Abstract
Background and Aim: According to the social media development in libraries and necessity of social media literacy for librarians, the aim of this study was to elucidate the viewpoints and experiences of librarians about social media literacy. Also, strategies for increasing librarians' social media literacy was suggested.
Method: A qualitative study with University librarians in Sistan district was performed using interview method. Fourteen out of 40 university librarians were studied using convenience sampling method. Content analysis approach was used to analyze data.
Results: Themes such as "Network awareness, proper incorporation and understanding of social media, observance of copyright law and personal privacy, critical and evaluative use, exchange of information, and targeted use," were derived from findings. Librarians accentuated the importance of social media literacy education.
Conclusion: Planning for formal and informal instruction of social media literacy as an essential part of information society should be pursued thoroughly. Social media literacy culture requires to be promoted. Attention to the production of practical works in social media literacy field is essential, especially among librarians

Abstract
Objective: This study aimed to identify the sources of knowledge, the effect of integrated life cycle model of Dalkr organizational knowledge on Knowledge documentation and a model of practical knowledge documentation in state Universities in Iran's central library
Methodology: research method is Survey and it is practical. Sample of the study covering directors, assistants and administrators in various parts of the central libraries of state universities.community members were 172. Which 113 members was selected based on the size of the population and Morgan and Krejcie sample through stratified random sampling. Of that number, 100 people responded to a questionnaire and return the questionnaires was 88%. E-researcher-made questionnaire with 100 questions. Its validity was confirmed through 8 out of seminary professors and reliability, according to the average Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated 87.45
Results: Multiple regression results show integrated life cycle of Dalkr organizational knowledge was effective on Knowledge documentation and recorded variables, share and evaluate the beta 51/0, 37/0 and -0/28 highest impact on knowledge documentation. The final model consisted of three variables extracted, refine and share the path with the direct effect and 39/0, 34/0 and 27/0 and two variable evaluation / selection and indirect effects and total access path 22 / 0 and 25/0 respectively. The results of exploratory factor analysis resulted in three factors extracted implied knowledge of managers, extraction new knowledge from sources of objective knowledge and resources of objective knowledge to web mining and Data minig and the total was 35/63% of the total variance explanation
Originality/ value: This is the first study in the field of Knowledge documentation in public universities in Iran's central libraries to model of practical knowledge documentation

Abstract
Background and Aim: Social media because of its interactive nature and the fact that it is being free of charge is widely used in libraries. Web 2.0 is a tool that offers permanent connection every time and offers educational programs without limitations of place and time. But what is included in social media application in public libraries and what obstacles and problems are there in the way of using these tools in libraries. So, the main objective was to survey librarians’ viewpoints in Kermanshah on social media and obstacles that exists in its use.
Method: This is a qualitative research using insightful interviews. 27 librarians in Kermanshah public libraries took part in the study. Sampling was done in a systematic method and continued until the saturation of information. Data analysis was done with information gathering in a subject analysis approach.
Results: Data analysis leading to extraction of 47 sub-subjects, 9 main subjects and two general categories including: Applications, obstacles and problems. 7 main subjects identified in category of applications: Publication, scientific connection and promotion, position promotion, utilization of services and use of library, improvement of processes, recognition and gaining of support. Also, in the category of personal problems, obstacles and non-personal problems two main subjects were identified.
Conclusion: Due to the immensity and diversity of public libraries services for divergent users, social media have an additional and diverse applications. Also, because of socio- economic, cultural and social conditions in public libraries, there are numerous obstacles in use of these tools. However, with the exclusion of obstacles - in reaching the objectives of public libraries - promotion of citizens' per study could optimize applications of social media as a influential tool

Abstract
Background and Aim: Gamification refers to the use of game elements in non-game contexts to motivate engagement. This definition is the most comprehensive one presented so far. The term was proposed first in 2002 but it has been prolonged 8 years to attract individuals’’ attention. Gamification has been applied in various contexts according to its capabilities. The current study aims to investigate the concept of gamification and its dimensions in library environment.
Methods: This study used review method as well as comprehensive and systematic study to assess the concept of gamification in accordance with library environment.
Results: The results showed that gamification dimensions could improve the library functions and users’ loyalty. This could help libraries to solve the “engagement crisis”.
Conclusion: Playful engagement is an important approach to help librarians to attract maximum audience in the new information landscape. To achieve this, gamification and its elements can play an important role.

Abstract
Background and aim: An important factor to tendency for read and increase per capita reading is enjoy the reading. Pleasure reading has significant impact on the continuity of reading and lifelong readers. This is very important in Iran due low per capita. It must be understood what factors are influencing and creating of Pleasure reading. Therefore, this study aim is, identify the experiences of Kermanshah public librarians and public libraries’ members about effective factors on Pleasure reading.
Methods: This study was qualitative methodological approach and methodology, subject analysis. Data were collected using in-deep interview. The research participants consisted of 33 people who were public librarians and public libraries’ members of Kermanshah city in 2016. Sampling was done in a systematic method and continued until the saturation of information. Data analysis was done with information gathering in a subject analysis approach.
Result: Analyzing data showed 13 primary codes, 16 sub-themes and 22 themes in 2 basic subjects as internal and external factors. The internal factors included Interest, spontaneity and discretion, the notion of reading, motivations, needs and goals, forehead knowledge, feelings, application review, cognition, communication and relations and links. The external factors as issue of foundations included Family, education, libraries, content creators, content distributors, and media and as issue of the conditions and facilities included Subject matter, time, place, and reading tools.
Conclusion: The results show that Pleasure reading depends on the internal and external factors. So, on one side is individual and on the other side are factors such as family, education, libraries and like this that, both of them, with the coordination and efforts can receive to aim of Pleasure reading.

Abstract
Background and Aim: The purpose of this study was to identify managers' viewpoints toward the status of components of the cybernetic pattern in academic libraries.
Method: This research was method by analytical survey method. The statistical population of the study consisted of 753 directors and librarians of the central libraries of Tehran and other cities. 250 People were selected by stratified random sampling and based on Krejcie and Morgan table (Powell, 2006). Data collection for this study through a questionnaire According to Byrne Baum (2003), the opinions of experts and specialists in this research. The 6-item questionnaire consists of monitoring and control, links, decision-making, hierarchy, and leadership, which are based on the Likert spectrum of managers surveyed. Data analysis was performed using SPSS-20 software.
Results: The results of this study showed that all components of the cybernetic pattern have been considered from the viewpoint of the managers of academic libraries and have a good position in academic libraries. Among the sub-components of the cybernetic component, the sub-components of the social component with a mean of 36.16, the minor component of the graft, with a mean of 48/15, the subsystem of the causal circuit with an average of 7.75, the minor component of decision making sources with a mean of 49. 15, sub-component divided system by 12/12and cognitive component subscales with an average of 8.49 above the average of other sub-components of the cybernetic pattern in academic libraries.
Conclusion The results of this study showed that components of the cybernetic pattern have a good place in academic libraries, which can indicate the knowledge of the managers of academic libraries about the structure, goals, tasks, services and functions of academic libraries. According to the results of the research, it is advisable to pay more attention to the social role of users of the library in their library management structure in their interactions and to direct them, and to provide the basis for the commitment of human resources through social participation in the process of work and interaction with more management.

Abstract
Background and Purpose: Knowledge management is a process that helps organizations in identify, select, organize, publication and transfer unstructured information and skills. Today, this experience has failed in some organizations about knowledge management. Academic libraries are also subject to similar conditions as an organization. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify and compare the barriers of knowledge flow in the libraries of State and Islamic Azad universities.
Methodology: The research method is a survey-analytical type. Data collected using a questionnaire from managers of 120 central libraries of universities. For statistical analysis, simple t-test is used.
Findings: The dimensions of the source of knowledge and the technical and technological factors of knowledge in the libraries of the public and private universities are significant, meaning that the conditions of the libraries of state universities are better. Comparing the results of communication channels, management and individual factors, there was no significant difference, although managerial barriers were evident in both groups. In the context of comparing knowledge management processes, in the process of access and knowledge sharing, the libraries of public universities have a better performance than Islamic Azad universities, but in the processes of creation, identification, aggregation, review, and use of knowledge of state-run university libraries differs little from the libraries of Islamic Azad universities.
Conclusion: Considering the position and position of libraries, especially university libraries, in the process of knowledge management, in order to overcome obstacle challenges, improve and improve their current status, efficient management should be achieved, defined and operational strategic objectives It is important to consider employees as the main pillars of knowledge managers and to use the information technology tool effectively.

Abstract
Purpose: The aim of this research is to determine the role of public and academic libraries in disseminating of health information and comparing of the two types of libraries with each other.
Method: The research method is applied with descriptive-survey. The sample size was determined by using the Morgan table, 379 people. The questionnaires were distributed using Quotas sampling method. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software and it was analyzied with the descriptive and inferential tests.
Results: Findings showed that according to the mean score of the components of the test, receiving health information in libraries has had acceptable and good results for users. Also, in terms of comparison between general and academic library and components of health information among the 5 components (role of library, results of receiving, usefulness, use of resources and access barriers), in terms of barriers to access to information There is a significant difference in the health of the library between public and academic libraries. However, there are no other significant differences between the four other components. Also, there was no significant relationship between sex, age, education, occupation and income level using health information in the library.
Conclusion: The library has a significant role in the dissemination of health information, but for some reason, such as not knowing users about the health information resources in the library and some barriers to accessing these resources, many users do not use library health information resources. Finally, suggestions are made according to the results of the research to improve the role of the library and more users

Abstract
Background and aim: The effective communication of librarians with their counterparts, referrers and relevant authorities is a major factor in the success of libraries and the need for librarians of the current age. Creating and applying effective communication is influenced by several factors. The present research seeks to identify the effective factors in the creation and application of effective communication by librarians of public libraries from the viewpoint of librarians in public libraries of Kermanshah.
Methods: this research has been done in a qualitative cognitive approach and the method is content analysis. Data has been gathered with deep interview technique. Contributors are 19 librarians of public libraries in winter 2018. Sampling was done in a purposeful method and continued up to saturation on information. The content analysis method was used to analyze the results. Data gathering was done at the same time with data gathering.
Results: The analysis of interviewing data cause the formation of 106 concepts that were categorized in 20 sub-categories and finally classified in 3 categories: individual factors, out of the library factors, and inside the library factors. 20 sub-categories include moral and personality features; appearance features; Skills and abilities; professional knowledge; experience; demographic characteristics of librarians; personal beliefs and type of viewpoint; physical and psychological conditions of the librarian; cultural factors; demographic characteristics of the audience; Ethical and personality characteristics of the audience; Physical and mental conditions of the audience; Capacity and ability of the audience; The audience's attitude toward the library and librarian; Need and aim; education; job satisfaction; environmental conditions; human and physical facilities, organizational chart, and administrative rules
Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that some factors as effective barriers to effective communication, have a negative effect on the creation and realization of the relationship, while others have a positive effect. Some factors are directly communicative skills that must be learned or reinforced in person, and others are factors that provide the setting for the advent and maintenance of effective communication.

Abstract
Background and Aim: The present study aimed at investigating the factors affecting the unplanned behavior of users to use academic library resources and services.
Methods: The present study is considered as being an applied one in terms of purpose ,and it has has been conducted using descriptive-survey method. Research population consist of the students of central libraries at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Shahid Chamran universty of Ahwaz, universities of Tabriz and Shiraz, as well as the Tehran Univrsity. Having determined the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, 700 questionnaires were distributed among the participants and 654 questionnaires have been analyzed applying stratified random sampling method based on the population size. Path analysis and LISREL software have been used in order for data analysis to be carried out.
Results: The results shows that the environmental factors and also the ones associated with technology affect the students’ unplanned behavior as far as using resources and services of university libraries through the situational factor of time are concerned. In addition, the data resources and services have no direct or indirect influence on the incidence of these behaviors.
Conclusion: Libraries should pay a special attention to the factors affecting the clients’ unplanned behavior, especially the ones whose impact has been proven including "environmental factors", "factors associated with technology", and the "accessible time ". This way, it will be possible for the libraries to have an optimized and efficient use of their resources and services. The result of paying attention to these factors will be the greater use of library resources and services, attracted audiences, and an increased level of awareness and information of users.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Technologies such as social networks have provided new opportunities for health and social interactions, and the promotion of attitudes such as the attitudes of health control and improving the health literacy in society. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the use of social networks with the health literacy of Ilam public library users.
Methods: The present study has used questionnaire based survey method. The statistical population of this study is 4696 users of public libraries in Ilam. Based on Morgan's table, 351 individuals were selected as sample size. The questionnaire was distributed by using of stratified random sampling method. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistical tests were used by SPSS 19 software.
Results: The Findings showed that the components average of users in receiving health literacy information was at a sensible level and, due to the importance of those components, users began to utilize social networks in the field of health literacy. Also, the findings showed that there was a significant relationship between users' use of social networks and health literacy and the components (access, reading, understanding, assessment, application), so that by increasing the use of social networks, the health literacy of users increases as well.
Conclusion: According to the findings, it can be concluded that public libraries, universities and centers related to health cooperate so that held suitable conditions in social networks with the aim of experience sharing and expanding the level of health literacy of users by taking into account issues related to user information confidentiality and so that new facilities and conditions can be provided library users, institutions and planners in this field.

Abstract
Background and Aim: Bearing in mind the importance of knowledge activities, the purpose of this study is to determine the status of knowledge activities in individual and organizational dimensions amongst academic and public librarians in Kermanshah province.
Methods: Survey method is applied. Data was collected by Huang questionnaire, which was distributed among the 170 librarians selected as sample. Sample size was determined by Cochran's formula. Data was analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics.
Results: Findings Showed that the highest average of knowledge activities in individual dimensions is correlated to the component of knowledge absorption and the lowest is related to knowledge diffusion and in organizational dimensions. Also, the highest average is related to the component of knowledge integration and the lowest is tied in the component of knowledge breadth. There was no significant difference between public and academic librarians (except for knowledge barriers) in comparing the status of knowledge activities in individual and organizational dimensions. The average score of the studied librarians regarding the status of knowledge activities in organizational dimensions is significantly higher than knowledge activities in individual dimensions. The status of knowledge activities in individual and organizational dimensions in public and academic libraries is at a desirable level.
Conclusion: Due to the low average of knowledge obstacles and knowledge breadth in comparison with other components, it is urgent that library managers hold seminars and conferences and encourage the librarians to take part in those programs and help them share their ideas and thoughts. The managers should also organize educational programs with the help of experienced librarians that help the novice librarians in regard with knowledge acquisition, job responsibilities, educational resources and library databases.

Abstract
Aim: The purpose of the study is to examine familiarity and application of smart technologies {Radio-frequency identification (RFID), Quick Response code(QR), Near-Field-Communication Mobile (NFC)} on customer relationship management (CRM).
Methodology: An applied study collecting data via Stokić, Stojanović, Bogdanović, Despotović-Zrakić, Radenković questionnaire. Population consisted of 160 Public librarians in Ardabil province. Data analyzed by Pearson Correlation Coefficients.
Results: With the advent of information technology, most library services have been transformed. Findings shows that understanding and application of smart technologies is at an average level and reception of smart technologies is in decent condition. Librarians have faith in smart technologies and the level of productivity and efficiency of librarians from the components of intelligent technologies is at a higher than average and close to the desired level. There is no significant relationship between the components of the variable "Introduction to smart technologies" to non-smart phones and the component of service quality from the variable of customer relationship management. Also, there is a significant relationship between the components of "familiarity per smart technologies" with the components of user satisfaction and user loyalty of the variable of customer relationship management.
Conclusion: Using smart technologies, notably smart phone technology, improves customer relationship management in libraries.

Abstract
Aim: today, digital literacy, as a set of skills that enable people to use digital space effectively for success in personal, educational and professional life, has become a necessity in all societies and public libraries are one of the most important providers of digital literacy education in the world. Digital literacy education has not been considered in public libraries in Iran. The first step in promoting digital literacy education in Iran`s public libraries is to design courses and topics that can cover a variety of this aspects of the phenomenon. Now, the boundaries of this content art not clear, and this research seeks to design a comprehensive framework to meet this need. The purpose of this study is to present a content framework for digital literacy education to Iranian public libraries users.
Methodology: this research is a qualitative research and it`s method is qualitative content analysis. at first, the courses provided by the public libraries of Iran Were reviewed and then content analysis of digital literacy courses was conducted in public libraries of developed countries. 16 libraries were selected from English speaking countries that hold digital literacy courses and share information on their websites by cluster sampling with probability proportional to size. To perform Delphi, Experts from the fields of library and information science and information technology, and public libraries professionals were selected.
Findings: 9 courses were identified and after compiling a questio0nnaire and preforming two Delphi rounds, these courses were reduced to 8 main courses and 37 sub-courses. These courses were included computer, internet, job management, information literacy, financial literacy, learning skills, effective communication skills and how to work with smartphones. Software courses were not considered suitable by specialists. This seems to be due to the different groups of society and the heterogeneous community of public libraries users and the experts do not see this as a readiness in the society to receive software related courses.
Conclusion: digital literacy education in Iran has generally neglected. Generally, digital literacy education in universities and educational institutions is provided in formal computer training courses. Libraries in general have paid very little attention to the issue of education. the first step in advancing digital literacy education in public libraries is designing courses that can covers the various aspects of this phenomenon. Educational content is also one of the sides of the education triangle (learner, educator and educational content). However today the boundaries of this content are not clear and this study try to design a comprehensive framework to meet this need.

Abstract
Objective: The aim is to discover the underlying context components of IOT usability in Iranian libraries: A qualitative approach consistent with grounded theory.
Method: This qualitative study was conducted based on grounded theory. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 13 faculty members of knowledge and information science based on purposeful and chain methods. Responsive and inter-docking method (repeatability index) had been used for validity and reliability.
Findings: By reviewing the texts and propositions obtained from the interviews, 7 basic components of IoT usability in Iranian libraries were identified from 36 categories and concepts. These include communication and exchange of information, awareness and cognition, intelligences, Information findability, information literacy, self-reliance and automating, and structures and infrastructures.
Conclusion: The identified underlying components provide a suitable platform for the rule and realization of the main phenomenon of IoT usability in Iranian libraries. Based on the results, the paradigm and theoretical model of IoT usability is drawn and presented in Iranian libraries. By identifying the underlying components and their relationship in the theoretical model and based on the attitudes of interviewees in Iranian libraries, libraries could use it to establish and implement IoT.

Abstract
Purpose: The purpose is to classify the components of SERVQUAL services quality in public libraries based on Kano's customer satisfaction model, prioritize them based on the Asymmetric Impact-Performance Analysis and, determining the classification of SERVQUAL components according to users’ groups.
Methodology: This is an applied descriptive survey. Population included active members aged 15 and older in the five public libraries of Qaemshahr, Iran. Stratified random sampling was used. Instruments included customer satisfaction and SERVQUAL questionnaires. Multiple regression analysis conducted, creating two Dummy Variables of penalty and reward. SERVQUAL components were classified into three groups of: Basic, performance and excitement services. Asymmetric Impact-Performance Analysis on overall users’ satisfaction was calculated.
Findings: Shows that accountability features of the group of basic services with high-performance, characteristics of responsiveness in the group of performance services with low-performance, and the three characteristics of physical dimensions with low performance, reliability and empathy, and attention with high-performance are in the group of excitement services. Prioritization features identified increasing and maintaining level of performance of: 1) responsiveness; 2) physical dimension; 3) responsibility; 4) reliability; and 5) empathy and attention. Moreover, demographic features exhibited that women were more satisfied. Age, education, and history of using the library has increased users' satisfaction. With the surge of the level of users' satisfaction with the physical dimensions and reliability has increased then the level of satisfaction with empathy and attention has decreased.
Conclusion: This study was first to enter the literature of nonlinear analysis of users' satisfaction by Kano's model and Asymmetric Impact-Performance Analysis measuring service quality of public libraries. Nonlinear analysis enabled the determination of priority of actions based on positive/negative performance compared to linear regression coefficient. Also, disclosed the variation of level of satisfaction of diverse groups of users in terms of gender, age, education and history of use.

Abstract
Purpose: The purpose was to determine the attitude of Illam’s public librarians regarding online privacy.
Method: This is an applied survey research. Out of the population of public Librerians in Illam, 136 public librarians were selected as a sample. Toman and McKinnon (2018) questionnaire was the intruemnt used to collect data. The questionnaire reliability of 0.91 was obtained through Cronbach's alpha. In order to analyze the data, frequency distribution tables and chi-square test were used by SPSS.
Findings: Librarians are concerned that government and corporations collect a great deal of personal information about them, and believe that government agencies and institutions should not share individuals' personal information with third parties except with the individual's consent.
Conclusion: There is an increased concerns about privacy in the libraries, which has amplified over the last five years. Public libraries do not teach online privacy expertise to users and librarians. Also, some librarians believe that libraries have no policy on protecting users' privacy. Public libraries in Ilam province should take additional stern measures to protect the online privacy of librarians and users and formulate policies in this area, as well as explain the existing policies to the librarians.

Abstract
Background and Aim: The purpose is to identify the components of health literacy amongst University library users.
Methodology: This purpose-based research is a qualitative-quantitative survey study. The qualitative part concentrates on the individuals with background in health literacy and research. In the quantitative part students at the libraries of the University of Tehran were surveyed. The research instrument was a structural questionnaire on health literacy of individuals in the community. Reliability of more than 0.7 was obtained via Cronbach’s alpha
Findings: It is important to mention that understanding health information stood at the desirable level and other components stood at a comparatively appropriate stage among the elements of health literacy of users at the University Library of Tehran. Although there is a significant relationship between health literacy skills with income, there is no significant relationship among gender, age, faculty, and level of education with health literacy skills.
Conclusion: It is necessary to measure health literacy practically and apply the results in the community and other comparable communities. The level of health literacy could increase considerably by using programs to promote the health literacy of the community.

Abstract
Purpose: Study aimed to identify the applications of data mining in the provision of services, collection and management of digital libraries.
Methodology: This is an applied study in terms of purpose and in terms of method is qualitative research that have been done by systematic review method. For this purpose, articles have been obtained by searching databases of Springer, Emerald, ProQuest, Web of Science, Google Scholar, Science Direct, and Semantic Scholar.
Articles published between 2000 and 2021 have been scrutinized. The systematic review model of Kitchenham and Charter (2007) was surveyed. According to the inclusion criteria, 1296 articles have been extracted after initial refinement, and among them, 77 articles related to the subject have been identified by reviewing the titles of articles and entered the final review by reviewing the full text. In conclusion, 29 articles were chosen for final analysis. The Qualitative content- coding method was used for data analysis and qualitative analysis was performed by two coders. The agreement of the evaluators based on the formula of Miles and Haberman for the performed analyzes, 78.5 was obtained.
Findings: Based on the results of qualitative analysis, 74 basic, 13 organizing and 3 comprehensive themes of "digital services,” “digital library management" and "digital collection" have been identified, which in total define the application of data mining in digital libraries represented.
Conclusion: Using data mining techniques in digital libraries, a variety of information can be stored seamlessly in different classes so that the end user of the information could meet their information needs in the shortest possible time. On the other hand, libraries can provide more useful resources by analyzing their users' information interests, and this can be considered a turning point in situations where libraries are facing financial difficulties.

Abstract
Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the organizational learning process of university library librarians based on the Marquardt model.
Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey method. The statistical population includes 552 librarians at the libraries of the Islamic Azad University. The sample size was estimated to be 227 people using the Krejcie Morgan table. To collect the required data for the research, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to assess the five components of learning organization based on the Marquardt model (learning dynamics, organizational transformation, empowerment of individuals, knowledge management, and application of technology). The collected data were analyzed using SPSS26 statistical software and statistical formulas of Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Cronbach's alpha, and t-test.
Findings: The results showed that organizational learning in the libraries of Islamic Azad University has a favorable situation and this situation for all five components (learning dynamics, organizational change, empowerment, knowledge management, and technology application) Was also approved.
Conclusion: Although the results of this study indicate the favorable situation of organizational learning in the libraries of Islamic Azad University, the continuation of this type of learning due to the many changes and developments that we see in the world today for all organizations, especially types Libraries are a basic necessity.
