fa تبیین مفهوم و مدل‌های خوش اقبالی در فرایند جستجوی اطلاعات تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">زمینه و هدف</span></span></span></strong>: <span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">جستجوی اطلاعات همیشه حاکی از یک فعالیت هدفمند نیست؛ بلکه می‌تواند به صورت غیر ارادی نیز انجام پذیرد. مفهوم خوش‌اقبالی به یافتن تصادفی یا شانسی اطلاعات اشاره دارد و به عنوان اتفاقی خوشحال‌کننده، چیزی غیرمنتظره و یا یک غافلگیری خوشایند به آن نگاه شده است. این مقاله به بررسی و تحلیل مفهوم و پیشینۀ خوش‌اقبالی و مدل‌های آن در فرایند جستجوی اطلاعات می‌پردازد.</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش پژوهش</span></span></span></strong>: <span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مطالعه‌ی حاضر با استفاده از روش کتابخانه‌ای به بررسی پیشینه و مدل‌های خوش‌اقبالی در فرایند جستجوی اطلاعات پرداخته است.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span></span></strong>: <span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">خوش‌اقبالی اصطلاحی برای یک پدیدۀ وسیع و چند‌وجهی است. ماهیت گسترده و مبهم خوش‌اقبالی مطالعه و بررسی آن را با مشکل مواجه کرده و باعث شده است که تعاریف و توصیفات متعددی از آن توسط پژوهشگران ارائه شود. کشف خوش‌اقبالانه (غیرمترقبه) اطلاعات با جستجوی هدفمند اطلاعات متفاوت است، زیرا بیشتر در مورد مواجهه با اطلاعات و یا کشف‌ تصادفی اطلاعات است. شرایط غیرمنتظره (اتفاقی)، هوشمندی و نتیجه‌ای ارزشمند یا بالقوه ارزشمند از الزامات یک تجربه خوش‌اقبالانه هستند.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></span></strong>: <span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">درک و شناخت خوش‌اقبالی به عنوان بخش جدایی‌ناپذیری از رفتار اطلاعاتی می‌تواند در شناسایی راهبردهایی در بازیابی اطلاعات که منجر به کشف خوش‌اقبالانه (غیرمترقبه) می‌شود مؤثر واقع شود.</span></span></span><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span> <strong>Background and Aim: </strong>Searching for information is not always a targeted activity; it can also be done involuntarily. The serendipity has the ability to find information randomly and as something happy, something unexpected, or a pleasant surprise. This paper examines and analyzes the concept of serendipity and its models in the process of information searching.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The present study uses a library research method to study concept of serendipity and its models in the process of information searching.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>Serendipity is a term for a broad and multifaceted phenomenon. Widespread vague nature of serendipity has made it difficult to study and inspect, and has led to numerous explanations and clarifications from researchers. The serendipity (accidental information discovery) is different from the purposeful search of information, because it is more about dealing with information or accidentally discovering information. Unexpected (accidental), intelligent, and valuable or potentially valuable results of the requirements of a worthwhile experience.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Understanding serendipity as an integral part of information behavior can be effective in identifying strategies for retrieving information that leads to accidental information discovery. خوش‌اقبالی, کشف تصادفی اطلاعات, فرایند جستجوی اطلاعات.
