fa تحلیلی بر تکوین هویت حرفه‌ای در بین دانشجو-معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان آموزش و پرورش تطبیقی Comparative Education مقاله پژوهشی Research Paper <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">یکی از مهم‌ترین اهداف دانشگاه فرهنگیان تکوین هویت حرفه‌ای دانشجو-معلمان است. لیکن آیا این مهم در جریان تحصیل چهارساله دانشجویان در دانشگاه فرهنگیان اتفاق می‌افتد؟ پژوهشگر با مقایسه شرایط ورود و فارغ‌التحصیلی دانشجو-معلمان بر اساس یادداشت‌های آن‌ها درصدد فهم تکوین هویت حرفه‌ای دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان برآمده است. روش پژوهش، کیفی از نوع تحلیل زندگینامه‌ای بوده و دانشجویان مورد مطالعه به شیوه هدفمند انتخاب شدند. بر اساس بحث‌های نظری و نوشته‌های دانشجویان سه حالت هویتی برای ورود و سه حالت هویتی برای خروجی در نظر گرفته شده که مجموعاً از ترکیب آن‌ها نه حالت به وجود آمد. یافته‌ها نشان داد فرض عدم نقش مؤثر دانشگاه در تکوین هویت حرفه‌ای مورد تأیید نبوده و نقش دانشگاه در هویت حرفه‌ای بخشی از دانشجویان منفی و در بخشی مثبت بوده است. تحلیل یادداشت‌ها نشان داد دانشگاه تقریباً به شیوه‌ای تعدیل‌کننده عمل کرده است. دانشجویانی که با انتظارات بالایی وارد دانشگاه شده‌اند در مواجهه با واقعیت انتظاراتشان تعدیل شده و دانشجویانی نیز که تصورات منفی داشته‌اند با گذشت زمان به اهمیت معلمی پی برده و با شرایط دانشگاه سازگاری بیشتری یافته‌اند. در این طبقه‌بندی‌ها گونه‌های بدون تأثیر فاقد نمونه‌های واقعی بوده و گونه‌های دارای تأثیر مثبت تعداد بیشتری را شامل شده است.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">One of the most important goals of the Farhangian University is the Development of student-teachers professional identity. But is this important happens during the four-year undergraduate Education at Farhangian University? Comparing the conditions of entry and graduation of student-teachers based on their notes, research tried to understand the development of the professional identity of student-teachers. Method was qualitative biographical analysis and students were selected in a targeted manner. Based on theories and students notes, three identity states were considered for entry and three for output, which were combined and nine modes were created. Findings was not confirmed the assumption that university neutrality in development of professional identity, and positive or negative role of university in professional identity was confirmed. Analysis of notes showed that the university act in an almost moderating manner. Whose entered with high expectations have had adjusted their expectations in the face of reality, and whose have negative perceptions have realized the importance of teaching and have become more adaptable to the conditions of the university.
