fa بررسی نقش سامانه مجلات الکترونیکی در بهبود ارتباط علمی اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه کردستان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">زمینه و هدف</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: علم حاصل تفکر جمعی، اشتراک یافته‌ها، استفاده و نقد در فضاهای جمعی است. همچنین، پژوهشگران با استفاده از بسترهای ارتباطی به اشتراک یافته‌های علمی می‌پردازند. به همین دلیل بسترهای ارتباطی نقش مهمی در توسعه علم دارند. با ایجاد فناوری‌های ارتباطی و اطلاعاتی، مجلات علمی در تسهیل ارتباط علمی رسمی بین پژوهشگران جایگاه قابل‌توجهی یافته است. باوجود استفاده همه‌گیر و گسترده پژوهشگران از مجلات الکترونیکی، هنوز نقش آن‌ها در فرایند ارتباط علمی موردبررسی علمی قرار نگرفته است. این پژوهش باهدف بررسی نقش مجلات الکترونیکی در بهبود مراحل فرایند ارتباط علمی اعضای هیئت‌علمی اجرا شد.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش پژوهش</span></span></span></strong>: <span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کمی و به روش پیمایشی و با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه اجرا شد. تعداد 340 نفر عضو هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه کردستان جامعه این پژوهش را تشکیل داد. 181 نفر نمونه به‌صورت تصادفی و به نسبت جمعیت دانشکده‌ها و گروه‌ها انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد</span></span></span><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">. </span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span></span></strong>: <span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مدل‌های پیشین فرایند ارتباط علمی بررسی و دو مرحله به فرایند چهار مرحله‌ای هارمز و ثورین اضافه شد. به باور نمونه موردمطالعه، محیط مجلات الکترونیکی در بهبود همه مراحل شش‌گانه فرایند ارتباط علمی نقش دارند. متغیرهای جمعیت‌شناختی بر تصمیم‌گیری تأثیر نداشت</span></span></span><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">:&nbsp; </span></span></span><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">به‌طورکلی تحلیل داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده از پرسشنامه بیانگر آن است که سامانه مجلات الکترونیکی در بهبود فرایند ارتباط علمی نقش مؤثر دارند. همچنین، شش مرحله فرایند ارتباط علمی که برای اولین بار بررسی گردید سازه مفهومی ارتباط علمی را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند. علاوه بر آن متغیرهای جمعیت‌شناختی (مانند سابقه اشتغال) در نظرسنجی نقش مجلات الکترونیکی در ارتباط علمی اثرمعنی‌دار ندارند.</span></span></span><span style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span> <strong>Background and Aim: </strong>Science is the result of collective thinking and sharing of findings and the use and critique in collective spaces. Also, Researchers share scientific findings by using communication platforms. Therefore, platforms play an important role in development of science. With the creation of communication and information technologies, scholarly journals have placed considerable position in facilitating the formal scholarly communication between researchers. Despite the widespread use of researchers from electronic journals, their role in the scholarly communication process has not yet been studied.<br> Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of electronic journals in improving the process of scientific communication between faculty members.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> the present study was carried out with a quantitative approach and survey method using survey questionnaire. Of the total of 350 faculty members of the University of Kurdistan, 181 were selected as samples, and individuals were selected for the proportion of the college population and departments and completed the questionnaire. After that, the research questions were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Previous models of scientific communication process were investigated and two steps were added to the four-step process of Harmsze and Thorin. According to The studied sample belief, the environment of electronic journals have a role in improve of all six stages of the scientific communication process. Demographic variables had no effect on decision making<span dir="RTL">.</span> The environment of electronic journals plays an important role in improving the scientific communication process. Therefore, it&#39;s better, in design such systems, in addition to the function of creating a substrate presentation of the article, the role of modifying and changing the behavior of researchers should also be predicted<span dir="RTL">.</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The findings of this research will help improvement and completion of the process of scientific communication stages and also helps designers of electronic journal systems to design their system functions aimed at modifying the behavior of researchers. So far, a research that should investigate the faculty members&#39; opinion about the role of electronic journals in improving their scientific communication, has not been implemented.
