fa چالش­ های مراکز پیش­ دبستانی ضمیمه مدارس ابتدایی روستایی: پدیدارشناسی بر اساس مدل کافمن روانشناسی تربیتی Educational Psychology مقاله پژوهشی Research Paper <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">آموزش کودکان پیش‌&shy;دبستانی با توجه به تأثیرات تربیتی و روان&shy;شناختی از اهمیّت ویژه‌&shy;ای برخوردار است. این مهم برای نوآموزان مناطق روستایی به دلیل فقر فرهنگی محیط و در برخی موارد دوزبانگی نوآموزان از اهمیّت ویژه‌&shy;ای برخوردار است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ادراک مربیان پیش‌&shy;دبستانی ضمیمه مدارس ابتدایی روستا در مورد چالش&shy;های این مراکز به روش پدیدارشناسی انجام شد. جامعه آماری، کلیه مربیان این مراکز در شهرستان قائنات در استان خراسان جنوبی، در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 بودند. براساس نمونه‌&shy;گیری هدفمند، 17 نفر از این مربیان در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">داده‌&shy;ها&shy;، از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختار یافته جمع‌&shy;آوری شدند. تحلیل داده&shy;ها از طریق کدگذاری موضوعی انجام شد.</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">جهت بررسی پایایی نتایج نیز از روش بازبینی توسط مشارکت&shy;‌کنندگان و ممیزان بیرونی استفاده شد. براساس یافته‌&shy;ها؛ نتایج در 4 مقوله اصلی و 11 محور؛ ادراک مربیان از ماهیّت(غیر ضروری و اجباری و مفید اما مزاحم)، چالش&shy;های سطح خرد(چالش&shy;های مرتبط با مربی، محتوا و چالش&shy;های تربیتی)، چالش&rlm;های سطح کلان(چالش&shy;های محیطی، مدیریتی، همکاران و والدین) و سطح فراسوی کلان(نبود پشتیبانی و عدم برنامه&shy;‌ریزی مدون)، دسته‌&shy;بندی شد. در نهایت با توجه به نتایج بهتر است آموزش و پرورش با توجه به اهمیت این دوره نسبت به تربیت مربیان تخصصی در زمینه آموزش کودکان پیش&shy;‌دبستانی و فراهم آوردن ساختار سازمانی مدون برای این دوره نسبت به رفع چالش&shy;های این مراکز به خصوص در مناطق روستایی و مراکز ضمیمه مدارس ابتدایی اقدام کند.</span></span> The Aim of this study is to investigate the perception of preschool teachers attached to rural primary schools about the challenges of these centers by phenomenological method<span dir="RTL">.</span> The statistical population of the study was all the instructors of these centers in Ghaenat city in South Khorasan province, in the academic year 2018-19. Based on purposive sampling, 17 of these trainers participated in this study. Data were collected through semi-structured interview tools. Data analysis was performed through thematic coding. To evaluate the reliability of the results, the review method was used by the participants and external auditors. Based on the findings; Results in 4 main categories and 11 axes; Coaches&#39; perceptions of nature (unnecessary, compulsory, useful but annoying), micro-level challenges (coach-related challenges, content and training challenges), macro-level challenges (environmental, managerial, peer-to-peer challenges, and Parents) and the macro level (lack of support and lack of codified planning) were categorized. Finally, according to the results, education is better considering the importance of this course than training specialized instructors in the field of preschool children education and providing a well-organized organizational structure for this course to meet the challenges of these centers, especially in the regions.
