fa تجزیه و تحلیل گفتمانی و صوری نامه های الکترونیکی: بررسی مقابله ای این سیاق کلام پژوهشي Research پیامهای الکترونیکی (ایمیل ها) به عنوان وسیله‌ی ارتباطی سریع و مؤثر که مرزهای زمانی و مکانی را برداشته است در مراکز تحقیقاتی و علمی بسیار متداول و مهم شده اند. فراگیران زبان انگلیسی نیازمند تقویت آگاهی‌شان نسبت به خصوصیات صوری و گفتمانی این سیاق کلام به منظور افزایش تاثیر و کارآمدی ارتباطاتشان از طریق ارسال این پیام ها هستند. همگام با مطالعاتی راجع به تجزیه سیاق کلام مانند سوئیلز (1990)،  باتیا (1993)،  سنتوز (2002)، ورگارو (2004) و سمرج و مانک (2008) و نیزمطالعات انجام شده درمورد پیامهای الکترونیکی مانند گین (1999)، گیمنز (2000و 2006) و جنسن (2008) ، تحقیق حاضر به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل پیام های الکترونیکی دو گروه معلمان زبان انگلیسی و متخصصین گروه زیست شناسی که عمدتا به منظور "درخواست اطلاعات" و یا "فراهم ساختن اطلاعات"، مبادله شده‌اند صورت گرفته است. از اینرو هدف تحقیق حاضر تجزیه و تحلیل گفتمانی (کلامی– بیانی) و صوری ( لغوی– دستوری) پیام‌های الکترونیکی دو گروه فوق به منظور ارائه مدل کار‌آمدی از این پیام‌ها بوده است. نتایج حاصله تفاوت های معنی‌داری را در مشخصه‌های گفتمانی و صوری معادل بررسی شده نشان داد. نتایج این مطالعه می‌تواند کاربردهای آموزشی در ارائه‌ی واحد های درسی نگارش این پیامها،  تهیه متون آموزشی و در بالا بردن سطح حساسیت مربیان نسبت به مشکلات فراگیران زبان تخصصی داشته باشد. Electronic mail (e-mail) as a means of fast and effective communication which has removed the barriers of distance and time has become very commonplace and important in institutional environments. Speakers of English as a foreign language across different disciplines need to enhance their awareness of the generic and formal features of the e-mail genre in order to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their correspondence. Following genre analysis studies such as Swales (1990), Bhatia (1993), Santos (2002), Vergaro (2004), and Samraj and Monk (2008), and in line with studies on electronic messages such as  Gains (1999), Gimenez (2000, 2006), and Jensen (2009), the present genre-based research was conducted to analyse e-mails exchanged between EFL teachers and biology professionals for the purposes of requesting and providing information at two criteria of the macro-textual and micro-levels of the two corpora to present a tentative model. The results revealed clear discrepancies between the parallel constitutive moves, strategies and formal features due to cross-disciplinary variations and the prevalence of intertextuality.
