fa مطالعۀ میزان تطابق نمایه‌های انتهای کتاب‌های فارسی حوزه کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی با استانداردهای ایزو 999 و بی. اس. 3700 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: هدف اصلی این مطالعه آن است که کتاب‌های فارسی حوزه کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی از نظر برخورداری از نمایه انتهایی و میزان رعایت استاندارد‌های نمایه‌سازی ایزو 999-1996 و بی. اس. 3700 مورد بررسی قرار گیرند<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش</strong>: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی ـ پیمایشی است و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کتاب‌های علمی فارسی تألیفی و ترجمه شده مربوط به حوزه علوم کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی است که از ابتدای سال 1385 تا پایان سال 1391 منتشر شده‌اند و دارای نمایه انتهایی کتاب هستند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از سیاهه وارسی منطبق با استانداردهای نمایه‌سازی ایزو 999-1996 و بی. اس. 3700 استفاده شده است<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>ها</strong>: یافته‌های مطالعه نشان داد از مجموع 424 عنوان کتاب بررسی شده، 26% آن‌ها دارای نمایه انتهایی و 71% نیز بدون نمایه هستند. در کل میزان رعایت ملاک‌های ارزیابی در نمایه‌های پایان کتاب‌های کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی 56% است<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <p><strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه</span><span dir="RTL">‌</span><span dir="RTL">گیری</span></strong><span dir="RTL">: نتایج حاصل نشان داد که درصد تهیه نمایه انتهای کتاب برای کتاب‌های حوزه کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی در شرایط نسبتاً مطلوب‌تری در مقایسه با سایر حوزه‌های علمی قرار دارد امّا با توجّه به اهداف و کارکردهای رشته کتابداری رعایت استانداردها در نمایه پایان کتاب‌ها، ضعیف بوده است. زمانبر بودن تهیه نمایه، کمبود وقت و تعجیل در انتشار و عرضه کتاب، مسائل اقتصادی، کمبود نیروی متخصّص و عدم پی بردن به اهمیّت نمایه از جمله موانع تهیه نمایه برای کتاب‌ها هستند و آموزش راهکار اصلی برای بهبود وضعیت نمایه</span><span dir="RTL">‌</span><span dir="RTL">سازی است</span><em>.</em></p> <p><strong>Background and Aim</strong>: The purpose of this study was to investigate the extent of observing the standards of indexing (ISO 999-1996, BS 3700) of Library and Information Sciences books.</p> <p><strong>Method</strong>: The study used descriptive-analytical methodology and the population consisted of all the Persian books, written and translated, in the field of Library and Information Sciences published from 2006 to 2012 with the back-of-book index. To collect the data, a checklist based on the indexing standards of ISO 1996-999 and B.S. 3700 was used.</p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: The findings indicated that among the 424 books studied, 26% had index, while 71% lacks it. Overall, the extent of observing the evaluation criteria in the book indices in the field of Library and Information Sciences was 56%.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results suggest that the extent of providing the index for the books in the field of Library and Information Sciences has a relatively optimal condition compared with those in other fields. However, considering the purposes and applications of the field of Library and Information Sciences, the standards in the indices have been poorly observed.
