fa شناسایی و مستندسازی دانش سازمانی در کتابخانه های مرکزی دانشگاه های دولتی ایران: ارائه مدل عملی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>هدف:</strong> هدف پژوهش شناسایی منابع دانش، بررسی تأثیر چرخه یکپارچه حیات دانش سازمانی دالکر بر مستندسازی دانش و ارائه مدلی عملی مستندسازی دانش در کتابخانه&shy;های مرکزی دانشگاه&shy;های دولتی ایران است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش: </strong>روش پژوهش پیمایشی و نوع آن کاربردی است. جامعه&shy; آماری این پژوهش رؤسا، معاونین و سرپرستان بخش&shy;&shy;های کتابخانه&shy;های مرکزی دانشگاه&shy;های دولتی ایران بود. اعضای جامعه 172 نفر بود که بر اساس جدول اندازه جامعه و نمونه کرجسی و مورگان 113 نفر به صورت طبقه&shy;ای تصادفی انتخاب شد. از این تعداد 100 نفر به پرسشنامه پاسخ دادند و میزان پرسشنامه&shy;های برگشتی 88 درصد بود. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه الکترونیکی محقق ساخته با 100 پرسش بود. روایی آن از طریق 8 نفر از اساتید حوزه تأیید شد و پایایی آن با توجه به متوسط ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، 87.45 محاسبه گردید.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته&shy;ها: </strong>نتایج رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد چرخه یکپارچه حیات دانش سازمانی دالکر بر مستندسازی دانش تأثیرگذار بود و متغیرهای استخراج و ثبت، اشتراک و ارزیابی با بتای 51/0، 37/0 و 28/0- بیش&shy;ترین تأثیر را بر مستندسازی دانش داشت. مدل نهایی پژوهش (تحلیل مسیر) شامل سه متغیر استخراج و ثبت، پالایش و اشتراک با اثر مستقیم و با ضرایب مسیر 39/0، 34/0 و 27/0 و دو متغیر ارزیابی/انتخاب و دسترسی با اثر غیر مستقیم&nbsp; و با مجموع ضرایب مسیر 22/0 و 25/0 بود. نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی منجر به استخراج سه عامل منابع استخراج و ثبت دانش ضمنی مدیران، استخراج دانش جدید از منابع دانش عینی و منابع دانش عینی برای وب&shy;کاوی و داده&shy;کاوی شد و در مجموع 35/63 درصد از کل واریانس تببین گردید.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>اصالت/ارزش:</strong> این پژوهش اولین پژوهش صورت گرفته در زمینه مستندسازی دانش در کتابخانه&shy;های مرکزی دانشگاه&shy;های دولتی ایران با هدف ارائه مدل عملی است.</p> <p><strong>Objective</strong>: This study aimed to identify the sources of knowledge, the effect of integrated life cycle model of Dalkr organizational knowledge on Knowledge documentation and a model of practical knowledge documentation in state Universities in Iran&#39;s central library</p> <p><strong>Methodology</strong>: research method is Survey and it is practical. Sample of the study covering &nbsp;directors, assistants and administrators in various parts of the central libraries of state universities.community members were 172. Which 113 members was selected &nbsp;based on the size of the population and Morgan and Krejcie sample through stratified random sampling. Of that number, 100 people responded to a questionnaire and return the questionnaires was 88%. E-researcher-made questionnaire with 100 questions. Its validity was confirmed through 8 out of seminary professors and reliability, according to the average Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient was calculated 87.45</p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: Multiple regression results show integrated life cycle of Dalkr organizational knowledge was effective on Knowledge documentation and recorded variables, share and evaluate the beta 51/0, 37/0 and -0/28 highest impact on knowledge documentation. The final model consisted of three variables extracted, refine and share the path with the direct effect and 39/0, 34/0 and 27/0 and two variable evaluation / selection and indirect effects and total access path 22 / 0 and 25/0 respectively.
