fa فراروش سازمان‌نگرِ معماری اطلاعات در وبگاه سازمانی مطالعه موردی: وبگاه سازمان بیمه مرکزی جمهوری اسلامی ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">زمینه و هدف</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: معماری اطلاعات یک فراروش سازمان‌نگر است که در چارچوبی یکپارچه، اطلاعات تخصصی سازمان را با نگرش راهبردی مورد استفاده قرار می‌دهد و با کسب و ارتقا فن‌آوری اطلاعات جدید، مدیریت منابع سازمان را مقدور می‌سازد. لذا ضروری است بخشی از چارچوب فرایندهای فعلی سازمان و صنعت بیمه قرار گیرد.</span></span></span><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش پژوهش</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع ترکیبی است که در آن از ارزشیابی، مشاهده و تجربه پژوهشگر، سیاهه وارسی، تحلیل محتوای کیفی و بررسی تحلیلی وبگاه‌ استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری، وبگاه سازمان بیمه مرکزی جمهوری اسلامی ایران (م.ج.ا.ا.) است که در آن عناصر چهارگانه‌ی معماری اطلاعات شامل سیستم‌های سازماندهی، برچسب‌زنی، پیمایش و جستجو بر حسب سه مولفه بافت، محتوا و کاربر، بررسی شده است.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، نمره سیاهه وارسی وبگاه بیمه م.ج.ا.ا. در بخش سیستم سازماندهی برابر با 17 امتیاز است. درصد انطباق سوالات مثبت جواب داده شده به تعداد کل سوالات قابل پاسخ این بخش معادل با45/94%، در سیستم برچسب‌زنی 54/38%، در سیستم پیمایش معادل 53/84% و نتیجه سیستم جستجو 45/65% است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که وبگاه بیمه از منظر سیستم سازماندهی و جستجو دارای وضعیت متوسط رو به ضعیف و در سیستم برچسب‌زنی و پیمایش وضعیتی متوسط دارد.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: معماری اطلاعات پایه و اساس معماری سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی را از سطح زیربنایی تا سطح رابط کاربری، و برای بهبود و تعالی سازمان فراهم می‌آورد. سیاهه وارسی مورد استفاده در این پژوهش‌ می‌تواند جهت ارزیابی وبگاه‌های سازمانی مفید واقع شده، ارزش‌افزوده برای سازمان به‌همراه داشته و راه‌گشای ارتقای برنامه‌ریزی‌ها و تصمیم‌گیری‌های راهبردی سیاست‌گذاران سازمان باشد.</span></span></span> Background and Aim<strong>:</strong> Information Architecture is an organizational meta-method that adopts a tactical approach to the specialized information of the organization using an integrated framework and empowers the management of organizational resources by acquiring and upgrading new information technologies. Therefore, it is essential to be part of the current processes of the organization and the insurance industry.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> Mixed research method is applied, in which&nbsp; evaluation,&nbsp;&nbsp; observation and researcher experience, checklist, and analytical review of the website is analyzed.&nbsp;&nbsp; Population is the Central Insurance of the Islamic Republic of Iran website, in which the four components of Information Architecture including organization, labeling, navigation, and search systems are examined based on context, content and user.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> Conferring the research findings, the checklist score of the Insurance website for organization system is 17 points. Furthermore, the rates of positive answers to the total number of questions are 45.94%, 54.38%, 53.84% and 45.65% for organization, labeling, navigation, and search systems respectively. The results indicate that the Insurance website has a moderate to weak position from the organization and search point of view and has a moderate position in the labeling and navigation system.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Information Architecture provides the foundation of the information systems architecture from the underlying level to the interface level for the improvement and excellence of the organization.
