسیله پرسش‌نامه خستگی (جهت سنجش نشانگان خستگی مزمن)، آزمون حافظه وکسلر- نسخه سوم و پرسش‌نامه حل مسئله هپنر و پترسون مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. شرکت&shy; کنندگان در گروه آزمایش، درمان اکت را در 6 جلسه 120 دقیقه ای دریافت کردند. داده‌ها با روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری (مانکوا) و نسخه 21 نرم&shy;افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش گویای اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد در جهت بهبود حافظه منطقی و مهارت حل مسئله در بیماران گروه آزمایش بود. از این&shy; رو، متخصصان بالینی دست اندرکار در مراکز درمانی می‌توانند از این درمان جهت ارتقای حافظه منطقی و مهارت حل مسأله در مبتلایان به بیماری ام اس استفاده نمایند<span dir="LTR">.</span> The purpose of this study was the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy on logical memory and problem solving skill in people with multiple sclerosis. The research design was a quasi-experimental type with pretest-posttest and control group. The statistical population included all the individuals with multiple sclerosis of Ahvaz in 2018. Thirty of the patients were selected through purposive sampling and randomly divided into experimental and control groups, each congaing 15 subjects.&nbsp; They were then tested using the Wechsler Memory Scale &ndash;III and The Problem-Solving Inventory. Participants in the experimental group received ACT protocol in 6 sessions at 120-minute. The data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of covariance and SPSS-21 software. The results showed the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy to improve logical memory and problem solving skills in the experimental group.
